We stayed with friends as we were all here to celebrate a wedding. This house was the perfect retreat and made the weekend perfect. Both the property owner and manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The back yard especially is exquisite.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The house is beautiful and the backyard oasis was such a treat. Linda left very detailed instructions for everything and also reached out to ensure we were enjoying our stay which was such a nice touch. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This was the perfect getaway for our group of six celebrating birthdays - and surprise! - an engagement. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean and the gorgeous view in the backyard that combines the modern house with rustic elements couldn't be beat. We were also minutes away from several wineries, which made tastings very accessible. We absolutely loved this house and would recommend it without hesitation. Many thanks to the hosts!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in the Luna Lodge in Glen Ellen. The house is beautiful, spacious and cozy. The outdoor space has so many different seating areas, we weren't able to try every spot before our stay ended, but we sure did try! With the rushing creek water, hammock and hot tub, the backyard is peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking full meals. The location in Glen Ellen is very convenient for exploring Sonoma Valley, as well as dining out and for grocery shopping at the Glen Ellen Market. The only, very minor, negative aspect was the cleaniness of the house and dishes. We understand its hard to keep bugs/cobwebs away when located on the water and to keep all the dishes clean with periodic guests. This did not stop us from enjoying our stay, just one note we wanted to address. We will be back!

We had a great visit to Glen Ellen this weekend. House was lovely and well appointed. Lovely and relaxing backyard with a nice hot tub. Five minute walk to the Glen Ellen Star and other shops/cafes in town. Convenient to hiking in Jack London Regional Park. A terrific weekend all around!

We had a wonderful few days at Luna Lodge. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to enjoy the beautiful backyard, tour the wineries, and eat at the local restaurants. We hope to come back!

Four of us spent 4 wonderful nights in Glen Ellen and would highly recommend this home. The owners were great, the home is very updated and comfortable, and the back deck and yard back up to the Sonoma River with a hot tub and a fire pit. A couple great restaurants in easy walking distance ( < 1/2 mile ) were added bonus. Highly recommended !

We had a family vacation here and enjoyed the ambiance of the house and little village of Glen Ellen. Even though it poured down rain while we stayed the house was so accommodating we didn't mind. Yes, I'd definitely recommend this house.

Access was very simple and we were impressed how new and clean the house was. Decorating is very tasteful and the house is well equipped. The location is convenient for Glen Ellen, Sonoma and even Napa. We would definitely go back to this home.

Luna Lodge was absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. The house is truly better than the pictures. It felt like our own private oasis with the beautiful backyard and hot tub. Plenty of room for 7 of us. We made great meals in the well stocked kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub, cocktails and appetizers in the spacious living room. We loved being within walking distance to a couple great restaurants, the Jack London Saloon, wineries, and the market, which has everything you need for a foodie meal. We would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend it to anyone!

Great location, beautiful well kept property, and lovely home. Was a small issue with ants in the house, but otherwise a perfect stay.

This was our first visit to Luna Lodge, but hopefully won't be our last. The property is even better in real life than it is in photos. Enjoy the lickedy-spilt stroll to food and wine in "downtown" Glen Ellen or just chillax and get your zen on in the well-tended back yard. Spacious, clean and user-friendly, Luna Lodge is a super spot for a couples' get-away or a family vacation. Our sincere thanks to our hosts and their caretakers.

We had great time enjoying the property and the town of Glenn Ellen. Landscape and fenced yard were perfect for our dogs and they enjoyed the dog friendly town and wineries. Hope to have a reason to book the property again soon. Two observations, there were ants in the downstair bathroom and bedroom, as well as upstairs bath. Second, there were no instructions for leaving property (what to do with bedding, towels, etc. start dishwasher, thermostat ect.). We did the best we could, but always like to know what property managers would prefer. Thanks for letting us stay! Gordon

My family and I had a two night stay at this wonderful oasis in May 2016. The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and fully appointed. The backyard is a fantastic oasis with a Jacuzzi, creek and lovely seating areas throughout. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac that was ideal for walking my dog. I would recommend this house in a heartbeat. It gets an absolute 10 out of 10!

We had a fantastic stay. House tip top. Yard spacious and great to relax listening to the creek. 3 minutes walk to Main Street with restaurant, tasting rooms etc.

We enjoyed that house for 2 nights. It was a great experience. Close to number of wineries, restaurants, walking trails at the same time private and quite. The place was very inviting and had everything you might need. The outdoor hot tub was a treat! The house is tastefully furnished and decorated. We will not hesitate to book this place again.

Our family had a fantastic time at Luna Lodge. The house has plenty of room and all the amenities of home. The backyard is a little paradise in itself which unfortunately we were not able to enjoy due to returning late after enjoying the area (we'll definitely take advantage of this during our next stay) . The property is convenient to everything. The owners were great and left us some coupons for wine tasting and a nice treat for the evening. As mentioned in the other reviews, the grocery store is fantastic ( olive bar, prepared foods, cheese, and on and on). Everything you can imagine in such a nice friendly atmosphere. We grabbed a burger and some beers at the saloon which was like an old saloon minus the swinging doors. Very cool and great burger! The property is very convenient and within walking distance to a couple wine tastings and restaurants. Another great place nearby is Aventine. They brew their own beer and although we didn't eat there the Italian food looked fantastic. You can drive to Sonoma and taste wine at different wineries on the way. The area is beautiful and for us, "Two days was not enough". We will be back! Thanks for having us!
