Beautiful beach right down the street! Wonderful and peaceful accommodations! We loved the location and overall property! Will definitely be back!!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at the Lanikai Garden Studio. The studio was charming, spacious and well appointed, the owner and property manager (Rick) was very communicative and helpful, and the location was fantastic, with easy access to Lanikai Beach. We spent much of our time visiting our new granddaughter nearby

Property is exactly as advertised and it was a perfect location for our purposes. Communication with the owners could not have been better and exceeded our expectations. We are looking forward to coming back here.

We had an incredible stay! The location was perfect and central to all of our favorite spots on the island. Meeting up with Rick and Nini at the airport was a super fun way to end the trip! What are the odds?! We will be back! Mahalo and a hui hou!

We stayed in Honolulu first. Won’t do that again but would love to stay at this property again. The only surprise was that when the tide comes in your beach is under water. Other than that, it’s a dream. Loved the place, the neighborhood and the small, I crowded beach. Owners were lovely as well.

We had a wonderful stay in the guest cottage. The location is fabulous-right across from beautiful Lanakai beach. This rental really is special. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. I’ve been to Oahu a few times but it was my partner’s first. He’s not too into the commercial part of Waikiki so we were looking for something a little quieter. This place was a perfect choice. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive - very attentive without ever being over-bearing. The location is just across from Lanikai beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen (and I’ve seen quite a few). I wish I could post pictures to show just how beautiful it was. The unit is a studio next to the main house. It was very cutely decorated, had a kitchen stocked with all the things you’d need, a private little garden area that was private and serene. The AC and internet worked great with no issues. The town of Kailua has a lot of charming boutiques and eateries nearby. There are great hiking trails nearby and you can kayak to the small islands off shore. All in all, we absolutely loved our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone and want to be repeat visitors ourselves.

What a wonderful place to travel after a 3 year lockdown. It was our first trip to Hawaii together. We loved it and our hosts Nani and Rick were fantastic. Maholo!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was wonderful! So close to the most beautiful beach and many restaurants just a few minutes drive away. It had everyting you could possibly need for a relaxing stay in a perfect location!

The studio was a perfect place to land, and peacefully quiet! It was very clean and convenient.

We loved the location of this rental. Just across the street to a somewhat private beach nook, and a short walk to the larger Lanikai Beach, which is one of the best on the island. Our hosts were super helpful with recommendations and guidance on where to go, things to do, and some insider tips on the area. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, everything was top notch. Highly recommend.

The place in location was perfect! The home was clean and well maintained. I could not ask for a better place. The hostess and hostess were extremely accommodating, and very nice. I would highly recommend these place! I will book again next time I’m here.

Short distance to the beach, quiet, plenty of room, comfortable, secluded yard, easy parking, Hosts were wonderful, very pleasant and responsive. Heading back next year and recommending to friends and family!

We had the most phenomenal stay in Lanikai! The garden studio was beyond our expectations. There was plenty of space for the two of us. The private entry was welcoming with an adorable sign that said aloha. The pathway to the studio was full of lush Hawaiian plants that led us to the studio and garden patio. We fell in love with the Hawaiian decor throughout the room because it made us feel like we were on a true Hawaiian getaway. We especially loved the location of the studio because it was literally across Lanikai beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in America. Every day, we walked to the beach with the provided towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella. The ocean was clear blue and warm with breathtaking views of the Mokulua islets. After the beach, we went to Kailua and ate at a different restaurant each night. Most of all, we loved the owners Rich and Nani because they were always available if we needed anything. Nani gave us the best recommendations for restaurants! Overall, we would definitely stay there again. It was a Hawaiian vacation that we will never forget!

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Rick and his wife were delightful to visit with and friendly and welcoming. They accommodated parking for our Mercedes’ van and were just super!

Overall very positive. Oh the mango tree Is so productive and hosts share the delicious fruit. Great eateries in town. Everything wonderfully casual. Hosts were very attentive as needed. Honolulu 30 minutes.

The studio is comfortable, provides lots of light and privacy, and has everything you need. It’s the perfect location in Lanakai, with short walks to the beach and the pillbox hike and a quick drive to Kailua. Rick and Nini are great hosts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space!

This little gem of a vacation rental was even better than we had hoped. Though it is a suite style, there was plenty of room for the two of us. Comfortable bed, nice seating area, functional kitchen, and immaculate throughout. We enjoyed the beautiful lanai for morning coffee and evening drinks while watching the happy little geckos. Lanikai beach is simply indescribably gorgeous, and just a short walk to the beach. We spent most of every day on the powdery sand by the aquamarine water. Breathtaking! The town of Kailua has grown a lot since we were last in the area, but lots of places to buy groceries and go out to dinner. We had dinner at Buzz’s Steakhouse (reservations recommended) and at the Maui Brewing Co., both good meals and friendly staff, and we ordered takeout pizza one night. But most meals I cooked on the hot plate or microwave in the little kitchen. Our hosts Rick and Nini were super nice and very accommodating but never intrusive. Great people. We really didn’t want to leave this place. Hopefully we’ll return someday soon. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise with us!

This property is wonderful for many reasons. First, it’s in Lanikai which we learned was a beautiful side of Oahu which is very private and quiet. The property is steps from the beach. We enjoyed going each morning to watch the sunrise and at night for sunsets. It’s easy access to hiking, restaurants and downtown Kaleua. Rick and Ninnie are very kind and there to make sure we had what we needed. The studio itself has everything you need in the bathroom and kitchen. A private backyard with a table surrounded by bamboo trees to enjoy a little tropical coffee talk, which we did. We just can’t say enough about our stay. We can’t wait to go back. Thank you both!

Our stay was lovely. Rick and Nini were extremely kind and went out of their way to welcome us. Their rental is peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Best of all, it’s a short walk from the beach!

Perfect location, private and quiet! It was like our own little rain forest oasis with the most beautiful beach across the street. Wonderfully equipped kitchenette, everything we needed and more. Even the dishes are cute!! Loved, loved, loved it! Thanks Rick and Nini, we can't wait to return! :)

Everything about this garden cottage was perfect. Although attached to the owners home, the cottage had its own private entrance and back patio and was surrounded by beautiful tropical plants. The bed was comfortable, the place was immaculate, the kitchen was well stocked and their was wifi and a big screen TV. I watched the sunrise on the beach every morning with the locals and the beach was steps away. They also supplied beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, ice chest, etc. The owners Rick and Nini were wonderful hosts. Nini even put together a binder with brochures for activities and menus from local restaurants. I will definitely be back

I cannot say enough about how wonderful and exceptional our stay here was! Waking up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises you can imagine. Beach access is less than a minute away. The hospitality of the owners and the community made you feel like you were home. This will be the only place we stay when visiting the islands. Mahalo!!!!

This property has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway. The cleanest and most immaculate place we have stayed (and we travel all of the time). Beach chairs, towels and boogie boards available. The lush entryway and back garden were an added bonus! Owners were available if needed but we had complete privacy. Highly recommended staying here! Short walk to the beach - right across the street.

Great little place for 2 people. Very clean, comfortable and I especially liked the sitting area in the back. The suite included a kitchenette with a hot plate, beach essentials, wifi, TV, safe and AC. It's also conveniently located walking-distance from the beach. We felt safe at all times and at night the entrance was well lit. Nini and Rick were so accommodating and communication with them was excellent from beginning to end. I highly recommend this cute getaway!
