Pools and hot tubs on each end of the resort were also a plus. The arcade and indoor pool were some of the features we booked for but the indoor pool was not warm and the arcade games out of order or broken and nobody to assist. souvenir store and pizza across the street is convenient and the beach beautiful! Must get there before 9am to get a chair. elephant family upstairs but the giant tub and bathroom fireplace make it all better! Elevators are super slow and always full so pack light and take as few trips up/down as possible! Loved the onsite security! Felt safe at all times!

We absolutely enjoyed the property. The condo was accommodated with everything we needed. The vacuum, broom, and mop was available to clean up spills from our small children. Previous condos we’ve stayed in, they were not available. Right across the hall there were beach and pool supplies for all ages, we were so amazed at then variety of toys, floats, chairs and umbrellas available. The room itself was cozy with the pirate and mermaid theme. We had family game night every night with the board games and cards that were already available for us to enjoy. We hated the elevators, there was a 30 minute wait to load and unload. Other than that, we loved everything.

Yes the elevator stinks during check in and check out times. It’s not AS BAD during other hours. If you can deal with that, the place is beautiful. Multiple pools and hot tubs are awesome. Tiki bar at the pool - awesome. Just a lovely, relaxing vacation. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our time there

The unit itself was as described. Decorated with cute pirate themed boats pictures and other decorations. One bathroom had a leaking bathtub faucet. We called and someone came the next day to look at it. Unfortunately it never waa fixed and it was obnoxious to listen too the entire time we were there. They provide floats, boogie boards, umbrella and other beach toys. The view is beautiful, the high table and chairs on the balcony are a nice touch. Now let me say the things I wish i knew before staying there. Rhe elevator situation is awful. There is no rhyme or reason to what direction they go. You will spend half of your time waiting on elevators. When it comes time to check in you have to park across the street in the parking garage and haul all of your belongings across a skywalk and that is if you are lucky enough to park on the 2 nd floor of the garage and walk right across. Otherwise you are waiting for ONE working elevator to take you to the 2nd floor. Only to check in and wait forever for another elevator. Granted there are multiple elevators in the actual resort but you will still be waiting, always. We enjoyed the condo but I wish someone would have explained the elevator thing more clearly. In regards to the beach I was disappointed. There was trash everywhere, to the point when I went out in the morning to claim our spot I would take a trash bag to pick up trash around the area we would be at. If you don’t get out there early to the beach you will be either walking through a sea of people to get to the water ot you will have to walk a ways in soft sand to get something close to the water. If you have small children this is not ideal. We will not be going back. Not because of the condo. The condo was lovely. Unfortunately everything else surrounding it.

We loved this condo! Every amenities were at our fingertips. There was this mysterious key that we had no idea what it went to. On day 5 we found a locked caged unit in the stairwell that belonged to the condo! It was full of beach stuff! Awesome find! Our biggest complaint was the ELEVATORS!!!!!! Yes, we were warned of this issue but OMG, they were horrible. Plan on an additional 15-20 minutes if you plan on using them. The parking garage was never an issue. It's great! While we were there, PCB were in the middle of road construction...not the condos fault, but was still an issue.

Reviewer Comments: Since we are lovers of boating this condo was a perfect fit, loved all the wooden ship replicas on the walls, and, really enjoyed looking at the picture of errol flynn on the wall, he was my favorite swashbuckler. The only suggestions that we have is the furniture could be upgraded and there is a need for new toilets, otherwise everything else was better than average. If we ever return to pcb we will try and get this condo again.

Condo was as described. The elevators were horrible. We learned by the end of the week to jump on any elevator whether it was going up or down. The weather was beautiful and our family enjoyed the stay. Would recommend to other families.

It is a very good place, the only thing was the elevators did take very long but the condo itself is amazing!

Overall stay was excellent the only hiccup in the whole stay are the elevators. There needs to be illuminated floor signs above each elevator so you can see that the elevator is actually coming to your floor
