Good location. Value for money.
No one to pick up phone through intercom lines in early morning.

Clean, spacy room, with spacious hallway with table - actually apartments with 2 rooms. Not high building, but have elevator. 24h reception.
Very close from Slightly Chilled Lounge Bar and Restaurant - famous location for travelers and expats. Not far from temples and city center. Nice scenic view from window.
Did not check WiFi and breakfast (available, but I did not order).
TV was not functioning (not important for me).

Location is great. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and well decorated. Breakfast is nice and delicious

Very close to the Tooth temple relic.
Hotel is next to the road, it is quite noisy. Mosquitero was missing, so mosquitoes bited us whole night.

from the moment we reached the entrance to this hotel my heart sank. Entrance doors looked like they had not been cleaned or painted for 50 years!
the bedroom was slightly better but the bedding / towels were old and tatty. Breakfast was served in a dire bleak room by waiter / doorman who looked like he would much rather not be there.
overall incredibly grim place.

two double beds
this is not a hotel, there’s loads of staff but none seem to actually work there. there’s a curfew for 10:30pm and the doors lock which we weren’t told about and is not on the booking.com profile

Close Kandy sights and set back from road. The best place to stay to access the Temple and town centre with a 10 minute walk. Modern and open with lake views. Breakfast fine based on European tastes.
Lots of keen staff when we arrived but only one man doing everything afterwards. The card machine played up when trying to pay and caused a problem.

Outdated and horrible smell in rooms. Had lot of other bookings within same price range and it was much better. Not clean at all.

Close by to the Palace and main attraction, clean rooms. but we didn’t like our breakfast and also no one could speak English there ;(

Very nice place, Great bed very very comfortable. Very kind host. Amazing view. Very big room. Not in the center but you will use a tuk-tuk to bring you to the property. Recommended

Location is just about 5mins walk to Kandy Lake and Tooth Relic Temple, also good for cultural show. The room is spacious.
TV cable channels were not working due to no continued subscription. Staffs were not helpful. We are a group of 5people and they just looked at us carrying and moving large luggages without any help both chec-in and out. I don't know if it's becoz of covid time though.

The Staff was friendly and the breakfasts was good. You only need 5 minutes to walk to the temple of teeth and there is a kiosk right in front of the hotel.
In the evening you can loudly hear the person talking in the hallway.
The hotel is placed directly at a big street so you probably wake up by the sound of cars.

This hôtel was realy value for money.
Beautifful place with nice roof top, including restaurant with nice food.
The accommodation was realy nice (AC, fan, hot water), comfy and clean bed.
Located beetween old and new city, near train and bus stands.
Hightly recommended!!
