This house was lovely with lots of space for our multi-generational family to get ready for a wedding in Tampa. The host was great and very responsive.

We enjoyed having bedrooms for all that came for the wedding. Having 3 bathrooms was also great with everyone getting ready. Very nicely appointed and well kept home. The only little downside was parking for 3 families, but we managed quite well.

This home was great, the homeowner was very accommodating and kept great communication before even booking the stay all the way to our departure. It was well kept and in a relatively good neighborhood, the only down side would be the parking accommodations. There is a public parking lot maybe 500 ft away rom the home but if you are someone like me who never wants their car parked out of sight in an unfamiliar place then I would recommend not going with multiple cars to ensure you can park ON the property as street parking is not permitted. Aside from that minor blip, m group and I had a great stay here for the weekend of Gasparilla

We all enjoyed our stay so much on this property, that I don't want to stay anywhere else when we are in Tampa again. It was so peaceful, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and we had enough room for all of us to spread out. We also lived the welcome basket! This property management definitely went above and beyond. Very well done!

House was great. Location was great. All 4 runs had one bed. No room had 2 beds. All good 👍🏿

We spent 5+ weeks at this property. It was clean, has a fenced in yard and lots of bedrooms & tvs. The managers were easily available. It is located right down the street from trendy restaurants & breweries and I-275. I recommend this place for anyone with a large group.

We had 5 girls / two teenagers mom and moms two friends - the house had three full bathrooms, so that was wonderful - it had a welcome box which include everything that you might forgotten toothpaste toothbrush etc a nice touch

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Check in was really easy and convenient. We just had to learn the hard way to stagger our showers. We had 6 adults staying in the house and the hot water always ran out. But once we got that straightened out everything was great!

This was one of the best experiences with a vacation home! The house was very clean with many amenities and modern features that made the stay very enjoyable.

Lovely home. Very clean. Parking was limited. The master bedroom is a game room, which we happened to overlook when booking. Air condition was hard to figure out so it was a bit cold at night and we could not change the thermostat. The bathrooms were lovely and the property had everything needed for our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and it was perfect for our trip.

A great vacation, beautiful home

Great place to stay. It is clean, it has everything you need to enjoy a short vacation. The BBQ was great with all the tools, my family loves to cook so we enjoyed the kitchen very much. I would recommend this rent for a nice getaway weekend.

The property was a great fit for us. The fenced in backyard was perfect for us to bring the dog and very comfortable and clean for our stay.

We arrived to the house at midnight. Our first impression was good; house lights were on and a welcome basket with basic essentials was provided. At a first glance, the house looked put together and nice. After taking a quick tour, we realized that this house is only clean on the surface. Carpet was brushed, but not vacuumed. Walls were very dirty, light switches/door handles and doors were dirty. Sideboards were very filthy and accumulated layers of dust. Bathroom floors were wiped with a wet rag and all dust, hair and other filth was pushed into the corners - gross to look at. There is no dishwasher at the house, all dishes are to be hand washed - we had to rewash every dish and utensil before using it cause many were stained and not fully cleaned by prior tenants. One room had 2 out of 3 lightbulbs burned out, with no replacements at the house. Next morning we found a vacuum and attempted to vacuum ourselves, only to find out that the vacuum was broken and the belt was stretched out. I texted management and received a very rude response that the house is not advertised as "sterile" or "perfect" and it was clean prior to our arrival. When I mentioned the inop. vacuum, someone dropped off a new vacuum for us to do the vacuuming ourselves. When mentioned about the light bulbs, the response was they'll be replaced after we move out. However, the day before our departure, there was an Amazon package on our door with new bulbs. Bed linens were clean, so were the towels. Washer and dryer worked great; plenty detergent provided. The communication was quick from the management, but rude with terrible customer services. Also, the neighborhood isn't the safest; lots of activity & noise at night. One night, police cars with lights on, were at the neighbor's house. The layout of the house is nice and comfortable. The private backyard was also a nice touch. This would have been a much more relaxing vacation if we didn't have to invest 2-3 hours of initial cleaning prior to us settling in...

There was a big disappointment with the condition of the couches. It was filthy. We all know there is a pandemic and the cleaners should take more time with the cleaning of the home. There was stains on the couches. I took a picture and sent to the host. I also found the home to be dusty. There was makeup on the shower cutains. Laney the host immediately responded and took the cushions to be cleaned/laundered and returned it the next morning with muffins for the family. I am a very mild mannered person and did not make that spoil our three days vacation, but we did not sit on that couch. The home could use a thorough cleaning. With that said we won't be renting again. Unhappy customer!!!

We had an amazing stay, the house was clean, everything was just perfect 10/10

It was easy to get in touch and response time was great. I would have rather stayed in a different location. The neighborhood was a little rough.Also cleaning crew could do a little better. Under the the couch in gaming room was filthy.

Spacious, clean, looks like new, big patio to chill and grill TVs for everyone full kitchen to cook etc... overall a great place to stay. I had 8 people with me 1 child 2 teenagers and 5 adults and had plenty of room for everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay here.. It was clean very nice neighborhood, and a nice setting. The only problem we had was the air conditioning it was broken the whole weekend and the sleep on Saturday night was the worst of all we couldn't sleep do to being so hot.. And it was no way for me to get direct contact with the owner.. Other than that we would have gave a 5 🌟

Despite a little hiccup at check-in and minor cleaning issues, the place was perfect for our Labor Day mini vacation.
