Loved everything about it, location was great, 5 minute walk to beach and seaside trail! 10 minute walk to pier. Kim's place is awesome, so cute, clean and so thoughtfully stocked. Plenty of room for a family of 4, my teenagers loved it! Must stay longer next time!

This a terrific place to stay for a getaway in San Clemente. The unit gets wonderful light and you can see and hear the ocean. Sitting out on the balcony in the morning is a real pleasure! The location is excellent. The neighborhood is quiet and it is a quick walk to the beach. The unit is tastefully appointed, very comfortable, and very clean. I would say it surpasses the pictures shared on vrbo. The owner is very responsive and helpful and makes sure you have everything you need. The unit has two large bedrooms and was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again--and are looking forward to it!

We so enjoyed our time at this location and property. It was beautiful weather the whole time and the unit is ideally located within walking distance to the beach. The unit itself is beautifully maintained and provided everything we could need to enjoy our stay. The entire interior has been updated and is both lovely and functional. We are definitely hoping to come back again.

This was our second stay at this sweet place in San Clemente and we hope to come again and again. Kim is easy to reach, very accommodating, and thoughtful. She has a closet filled with beach paraphernalia including a wagon, toys, and towels. She set out yummy snacks and stocked the fridge with some bottled waters. The house is really nice. It has two bedrooms and two baths. All of which are nice size, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. The beds were super comfy. There is a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a gas BBQ too. The kitchen is well thought out. Everything is easy to use and it too is well stocked. Just bring food! FYI, although I may have missed it, I didn't find any spices (salt, pepper, etc) or olive oil and such. I was fine because I brought what I needed for my recipes from home, but you may want to double check with Kim or just bring your own. We enjoyed this place so much, we mostly stayed in for the weekend. It was nice to just enjoy each other's company and not fret about where to go to fill up the time. That's not to say they're isn't much to do in San Clemente. It's a wonderful seaside town with a nice main street/downtown area with shops, restaurants, etc. and the beach is so nice! Very very family friendly town. The days we spent on the beach, we saw a multitude of families with kiddos of all ages. And everyone is so friendly! This place is perfect. Try it for yourself. You'll be glad you did and I'm certain you'll agree with our five star rating,

This first floor unit in an updated, beautiful house is close to the beach and everything else you would need for an awesome beach weekend. The beach is a short walking distance away and chairs, towels, and a cart were provided by the host. There are two spacious bedrooms and two updated bathrooms. The kitchen and living room has an ocean view and opens to a small outdoor patio thats perfect for reading and relaxing. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway with friends or family!!

The condo comes well stocked with everything we needed for the beach and cooking. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. We will be staying here again next time we come to SoCal!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was perfect for two couples. We were only 2 blocks from the ocean and beach. We also loved walking the trail along the ocean. The owner was very accommodating. We loved the look of the place instantly. It was very refreshing to open the two doors to the balcony and enjoy our cups of coffee. Thanks for such a great experience!

We really enjoyed our weeklong stay in San Clemente. The rental was very clean and nicely remodeled/decorated. The place is a short 5-10 minute walk to the main areas in town. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood with some beautiful views. We especially appreciated the goodie basket for our arrival. I would definitely recommend this rental!

We had a such an amazing weekend. The house was perfect, had everything we needed and was close to the beach and downtown San Clemente. We arrived after a long day of travel and whale watching to a much appreciated basket of snacks and goodies. Thanks Kim for everything. Looking forward to a return stay!!

We enjoyed our San Clemente weekend very much! Most of our enjoyment came from this downstairs, recently renovated, beautifully designed and decorated, 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with views of the canyon and partial ocean view. We couldn't help but smile each morning when we'd walk into the living room and see the view out the windows and from the balcony. So pretty! I spoke (via Home Away messaging) with Kim several times before our arrival date, during our stay, and after. She was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Kim returned my messages right away every single time. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and organized. The beds and linens were comfy. Everything was perfectly clean and ready upon arrival. The washer/dryer are inside the apartment and worked well. Kim offered a large assortment of beach goodies to use free of charge (wagon, towels, toys, etc). She's so thoughtful, she even left yummy snacks, coffee, and filled the ice trays for us! Thanks Kim🙂 There was one parking spot available for us to use on the property. Our second car stayed on the street. It is a safe neighborhood that's family friendly so we didn't worry at all about the car. There is a real nice downtown area (shops and restaurants) that's about a 5 minute drive away. The beach, pier, a few eating places, and a nice 2+ mile walking trail are all close by. I'd say within walking distance, which would be true, but it's pretty hilly. My husband went down there each morning, but came back pooped out and he's in pretty good shape. I highly recommend Kim's San Clemente apartment. It's a good price for a real nice, stylish place in a great neighborhood, in a sweet seaside town.

Cozy, well appointed space near the beach and downtown. Our Host was great on communication and left out snacks and coffee for our stay. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The patio had a great view to the water and was great for relaxing early in the morning or after a day at the beach. Our party consisted of two couples and the close proximity of everything gave us the option to access them at our convenience so that everyone was happy! I would definitely recommend this property if you are in the area!

I traveled to the area with my elderly father and the home was perfect for him and I! The scenery from the balcony is amazing! The home itself was very clean and the furnishings were all like new and very comfortable and cozy! The home is beautifully decorated. We truly appreciated the basket of goodies left for us. The beach and shops are within walking distance (for me not my elderly father). I would highly recommend this home.

Our time here has been completely wonderful. A very clean, quiet, comfortable, well-appointed space with a most enjoyable view.. Delightfully convenient for walking to downtown or the full length of the beach. We very much appreciated the nice air conditioning. What a joy to stay here. Thanks a million! This lovely home was PERFECT for a girls’ weekend. We celebrated a friend’s retirement with a few days in San Clemente. We were greeted upon arrival with a thoughtful snack basket and wine to celebrate with! The owner, Kim, has put such thought and care into all the details of this property. Along with a Keurig, there were various creamers and biscotti! The pillar candles on the patio and in the living room turned on automatically! Everything was very clean, beautifully decorated, and it even smelled good! There is a cute patio with a view of the ocean, the beds were comfortable and the showers in the bathroom were huge! For out of town guests, there are 4 beach chairs and beach towels available; the walk to the beach is only a few minutes. We were very sad when our stay ended; this was the perfect relaxing getaway!

This recently updated property easily exceeded our family's expectation. Walking distance to beach, pier and downtown. Canyon setting with ocean breezes and priced right. We highly recommend this property owner's rental. Very clean.

A couple of teachers and I stayed at this San Clemente beach house for five nights over the Fourth of July as a week to getaway from MN. We absolutely LOVED San Clemente. We highly recommend this town and specifically this residence for a relaxing couple of days at the beach. The updated modern/beach themed space is beautiful with 2 bed/2 bath. The location is just up the hill from the beach and San Clemente Pier. Lots of boutique shopping and tasty restaurants to explore. We recommend 5/5 for our stay. Great for a girls trip, family getaway, or a romantic couples trip. I would definitely go back and stay here again!
