Didn't get QR code to get into the main gate in time. After driving for 3 days we had to wait for a full half hour outside the gate in order to get this - I couldn't figure out why this wasn't part of the file when all other communication was so good about our entry time etc. I had gone with this place because there was a pool onsite - I had recently moved with pool aquatic workouts and was looking forward to continuing this right outside the back door! I had asked for the pool to be heated the day before - my fault - I didn't realize that it would take three days to heat. BUT even when I said that I could put in writing that I expected it to take three days and to at least put it on the day before, it was said that Vacasa could not do this (I was SO disappointed and perplexed as to why this was a challenge especially when I said we would be there for two weeks not just the one!) Once arrived I asked to speak to a supervisor and was charged that day for the pool to be heated. This was Saturday - the day we arrived... I continued to stay in contact with Vacasa representatives to explain that the pool continued to be freezing and that there was no pool pump working -and that the water was now becoming slightly stagnant. We didn't see anyone or hear anything from the place itself or Vacasa until the following Tuesday (when my daughter had to leave). It was explained that there was a circuit breaker issue and that the pool would now start heating (which it did - for two days). Then the pool pump stopped working and within a day the pool was back to frigid temperatures. SO - the fact that I had to ask for the initial cost to heat the pool refunded confounded me as it should have been done immediately. I believe since I kept in contact with Vacasa reps that there should have been stronger communication with me from their end to ensure that something was being done - except to continue to say that a ticket was put in.

Located in a quiet estate but close to amenities. Spacious and great morning sun in the pool.
