1209 Beach Front, Point Pleasant Beach has a special place in our family’s “best vacation destinations”! The house is located right on the beach - the owners stock the house with everything you need and a lot of things always forget. We will definitely come back next year and hope to make it our yearly family vacation getaway!! 👏👏👏

We loved our stay in this home. We were impressed by the welcome package of snacks and drinks. The house was clean and directions for access and maintenance were easy to follow. The owners keep the home well stocked with paper goods, cleaning supplies, and beach towels/chairs which is very convenient. The fire pit was an added bonus!

We were a group of 8 women who came together to attend our 45th high school reunion, and decided to make it a week-long gathering. We had a wonderful week at this property. The location and the weather could not have been more perfect! The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities to make it as comfortable as possible for us. There were many personal touches, from the basket of snacks and goodies left for us, to the personal size toiletries left in each bathroom. We really felt at home. We plan on making this an annual event for us. Many thanks to Susmitha for being attentive and prompt with answering questions. We will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family vacation. The weather was wonderful and the house was big enough with bathrooms for each family. The house was very well equipped . Check in was late 5:30 so you lose a whole day.

My husband and I booked this home for a getaway with my whole extended family - dad, mom, step-dad, aunts, uncles, cousins. The home was the absolute perfect location in Point Pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Private beach access. Fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds, enough space for everyone to have their own area and catch some alone time if needed. We slept in the master bedroom and I’m still missing that view waking up in the morning. Thank you for a perfect week away!

This beach home was lovely, full of character and charm and tons of space- everywhere. It was also incredibly welcoming so many things that you would need for a beach stay were all there, the owners attend to thoughtful details. Everything is easy from renting, to check in and check out. The beach was beautiful and spacious. The location was ideal- so convenient to the boardwalk and restaurants and groceries. Thank you for sharing your home, our family had a wonderful time together and stay.

Three generations converged from across the country for a weekend memorial to honor our grandmother who would take my dad and his brothers to Point Pleasant as kids. The house housed all four families with enough space for all and multiple areas to mingle. The young kids loved having essentially a giant sandbox for a backyard. Historic house that has been updated over the years to maintain a nice blend of old and new.

We were so impressed with this lovely well stocked home. Having the bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs all supplied was a treat. There was a large variety of dishware and cooking items. Plenty of space was available for a large crowd to gather in different areas of the home. Multiple bedrooms that suited all our needs. Large backyard was perfect for the kids. Short private walk to the beach made regular trips very convenient. The firepit was also an added treat.

The house is on a perfect location. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Clean and nicely supplied with cooking wares, dishes, towels, tolieties. Our group of HS friends for over 50 years had a wonderful time. Thank you

This house was absolutely perfect for our extended family. We were in New Jersey for a Celebration of Life for our mother and sister who passed during the pandemic. This spacious property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. Great outdoor area with fire pit and private beach access. Kitchen was small, but very well equipped. Large dining table and outdoor table under covered porch. Would highly recommend this property. Welcoming snacks and toiletries were a nice touch.

We had an incredible time at this property for a family vacation over New Years. Our group included 10 adults, a baby, a toddler, and a 4 year old, and the house was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us and give everyone some space. The location on the beach was absolutely perfect and we really enjoyed it even in the middle of winter. The location was super convenient and there were plenty of shops around to pick up anything we needed - although the house was very, VERY well stocked. The hosts were absolutely lovely and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

A big, comfortable house with lots of room to spread out. Endless beach, and even more endless ocean. For us, lots of moon light. What could be better? We enjoyed a great Thanksgiving there.

We rented this property for a small family gathering, it could not have been more perfect.

Beautiful location! Watching the sunrise every morning over the water was amazing. Nice sand yard for kids to play while grilling. We were able to see a couple dolphins swimming in the ocean. Plenty of space for everyone. Lots of snacks ready for our arrival, and well stocked with supplies.

It was the perfect place to stay to attend a Family Wedding and reunion. Everyone was able to fit comfortably. The house has many family-friendly amenities. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

Let me preface this by saying i grew up in Point Pleasant Beach. We’re talking 30 years. I know what a beach house should be. If you want a shiny new one, keep looking. This one is just the right age and it’s been updated nicely in just the right places. The upper floor is where we spent our inside time, as that’s where the ocean view lives. That ocean view is spectacular. The upper deck isnt original to the house but it’s a perfect addition. I’d have tea in the morning just after sunrise and a beer later at night. That was my spot. I don’t do a whole lot of VRBO, but my sis does. One thing she noted almost immediately was that this was the most well equipped one she’d ever used. The pics in the listing don’t show a lot of what’s there. I’m talking coffee makers, kitchen appliances, more TVs, etc. it seems they’re smart on the cleaning g crew too. If someone left behind an unopened thing of disposable plates, they’d store them in the kitchen. When you get there, before you go shopping g see what’s in the cabinets. Your shopping list will shrink. We had 2 special accommodations that needed to be made. The owners were crazy helpful getting past that. Their communication was top notch. Very nice folks. They seem to really want their guests to enjoy the house. I could go on, but most have stopped reading by now. Book this place. When my family wants to get back to the beach where we all grew up, this will be the spot for years to come.

The property was everything we could have wanted and more. The house was stocked with anything we needed, was in an ideal location, and the hosts were easy to communicate with. The house had a great view of the fireworks, and a private path to the beach. We will be returning!

Really surprised at all the beach accessories supplied with chairs umbrellas and children’s playthings. Also the best supplied kitchen of any house I’ve previously rented. Our family had no complaints.

We did enjoy our week, a leaking sink was addressed and repaired very quickly. The house was clean and very well stocked with necessities. The only disappointments were that the photos were misleading about the size of the kitchen and some of the bedrooms, which also did not have air conditioners. We like to prepare dinners for everyone and that was a bit challenging, my fault for not checking more closely on the size of the kitchen.

Stayed for a week in July 2021 and had a great time. Can’t beat the location of this house, just a quick walk over the dunes and you’re at the beach. House is located in a quiet area but a short six block walk to Jenkinson’s boardwalk for rides, games and food. Owners are easy to reach by text and very responsive and informative. They have tried to make this house very comfortable and added extras like beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.Now for the negative, downstairs bathrooms could use an update, sinks still have separate hot and cold faucets. Kitchen is small but pretty well stocked with items you’d need for cooking. House has plenty of room for up to 14 people but showering is a little tricky if you have that many….if too many people shower at the same time water pressure is very low. Also no central air, just wall units, they keep the house pretty cool but electrical system could use an update because you have to turn off the upstairs air conditioners if you use the dryer.

Having to cancel our main wedding plans during the pandemic, we were looking for a place where close friends and family could gather in a small group. This house was perfect and the owners were very accommodating. It allow use to spend several memorable days with family and friends. The house is well maintained and has a large number of bedrooms and bathrooms. It a perfect secluded little paradise

My family and I had the most wonderful vacation .Relaxing , rejuvenating and peaceful with the Ocean as our front yard! The house is full of charm , beautiful and spacious.We will come back again . Truly a dream vacation at the beautiful New Jersey Shore !
