Clean, spacious, nice place. Owner was very hands on. Some may like this but we are not a fan of being watched. Camera are for security of the guest and owners. Location was not for us as it was a far drive from the things we wanted to do (this was my fault when booking) Property was accurately listed as for location wise.

We are very particular in finding a place that’s very clean. We found it with this townhome. If you’re looking to stay in Ruskin definitely look to stay at this property.

Our stay here was awesome! It was wonderful that my family could spread out if needed, cook in rather than go out, and easily get to the beach and pools. The home was clean and beautiful. The owner thought of small details for travelers like a beach bag, and towels, cooler, and other things no traveler wants to think about before vacation! And having the washer and dryer was fabulous too! I really hope that we can get back to Ruskin and Two Harbors. We really had an amazing stay!

My stay was very nice. Accommodations were quite nice and very clean. Love the area and beautiful canal lanais.

This was the perfect property for celebrating our anniversary as a family. There were plenty of activities for the kids to do-fishing, swimming, beach-and the two restaurants in the resort were great for "date nights" for mom and dad! The property is immaculate and had all the amenities we could need. Jeanette was extremely helpful in making our plans and in answering any questions we had during our stay. Ruskin is a beautiful, quiet area with plenty of access to Tampa Bay and not far from other beaches along the Gulf. We would love to come back again and again!

My family and I have stayed in home sharing accommodations in 5 countries and this lovely townhouse is one of the best! The owner,Jeanette has thought of every detail, from the well equipped kitchen, to all the beach gear. The view over the canal is therapeutic with all the boats going in and out of the harbour. The resort is very pleasant with rentals available for water sports; and the Sunset Grill is handy for a meal and watching the sunset. Jeanette is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Everything Ruskin. The condo was beautiful, immaculate, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The owner was very accommodating and even asked us what we might need for our 1 year old granddaughter and our 16 year old son with special needs. She supplied us with a booster seat and a SPF 50 cabana that the baby could sleep in on the beach 🏖�. She also made sure we had some toys for the baby. We really felt she cared personally about us as her tenants for the week. She answered our messages promptly and was very easy to work with. The resort was gorgeous and had everything we could have wanted including two restaurants, two heated pools, a hot tub and a private beach. . If you stay, try the Sunday brunch at Sunset Grill. It was wonderful. We will come back. A five star condo and resort for sure!!!!!

Great location with excellent view of water way watching boats going in & out of marina. Excellent for a family with kids due to bunk & trundle beds in 2nd bedroom (this room not ideal for two adults). Beautiful master bedroom! Kitchen is well appointed! A short walk to beautiful beach & sunset grill.

The townhouse was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The views for both sunrise and sunset were exquisite. The facilities were clean, modern and easy to use. The property includes 3 pools and a beach on Tampa Bay. The main restaurant in the facility overlooks the beach and has a very good, reasonably-priced Sunday brunch buffet. The complex is quiet, although on weekends the pools get crowded and the restaurants are busy. The owner provides a very helpful guide to the area. Highly recommend
