Great location to base for snowshoeing and exploring the downtown. Very good restaurants are within walking distance. Hosts very responsive to questions.

Lovely guesthouse on a property just steps away from the capitol building. The hosts were the best ever, so concerned about us and our comfort. Wonderful cozy apartment with delightful decor. Can’t wait to come back in the summer so we can enjoy the beautiful pool.

This property is clean, well maintained and well managed. It had everything you would need to truley relax and enjoy your stay. The ability to have a garage to use was amazing. I recommend it for its location, comfort and price.

This is a lovely property. The hosts were very nice and helpful when we needed anything. The guesthouse is exactly as it looks in the pictures (maybe even better in person!) The location was perfect for us, close enough to downtown but not right in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the interstate so getting to and from everything was very easy. We were here with 3 adults and there was plenty of space for all of our things and never felt cramped. The backyard/ pool area felt like we were at our own little retreat. Just the space we needed to enjoy our weekend!

I can't say enough great things about the property and the owners. My mom and I had a fantastic time. The pool and all of the amenities were an amazing part of our stay. The place is very clean and has everything that we needed plus more. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay here, just feet from the Capitol. The house was lovely with an amazing backyard compete with pool, therapeutic hot tub, and tons of quiet space to lounge. The neighborhood was fantastic and the proximity to all things Salt Lake City has to offer can’t be overstated. The hosts really make the extra effort to make sure everything is perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

This vacation rental was perfect! Beautiful pool area & patio! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The washer & dryer came in so handy. The location and the atmosphere were great! So much to do in this area & whether you're enjoying the city or hiking in the mountains you can come back for a nice swim before heading to a fabulous SLC dinner!! We highly recommend!!

As stated, this place was very cozy. We stayed over a week and this place was perfect. Great location, walking distance to so many things, host was great and helpful, I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. Can't wait to go back!

It is a delightful place right near the Capitol. It is very well laid out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was OK, the main living space was clean, but the bedrooms pillow shams and comforters were not so clean, specifically the pillow shams to the bedroom we slept in. They were pretty smelly (BO) all bed coverings should be washed per guests stay, entire bed cleanliness is a must to make it a truly comfortable stay, the bed sheets and pillow cases and blanket were clean but had old stains; the laundry closet should have doors being that it is in the bedroom. The doors inside should be re-stained. I was disappointed with these things because the property was rated high for cleanliness and that’s why I selected it.

Got snowed in and had to extend stay—which was not a problem. But our great hosts had to shovel quite a bit!

A nice property and interesting, like a Mediterranean villa tucked into the city. The photos accurately show the features of the property, and the landlord was very helpful. Our problem came from why we came to Salt Lake City from out-of-state: a kidney transplant for my wife at the University of Utah Research Hospital. This is a serious surgery, and we were required to remain for five weeks following the procedure. What wasn't shown in the photos is the distance from parking and the number of concrete steps (15) to climb to get there. This was hard for my wife before the procedure, and near-impossible afterward. So I had to rent another place with underground parking and an elevator, which meant paying double-rent for a period of time. If we'd been in town for any normal purpose, this would have worked out well.

Loved our stay at the Guest House. Very well equipped rental. Patio and pool area are a relaxing oasis. Hosts were wonderful and extremely welcoming and accommodating. This location has everything you need for a great stay in SLC.

Was really dusty, we both woke up with allergies. Pool was covered, didn't know look like it was in use. Was just dingy and not what we had hoped for. Sent email to owner and all I got back was that we were wrong - good service! We checked out two days early.

This property was perfect. It is clean, offers all the accommodations, you need and is located within walking distance of many landmarks. I would enthusiastically recommend this to anyone. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. I will definitely repeat. I really liked their dogs who greeted me often as I came and went. Thanks Kyle, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

We just returned from a lengthy stay at this fabulous guesthouse and truly want to head back! What an oasis in the most adorable neighborhood! We loved walking to the Capitol to watch sunsets and couldn’t have asked for a better location to get to everything we wanted to see in SLC and beyond. Breakfast on the patio overlooking the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool was our favorite. Our on-site hosts were so kind and accommodating and only added to our great vacation (cutest dogs were bonus!) We highly recommend this property!!

Kyle's guesthouse is by far the best short-term rental property I have ever stayed in. It was clean, had the amenities you would expect plus a hot tub, pool, and an apple TV perfect for casting. The property is so well maintained, and close to everything. Kyle was also incredibly attentive during our stay, and so so kind.

My daughters and I had an amazing time staying in the guest house. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This charming house is in a great location close to everything. You could see the Capitol from the front yard and it was very beautiful lit up at night. Kensey and Ellie were adorable. Would definitely recommend staying in this charming guest house.

Fantastic property and easy check in process. We had a challenge with the road noise at night, particularly with the bedroom that faced the street Made it difficult to sleep. But a lovely guest cottage.

The owners of this property are so nice and responsive to questions/issues. The decorations are cute and comfortable. It would be a 5 if we had stayed in the summer to enjoy the outside spaces and it had parking for our SUV. We stayed on a very busy week when the cherry blossoms were out and there was an LDS convention. The home's proximity to the Capitol Building and the LDS facilities made parking quite difficult. I would recommend this property for a couple or two close friends, have a small car that will fit in their small garage and wish to spend a nice stay quietly enjoying time in their lovely backyard and walking to the Capitol or downtown.. They have two friendly little schnauzers and that was a bonus!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment while we were in town for our granddaughter’s volleyball tournament. Nice apartment, great location and walkable to downtown. The owner was responsive when we reached out to problem-solve a situation with the TV.

Everything was close nearby! Within a few blocks, we could walk to Temple Square, the State Capitol, DUP museum, Visitor Center and the beautiful walking area at Memory Grove. The house is very nice and was plenty big for my husband and me. We found it had all we needed. You can believe the posted reviews. Rick and Kyle responded when we had questions which is much appreciated. We were very happy for our week. I would definitely return.

Spent 6 weeks skiing and used this as my base. Perfect for a couple. Hosts were awesome and the property location is great to downtown, City Creek canyon, and the freeways. Would definitely do it again.

Kyle's place is an excellent short term stay in downtown Salt Lake City. It's a very safe and welcoming place, almost like a compound. It includes a locked private garage and a great hot tub. Kyle is very helpful. Two cute dogs too, one of which ran in the unit, did a quick lap, and ran out. Walking distance to lots of things. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stat immensely. We could have used direction to run the tv.
