This home was absolutely wonderful!! It truly made our family trip perfect. The home was immaculate and everything was beautiful, the details and amenities were above our expectations. Even the pictures do not do it justice (and the pictures are great!) This home is a perfect place for families to be together and enjoy some very special time making wonderful memories. We can not wait to stay here again!

House is perfectly set up for a family so that each age group had there own space when needed. Close to downtown and the lake. 30 minutes to Silverwood Theme Park.

We had an amazing time celebrating my Mother-in-Laws 50th birthday! We hosted a dinner at the house which we were able to because of the fully stocked kitchen as well as a big enough dining area! Would recommend!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere. The bunk room was perfect for the 8 cousins. The open kitchen/dining/living room area had plenty of space for our families to be together. The owner was fantastic to deal with. I highly recommend this house.

This house was perfect for our large group. We came for a wedding and housed the groomsmen. Everyone fit comfortably, and really enjoyed the home. The kitchen was perfect for fixing large meals and had everything you could possibly need. The house was charming with beautiful decor in each room. The proximity to town, shopping and dining was great. This residential area is filled with charming homes that have been restored or remodeled. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for a corporate meeting. The location was great for easy access to the conference and the stay was great. The home is clean and well set up to accommodate all that it sleeps. Great place to stay, would stay there again.

We had an extended family gathering and everyone felt the accommodations were lovely and comfortable. The water feature and backyard were popular with all, especially the youngest person (almost 5) who really liked throwing, kicking, passing his small Nerf football to any willing family member! The front porch is a great place to sit in the sunshine! It was very nice being so close to downtown, McEuen Park, Tubbs Hill, etc. John and Erica were patient and timely answering our questions regarding where things were, etc. Thank you!

The place is beautiful. We were in town for a wedding and the place worked out great for us. We had about 12 people staying and everyone had good things to say. Great location!

Great home with higher end finishes! Home is so close to most Coeur d’Alene has to offer! Was absolutely perfect for our family of 10.

Our University of Idaho College of Engineering Leadership Team (group of 11) utilized this house as our central location for daily meetings. The house accommodated our needs well. We were able to easily walk to downtown for activities. We had a BBQ our first evening and enjoyed the private outside patio and utilized the grill. The water feature is very relaxing and the neighborhood was very quiet.

The property met our expectations and allowed us to have an enjoyable vacation.

This rental was worth every penny we paid to stay there!!! It was perfect for our multiple families and hosting a cookout for our extended family. We had small children who entertained themselves in the open living space. We were glad we brought plenty of toys, etc to entertain them as the house is more suited for teenagers and adults. My brother rented a home that supplied multiple items for the beach. That was a nice bonus they shared with us. Overall - still give it 5 stars and would recommend this rental to everyone!!!!

The house itself was great - solid layout for a large group and nice location. We were in CDA for a friend's wedding and our group was 8 adults and a 2 year old. On our first evening at the house we discovered that we didn't have hot water. I contacted the owners (first by phone) around 7:47 pm. After not hearing back by the next morning I texted, then messaged via the homeaway app. By mid morning I still hadn't heard back, so had to contact homeaway customer service to see if there was an alternative number. Finally, by 3pm the next day we had hot water. This situation was quite frustrating - we had to boil water to bathe the baby, others went to friend's hotel rooms to shower, and others just took cold showers. What was the most disappointing was the owners didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience.

A beautiful, clean, very well stocked home in an adorable, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown CDA and the lake. Our family had a wonderful and very comfortable stay, thank you!!

Wow! Everything was perfect. We walked to town and to the lake with great ease. The home environment, beds, showers, kitchen, linens...everything lovely. Thank you for taking such great care of our special weekend.

Had an amazing week with my kids and Grandkids and everyone loved the home, we will be back.
