If you are looking for a bit secluded location in Kandy, this might be the right choice. The property is located on the hill with narrow roads leading to it, booking a tuktuk or a car is recommended. Walking from downtown Kandy is also doable and takes about 30 mins. The owners, a family, are very welcoming and kitchen here is very tasty! Rooms are modern and of superior quality, totally up to western standards. Garden had beautifully bloooming trees, which added to the overall experience :)
Pool cleanliness wasn’t really convincing to bath in it - just a small improvement needed!

Super royale smaakvol ingerichte kamer met heel fijne bedden. Zwembad, dicht bij de stad en één van de weinige plekken waar ze echt lekkere jam hebben (gemaakt door de vrouw des huizes). Ontbijt was sowieso redelijk uitgebreid.
Minder persoonlijk dan we tot dan toe gewend waren in SL. Maar de kamer was echt value for money

Sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern, das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Vor Ort kann man leckeres Frühstück hinzubuchen.

Nice spacious room with good beds. The location is nice and quiet but still close to the centre.
The owners are quite rude; they are quite curt and not really friendly or helpfull. The boys who work there are sweet but their English is just not good enough to help you with questions. We booked the room for 3 nights but the room have not been cleaned or made up once. The swimming pool was just to dirty to swim in.

This stay at this location is good, nothing to complain. What promised was given. Good View, clean and big room and Good bathroom.
They had a pool but that didn't look clean enough or didn't give the impression to swim in it. Nice bathroom but toiletry is missing or not available. There is no room service telephone as this is a bungalow type property but their mobile numbers will be there for help.

A very peaceful place run by a caring family. The pool was great and so were the home cooked meals. It is a good 25 minute walk from the centre.

Nous avons apprécié la taille de la chambre et le balcon avec une jolie vue dans la ville.
La piscine était sale, quand nous avons prévenu l'accueil il nous a répondu que c'était "normal dans la jungle".
Le bruit, nous ne pensions pas être aussi proche de la route. C'est peut être de notre faute nous aurions dû mieux regarder avant la réservation.

The room was huge and really modern. Pool was nice and there is food available on site. Area is nice and quiet.
Air con and water were a bit temperamental but I think these are issues in general, particularly in Kandy.

Big , light room with a balcony. The room has everything you need: wardrobe, fridge, kettle, chairs for relaxing. There was always hot water. On the territory there is a swimming pool. Friendly staff who are always ready to help.

De kamers hadden prima bedden en waren heel proper. De badkamer was voldoende ruim en had een goede douche. De service was uitstekend

Mycket bra frukost, vi åt Engelsk frukost. Då fick vi hempressad jos, te, bröd, hemkokt marmelad (3 olika), yoghurt, fruktfat och ägg. Åt middag en kväll, mycket god. Trevlig personal!
Låg lite långt bort, uppe i bergen, inte promenadväg. Men det gick lätt att beställa tuktuk, det kostade 500 LKR. Det finns pool, men bara för att doppa sig. Liten och inga solstolar, så inget ”poolhäng”

It’s was a beautiful hotel, clean and foremost lovely people. AC worked perfect, spacious room, bed was great and the menu and breakfast were variated, all fresh and self made. Can’t express how sweet and welcoming it felt. We would love to come back and it was surely the best place we’ve been so far.
It’s a bit further from the centre, but only 5min drive by tuktuk; enough tuktuks so it wasn’t a problem.

Super super aardig personeel/familie. We hadden nog geen treintickets naar Ella dus ze probeerde ons allemaal te helpen. Ook hebben wij via het hotel de dansshow geboekt dezelfde avond voor 2000LKR pp. Was een prima show voor dat geld.
Koud water in de douche. Misschien als we het gemeld hadden dat zij er iets aan konden doen, maar het was al later in de avond dus we lieten het voor wat het was.

Krasne ciste ubytovani. Velmi hezky zarizeny pokoj a krasne prostorna koupelna. Majitele byli velmi prijemni a napomocni se zajistenim taxi a vyletu.
V pokoji ve spodnim patre byla trochu citit zatuchlina, ktera je pro Sri Lanku typicka.

Die Vermieterin ist super nett und sehr zuvorkommend!
Leider hat es sehr nach Schimmel gerochen, aber kein Wunder, da es non stop geregnet hat und alles feucht war. Dennoch war es sehr sauber :)

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e ben tenuta. Posizione tranquilla lontana dal centro comunque facilmente raggiungibile

Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de nos hôtes le calme de l’hôtel , la nourriture était très bonne notamment les dîners .
Le seul bémol est l’odeur d’humidité assez forte mais qui est due aux fortes pluies c’était le déluge des jours et des jours.
Je pense que cela doit être différent sur les périodes sèches

Lovely clean, modern bathroom. Very helpful owner and staff. Quiet as out of town but nice walk downhill to town. Lovely to hear bird song and see monkeys however they can be a menace to the owner.

Staff were lovely. Owner is nice and cooks meals from scratch and very fresh. Her sons were very helpful and accommodating.
Room was nice and clean, very good value for money. AC was really good.
Not the best location but very private.
It was raining so we couldn’t use the pool but it did not look the cleanest.
Can be hard to get to as entrance is down a steep hill.
No toiletries such a shower gel.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful hosts. On request, all meals can be ordered at any time (breakfast/lunch/dinner). Nice pool to refresh/relax.

Beautiful place. The owners is so sweet, and they really tries to make sure that there guests is comfortable.
The rooms is big, and a bit bathroom. Very modern.
The balcony was great, and we enjoyed sitting there in the evenings, with a cold beer.
The pool was so nice! And we were allowed to use it in the evenings for an early night swim.
We are breakfast there, and it was lovely.
We would definitely recommend it!
The wifi was unfortunately slow

The room is the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Shower is 10/10. Bed super comfortable and real blankets instead of a thin sheet. Nice view from the room.
Breakfast was very disappointing. I would recommend to eat in the city.
