Nice pool area and close to the beach

The room smelt of damp, it was very small room, they placed us right beside the communal toilets so we couldn’t sit outside on our terrace. The walls / floors were very thin and there was noise everywhere

It’s an updated and clean option for Montauk right off the beach. The location is ideal for those who want to be close to beach, have pool access and be able to explore town. The staff at the front desk couldn’t be kinder and more accommodating. They always greeted with a smile and were approachable and had excellent customer service skills. Facility and rooms were very clean

At this price point , it’s not acceptable to 1. Not have a keirig or Nespresso is the rooms. One shouldn’t have to leave the room to have coffee. If there isn’t a machine in the room coffee should be provided in lobby. Paying for coffee isn’t expected at this price or at any hotel in 2023. Even motels I have to stay at for travel sports have Keuirg in room now. The showers also aren’t ideal. A small shower is fine but a waterfall shower head in middle of small shower makes washing hair and body difficult without constantly turning off water.

Loved how close the hotel is to the beach and town. The texting feature during our stay was awesome and they responded very timely.

Super noisy outside our room, could also hear noise from the road. No chair or umbrella service at the beach. The price of drinks for guest as astronomical. Oh and the lounge chairs and uncomfortable.

Comfortable and extremely nice staff, they never pushed you to purchase anything.They just left me alone which is what I wanted

EVERYTHING!!! The amenities, the atmosphere, the location… I want to come back here every year.

It’s definitely a bit pricey, and the food/drink on site is also expensive..but that’s par for the course in Montauk right? they didn’t have high chairs but it’s not the type of place you really go for a sit down meal with a family anyway so it didn’t bother us; there were tons of other places in walking distance that were available and accommodating!

The room was great - beds and pillows were super comfortable. The pool area was amazing- music and waitress service by the pool were an added bonus.
