I was charge for an extra 150 for the pool to be heated and the water was cold all the days that i stayed there i was not able to used the pool

The unit was spacious and well-designed place with its own pool. However, the furniture - if there was a separate rating - would receive a 1 or 2. It was very uncomfortable and cheap looking/feeling. There were issues with cleanliness - we rewarded all the dishes before using them and cleaned up cigarette butts around the pool. We enjoyed our trip but wished we had stayed in a different place.

Very clean and affordable

Everything was nice except.The bedroom at the bottom stairs needed to be change had a red spot .Which we took sheets off snd washed but spot didn't come out .So need another set of sheets on bed.Overall nice place.

After viewing the property online was excited to see a place that looked up to date and clean. However upon checking in this was not the reality. Appliances were broken and leaking water, the washer smelled like mold, the dryer barley dried, the ice maker was broken, all the pots, dishes and, utensils were dirty or coated with grime. Did not leave any extra bags for garbage or cleaning supplies, cabinet doors were broken so as soon as you opened them they fell off the hinge, there’s no cable and the downstairs tv in the bedroom was broken, showers had mold buildup. The kitchen counters had dust built up on them, under the bed in the main room upstairs was garbage from a previous renter. Sheets and pillows had a weird smell and the ac barely worked up until the last day when the house actually cooled. They were no accommodating at all for checking in or checking out and charged extra for rental of a grill.
