Very clean, they had tons of sheets, towels, and beach towels for us to use, beds were comfortable. Pool small & in a shaded area but still nice and also had access to community pool & splash pad that we had to ourselves. Good communication. Good location.

Property was very homey & comfortable for my family. Brandon was a great host. We had a hiccup with the pool heat but he was so quick to handle it and get it fixed. My family and I have talked about renting this exact property again or another of Brandon’s simply because he was a fabulous homeowner. Thanksgiving was special this year & we thank Brandon for letting us use his house.

We used this vacation to visit the Magic Kingdom Them Park, everything was as it should be, we enjoyed the home with our family and the park. Had very good communications with the host. Thank you

Even though there were a little hiccups here and there, we enjoyed a lot this property. The property is in a great location, with a Walmart right around. The fact that the pool had warm water made it enjoyable at all time, and I loved the bathroom close to the pool, where the kids could go in as soon as coming out from the pool. All the rooms were very well situated for the family to sleep. This is a nice place to stay!

We pay for pool heating, it didnt work. AC didn’t work either. Internet is slow and get disconnected at all times. We stayed from Saturday to Saturday and pool heating and AC were fixed just on Thursday when our stay was almost over. Internet was not fixed. We lost power too, when called to inform, owner told us that we were fabricating issues!! Very bad attitude from owners. Ask us to leave at the middle of our stay if we were not happy instead of solve all these huge problems. Run away of this property if you want to have a good vacation

We felt safe having the ADT Security System as well as the home being located in a gated community with an around-the-clock guard! We loved swimming in the screened-in pool...the entire family thoroughly enjoyed the pool! This home was very close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions! The cost of the rental was very reasonable! The owner is friendly! The management company staff were also friendly and responded quickly when we had questions! This rental suited are family needs; especially, with three children! The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were great to have with our family of six! Our experience was definitely positive! We would rent this home again!

It is only about 10-15 minutes away from Disney and it is also very close to the other parks. There is also a Walmart, publix and lots of other stores available near by. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. Sweet Home Vacation was very quick with answering all of our questions. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family.

I loved the amenities offered at the house. I just need a space to stretch out, watch some TV, and a comfortable bed. I got all that and more at this house, and I would definitely return. I loved the location to the Orlando attractions, and all the nearby golf courses. I'm planning a spring golf trip, and I know the guys are going to love this house.

Christmas for me and my family has a new standard. We had the pleasure of being guests in this lovely house over the Christmas holiday season. The house was spectacular with the new floors, the bedding was comfortable, and there were plenty of TV’s for everyone to share. J My 3 year old and her cousins loved the pool. The playground that is a part of the community property was an added plus. We were so close to the Disney properties and all of main attractions in Orlando. We can’t wait to go back.

Very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable house. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable and we loved the indoor pool and the big screen TV, We plan to stay there again on our next trip to the Orlando area and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We have stayed in this Lake Berkley home off and on for over 10 years. In fact, the kids are disappointed when we come to Orlando and it is unavailable. This home is centrally located in the complex, the neighbors are friendly and we feel comfortable allowing the kids to play outside. The home is always clean and tidy. The spacious Master suite allows for some privacy away from the kids and is beautifully furnished. The den has a large flat screen TV. The design of the home allows you to get away from everyone and have some quiet time. I have been in some of the other homes in this complex and prefer this layout best. The private pool is the icing on the cake. We love being there.

We had no issues with staying at this house. It was clean and well maintained. All the essentials that one would expect were there. Location was central, there were no long commutes to attractions in Orlando. We had fun exploring Orlando. I would stay here again and certainly recommend it to others. We enjoyed the pool. The layout of the home was an open floor plan which allowed us to easily entertain.

This is such a beautiful home! For 6 days at Christmas it was my family's home away from home. I was so pleased with the amount of space. We had 10 people over everyday. Everything was exceptionally clean. The pictures don't do it justice. My children enjoyed the heated pool while the fella's cooked outside on the grill. The grounds on the property were equally as beautiful. I am already planning my return visit for this December. The owner's were so very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and request. I highly recommend this house.

I had a fantastic vacation at this Lake Berkeley house! I found this to be the perfect place to have a family vacation. This spacious four bedroom house comfortably entertained my large rambunctious family! This sunny house was neat, clean and well furnished. I particularly loved the Master Suite. This large bedroom contained a lovely picture window looking outside to the covered pool area. The master bathroom held a massive walk in closet that was perfect for storing all of the family luggage and vacation supplies. As an added bonus, the house came completely furnished with all of the basic kitchen necessities. When we weren’t enjoying the heated pool, we took advantage of the entertainment center in the family room. The large screened TV with the Bose surround sound kept the family entertained in the evening. The lake Berkeley house is conveniently located for many reasons. First, Neighborhood Lake is a comfortable walking from this house. Wal-Mart and Aldi grocery stores and are less than two miles away and more importantly, this house is minutes away from the Disney properties. The owner of this property was helpful in providing information during my vacation planning stage. All of my questions were addressed quickly and in a courteous manner. I plan to bring my family back to this property next year. Thanks again!

I have rented this house several times and love it. It is completely tiled. No carpet whatsoever. All the beds have new mattresses and everything is clean . There is a management company on site that responds immediately to any concern. New washer in the garage and new furnishings. I will come again!

it was the most disgusting home i have ever rented in flordia. the house was dirty inside and out. there was mold growing on the patio furniture, we had dirty sheets on our bed, dirty towels in bathrooms, hair in shower, cockroaches in the house, pool was dirty, worms along the edge of carpet inside, grill broken and need i say more. i called several times to report these things but got no response from the owner. i do have pictures to prove these things and would not recommend this house to none of my friends.
