The location was great. The bed was comfortable.
It's not soundproof at all you can hear people outside. People walking upstairs. The lighting was not so great.

The room was a good size and the bathroom was large.
The breakfast was really awful. There were very little choices and only 2 chairs to sit at so you had to bring it back to your room to eat.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel. We paid $500 a night for an average room overlooking the courtyard. From reviewing the website, we were expecting to have drinks and dinner in the M lounge. However, the M lounge was closed and the hotel had no alternative bar, restaurant and no breakfast room. At breakfast we were expected to pick up our breakfast and take it to our room to eat. Shame on you Hotel Metropole.

We didn't have breakfast. I don't think it was provided, but there are lots of wonderful places to eat right nearby.

The rooms were very spacious and nice and the location was great. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
Unfortunately no breakfast was being served, even though covid restrictions seemed to be relaxed now. Also the wifi connected was extremely poor, I wasn't able to use it at all sometimes.

The location
There was no room service there was no continental breakfast they said because of Covid the island was open to the public the restaurants the souvenir shops all transit were in full operation. If those services were not available you should lower your prices.

The location was awesome. in the center conveniently located to everything.
The jacuzzi is dated and in need of repairs.
