The property was excellent in a good and quiet location with the beach very close. It was an ideal location for a physical run to Llandudno. Also it was a lovey walk too as the walk was not to far for the young children. Overall a wonderful stay, lovely property, great location and is some where we we wold book to stay again. Big thanks.

Great location. fully equipped kitchen and even toys and games for the kids to play with. lots of space and no restrictions on parking on the road.

Everything! Cosy rooms and big. Well equipped house! Clean, great location from the Pier, central town and Angel Bay. Owners were brilliant communicators from the point of booking. Would visit again.

Spotless, spacious and well equipped. Excellent communication from hosts. Comfy beds. Quiet. Massive bathroom. Well stocked kitchen and nice thoughtful welcome pack. Looks recently renovated. Parking in the street was fine and there's another street which is really wide and has lots of spaces not far away. It's a nice safe area to walk even at night. It's a stones throw from the beach and the shops which have a bakery, restaurants and convenience store. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will stay here again.

Perfect for a family gateway, everything thought about. Above and beyond. All the little bits, welcoming basket, coffee machine, toys and books for kids and boardgames. We didn't want to leave.

Lovely spotlessly clean Self catering accommodation. Location was ok 15 to 20 minute walk to shops and pier along the sea front exhilarating.

The accomodation was great, very spacious, clean, had everything we needed and kids friendly (our daughter loved using potty-train and playing with boxes of toys and books!). Annie and Robert were great hosts, replying to messages within few hours. They also left us a personal welcome note on a board and some treats in the kitchen. We loved staying at this great place and would definitely recommend it.

spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable & very well equipped.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have found such a wonderful place to stay. It's in a quiet residential area with a Co-op nearby. The lockbox for the keys is easy to use. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to the pier, Great Orme & town area but is a lovely walk along the promenade. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated throughout with some lovely artwork on the walls. It's big, comfortable & homely with absolutely everything you need for a stay away from home. The beds & settee are comfortable, the shower is set at just the right temperature. I liked that there are board games, DVDs & a box of books to choose from, plus plenty of toys & books for children. I can't praise this place highly enough, the owners are lovely & friendly & got back to me straightaway with a couple of queries I had. I can't wait to return.

Spacious house with loads of facilities included and very clean - was great to see a selection of kids toys too. Location was good - quieter end of the promenade and about half an hour away from Great Orme. Really close to the sea front.

Double bed mattress was too soft for my liking.

Annie & Robert made sure our stay was as confortable as possible & were absolutely lovely. The apartment had everything you could possibly need & more. Immaculate & so clean. Fantastic & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Fabulous place and quiet location.
