We very much enjoyed our stay. There are three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with a king-sized bed, and two full baths. The kitchen is beautiful with an stovetop, oven, a toaster oven, a large refrigerator, a regular and a Keurig coffee maker, and a dish washer. Pretty much everything you need to cook, clean, or bath was provided. Even a few books and games. There was even a washer and dryer. Our only complaints (and they're minor) were: 1. The stovetop is electric. Not a big deal unless, like me, you don't like to use them. 2. The owner provided directions to the location, as Google Maps sends you to *almost* the correct location. However, we arrived at night, so it took a while to find the house. A map might be nice. 3. The views of the river were fantastic. The sofa and chairs in the house were nice but not terribly comfortable. It would have been nice to just sit in a cozy chair and watch the river. 4. There is a TV and WIFI, but no DVD player. 5. While there is access to the river, there is only a small area on the property to stand/sit right next to the river, enough for one beach towel or two. Overall, this is a nice spot.

We have a family of 7 stay at this beautiful river property. The view from the home was great! Had great big windows to view the river and scenery. The house was perfect size for all of us and nicely kept. We enjoyed our stay. Will be looking to book again on our next trip up to Oregon.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need and more. It's location is central to many activities in and around Grants Pass. The kitchen is stocked with any and all supplies one may need. It is very clean, impeccably decorated and very comfortable. The direct river access is great for the whole family as is the picnic table and fire pit. Mark was easy to get a hold of and communicated clearly the expectations of the house as well as details regarding things happening to the house during our stay there (the dryer needed to be fixed). My family and I had a wonderful time here! Thank you very much Mark!

We stayed here while visiting family in Grants Pass. It was December, so the weather was a little gloomy, but it was nice to wake up and see the river, and the deer and birds. The house was very neat and clean, the beds were comfortable and the owners were very responsive. We would like to come back in the summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and fully-stocked. It's at the end of a private road so there's no traffic. There's a big grassy lawn for the kids to play, and the view of the Rogue can't be beat. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Grants Pass

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home on the Rouge! The house was redone very nicely and you can’t beat the view of the beautiful Rouge! Great location from town too, with everything fairly close. Mark was always quick to respond when we needed something. Ready to plan our next trip back!

Private property on the river. Relax and watch the wildlife, fishermen, rafters and Jet Boats pass by. Beautiful outdoor space with room for outdoor sports, and furnished with picnic tables, chairs and barbecue. The home is very well equipped and maintained. The only sounds you'll hear is the river rushing by and the call of an Osprey circling overhead, occasionally swooping down to catch a fish for dinner. Indoor board games are also furnished but the great outdoors constantly calls your attention. Sit under the stars in the evening and absorb the solar sights.

My husband and I are from California and came up to grants Pass area to visit our three granddaughters. Mark’s place was a perfect private beautiful home right on the rogue River. We had so much fun with the girls going down into the river bed from the access stairway right off of the huge yard leading from the house. It was very nice having stores and restaurants all conveniently located close to the home but far enough away that the home was still private. We will definitely be going back .

Beautiful home recently remodeled on the inside with a large well appointed kitchen comfortable bedrooms, great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces (with barbecue). River views with beach access via stairs. In quiet neighborhood for walking or biking with easy access to town and other activities in the Grants Pass area. Owner friendly and available for questions. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

We stayed with another couple four nights. Very comfortable and clean. Great river views and access. The home has been nicely renovated and is well stocked with everything needed. We would love to book this home again!!

We stayed here with my mother and two children. There was ample room for everybody in the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted and allowed us to comfortably prepare our own meals and eat them at the nice dining table. The entire dining and living room has a spectacular view of the rogue river, which is directly next to the house. The river view and access is the signature feature here. We walked into the river and were able to play with our kids in the water directly next to the house. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I recommend this house! The location in Grants Pass is good with stores being only a few minutes away and the downtown close by. You will find shops and restaurants downtown. The city offers many diverse activities. The activities are generally outdoors and involve either the river or the forested hills. Many activities require significant driving but are worth it. I recommend the Oregon Caves National Monument and the Safari Park in Winston. The visitors center in downtown Grants Pass will inform you well.

We recently rented this home while in town visiting family. There were six of us and had plenty of room. The house is very well appointed and the views of the river cannot be beat. We had a quick question regarding household supplies and the owners were quick to respond and address our question. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to getaway with a quick drive into town, this is a great option. The pictures of the views outside really don't do it justice!
