We had 5 adults, 2 Teens and one child. There was plenty of room to spread out and more than enough bed options. The Host was very responsive to any questions and concerns that came up.The house is across the street from the State Museum and Farmers Market. It was not too far to walk downtown.

Lots of towels, coffee pots, coffee, kitchen needs, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent made our stay very comfortable. Beds were comfy and every bedroom has a bathroom or access! Landscaping in progress. Owners are very accommodating and are prompt and easy to communicate with.

Very nice house and well stocked. We walked to Broadway but Ubered back at night. Quick response from mgr when emailed with questions. Would rent again.

What a great trip to Nashville with the ladies. The house was beautiful and spacious, and fit all nine of us very well. The house was convenient to all and we enjoyed hanging out there when we weren't in town. Both Celine and Don were wonderful and accommodating to deal with. I've been renting on VRBO for a long time and they are one of the best hosts I've dealt with.

Beautiful, spacious and very clean.It says sleeps 12 but it will sleep more. Would be great for a bachelorette or bachelor party. If you have a large family, this is the place for you. We used uber but you can walk to music row. If you enjoy walking. Our daughter and boyfriend walked and said it was not a bad walk. Definitely would stay there again!!

A reasonable distance from Broadway and the downtown area, especially if you don’t mind walking 20-25 minutes. Well equipped with towels and linens and set up to handle a number of people.

My friends and I visited Nashville as part of our annual Super Bowl gathering. One concern I had when planning our visit was that every reviewer had rated the property as a 5/5. I thought someone must have had an issue with something! However, we found this property to be perfect for our 4 couples. The host had stocked the house with many extras ahead of our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We walked downtown one day, taking approximately 20 minutes. Uber drivers were always available in the area, arriving in 3 to 5 minutes. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store, and pub/restaurant (good food!) within a two block walk. In our frequent walks to these places, we had no issues or safety concerns. The host immediately responded to our questions prior to arrival and check-in was a breeze. We would rent this property again without hesitation.

8 adults shared this property. It was very well stocked with linens and towels. We had a great stay with plenty of room to spread out so we weren't constatnly stepping on each other. Bus transportation was close by, a definite benefit.

We had 8 people in our group. We thought the accommodations were prefect for our size and for our age (over 60). There’s plenty of space for more people if you had more. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions I had months before we arrived and during our stay. I gave the location a 5. I would never live in the area but to stay for a 3 nights was great. Never felt unsafe. We all felt the place was very clean, beds were comfortable.

Celine and Don are perfect hosts! This VRBO property will stay on our "must come back to" list, as it was a perfect place to stay. Located with easy access off of I40 but far enough away as to have no traffic noise. The property is within walking distance of some attractions and restaurants and within an inexpensive UBER or LYFT ride (10-15 minutes) to broadway and all other downtown attractions you may want to see! It's located on a quiet street, which was nice. The property was the perfect size for the six of us but could accomadate up to 8 very nicely. We knew we were going to be out and about a lot, but wanted a nice, clean, safe, and comfortable place, and this property fit all of our needs. We've decided that when we travel to Nashville again, we will stay at this exact property! The property Owner was so nice to deal with, responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner, and was very helpful!

The house was nice and large which was really accommodating for a group of 8 adults. Everyone had their own bed and the house never felt crammed. Very spacious and in close proximity to downtown.

The kitchen was well-equipped (suggest adding a blender). The owner was very accommodating and was quick to respond when we had questions. There was a minor issue with an alarm and the owner was quick to reply and resolve it.

Perfect house for 6 women “of a certain age”. Beds were so very comfortable and the kitchen up to date. Our host had everything we needed at our fingertips. Location so close to downtown and Ubers were always nearby. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect place for 6 girls to have a reunion. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms to comfortably share the home. The home is clean, beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. Although, the location is ideal to walk to the downtown attractions, it is located near a busy street and can be a little noisy at times. It wasn’t terrible and it certainly did not ruin our stay. I highly recommend this home!

Location was perfect! We only had 4 adults in our group- so the house was plenty big. Everything was clean and the owner had trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. We greatly appreciated not having to run to the store. We did not cook- just enjoyed the great food in Nashville. Beds were comfy and we would definitely stay here again. Owner communicated when needed and was easy to access.

We had a great time in Nashville and loved our stay at this property. The unit was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Easy walk to Broadway, Printer’s Alley, the Farmer’s Market and more. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had.
