Cute property over 100 years old. Definitely unique and worth the stay. Very much cottage feels. we rented the bigger house to the left of the main office building and it was the cutest. my kids loved all the decorations.

The place was amazing. The views and the roof space with a grill are awesome. The personnel was super friendly and helpful, with a lot of recommendations on what to do and a space to leave the bags both the day of arrival and the day of leaving.

Early and quick check in process. 5 minutes walk from everything.

Surroundings were a little noisy at times, but complimentary ear plugs were provided bedside.

First of all, the staff here are amazing and very communicative (shoutout to Amber)! I had to reschedule my stay due to the massive storm last month, because the ferry could not sail. Both Seacrest and Booking worked with me and were understanding. Staff were quick in their responses and confirmed I could drop a bag at the office earlier in the day prior to checkout, and could also pickup my bag later in the day after checkout. The office closes at 4PM. I was out and about hiking beyond cell service, but Amber texted me when my room was ready, and the message made it through. I appreciate the thoughtful communication. The hotel has a peaceful rooftop deck with nice views. The room itself was comfortable and had everything needed. I was able to pack in many miles of hiking both days, and the one night I stayed at Seacrest was well spent. I fell asleep quickly. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the docks, and also within short walking distance of stores and restaurants. It has a bit of a New England charm to it. I would stay again.

It is on one of the main streets in town, so some street noise down below, but ear plugs are provided in the room. Similarly, the rooms are in close proximity and there is some hallway and rooftop foot traffic, but again, there are ear plugs if needed.

The room was very convenient next to a lot of key attractions, shops, and restaurants, not to mention Vons. Having a bathroom and a Queen Sized bed was very nice.

The internet did not work whatsoever in our room (Seashell Room), as the connection was quite poor compared to the rest of the island.

Quaint property in Avalon Downtown. the room was clean and comfortable. Microwave and fridge included. the rooftop is nice. staff friendly.

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

It was a great location near the water. Loved our room; bed comfy, room cozy. Staff were very friendly. Loved the history in the building. Very quiet. Room ready very early. Recommend.

The door to our room was really close to our bed.

No breakfast. Our “Garden Room” was nowhere near a garden. We were next to a very busy street and the traffic was awful.

Location of the room. Obviously they are aware of the noise as there were ear plugs in the bedside tables. Unfortunately, we needed them.

Everything was walking distance. There was a big jacuzzi bath tub, a remote control for the very efficient A/C unit and they provide beach towels in the office, which would be $10 per day EACH! Staff was knowledgeable and loved what they do. There is tons of rooftop space to enjoy.

Being as this hotel was once a home and 10 rooms total, the stairs and hallways were pretty loud when anyone would pass by, especially going to the rooftop. Don't expect a Marriott Resort (where I happen to work!) And you will love the history and charm.
