ac didn’t work properly

Beautiful resort rooms were super small and I had to pay to get a refrig in my room.

Room size

Location is nice and close to the beach

Cleanness is not at the top, some services are limited, the room hace liking problems in the bathroom

Location was great, pool was great, Wait staff was great, and so was hotel workers

Small room, walls were thin, quiet time was at 11pm, sometimes it was very loud

I loved the pool and the room and the chaise loungers all around the pool.. Room was very clean

Staff was Very friendly and attentive. The Property Grounds were well maintained and Beautifully organic. A true "Montauk Vibe " laidback, funky, cool, private location. Food was top notch. Bar/pool are very "chill" indeed. Room was fresh and white and CLEAN(as a NASA space station). Bed was like sleeping on a dream cloud.

What breakfast? lol not a big deal I was not aware. The only complaint I have is that the AC unit did not work properly so our room was muggy and warm. Property was amazing, will definitely make this my yearly getaway. Me and my Boyfriend traveled from Maryland

AC unit, lighting inthe room was a little dull. Maybe room service, an updated smart TV.

Small room. No dresser. Noisy running water from room next door. Air conditioning could be better

The location appears (at first sight) to be cute, cozy, and perfect distance from Navy Beach which is why we chose it.

Spending over $500 a night at this 3-star place was a waste of my money. The blinds in our room were broken so we were forced to wake up early even though this was our vacation weekend. There was lots of dust and dirt in the windows/blinds which triggered my allergies. There wasn’t a tissue box in the room to blow my nose. It’s covid and shocking that a resort doesn’t provide tissues to their guests. I’m glad we had breakfast options on the property itself during COVID but $15 for a bagel is ridiculously expensive and in-heard of.

The backyard area was very cool although we spent very little time there.

The rooms were very dirty. There was a dark red rug under the bed that hid a lot of dirt. Unfortunately my wife stepped on something we believe to be dog poop that was on the rug. We told the front desk and they cleaned the room but the rug was still filthy looking. I lifted the rug at one point and saw a lot of dirt beneath it. I also killed two roaches in the room. I definitely did not expect the rooms to be this dirty at a hotel like this.
