Location was good. Short drive to area attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Outdoor firepit was a great hangout spot. Hosts were very easy to communicate with. The space allowed everyone to “escape” if needed. Christmas decorations were a nice touch as well. Will definitely come back if in the area again. We had 5 adults 2 teenagers and two under 12. We all enjoyed it

My family enjoy the cabin so much great customer service owners answer all my questions. Definitely will recommend anyone to stay. Very clean and enough games and tvs to keeps the kids busy 😊

The cabin is even more beautiful. in person. It was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the guys loved the pool/ping pong table. We just enjoyed sitting around and playing board games and card games. We cooked breakfast lunch and dinner together and had a wonderful extended weekend. Would stay again and would recommend this beautiful property to anyone who needs a large cabin!

We have been to the Smoky Mountains for the last 10 years as a family on Thanksgiving Day. We had 19 family members from 1 to 80 yrs. of age and all of us had a Great Time. We started with the petting zoo right by the Cabin and everyone had a lot of fun with the animals. Each day we ventured out to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and also the sites in Sevierville, especially the Smoky Mountain Knife Works All 3 towns were very close. Our cabin was really nice and clean with a lot of room for everyone. The cabin owner, Larry Briggs actually sent us emails to check on us to see if we needed anything. Our whole family truly enjoyed every day of our Thanksgiving trip. Thanks for the Memories.

This place was just perfect for our immediate and extended family. The place offered a lot of space to spread out. It was easily accessible for my elderly father with no stairs to enter the cabin which was so helpful. It had everything that we needed for our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this crib again.

This cabin was perfect for our ladies group coming in to the area for a Conference. Plenty of room to visit, relax, eat, sleep, and a bathroom for each bedroom was exceptional. We all enjoyed our stay and will hopefully get to come again.

We booked a vacation here to be able to explore Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! A few months before our daughter and fiance’ decided to ‘elope’ and the planning began. They got married at the Chapel in the wood in Gaitlinburg and it was absolutely stunning!! We came back to the house for a reception/bbq for the happy couple and the families, turned out beautifully. We had our 5 adult children and their spouses, plus 2 grandbabies stay with us and there was more than enough room!! Every room had a king size bed and bathroom. Each floor had a centralized gathering area plus a game room on the 3rd floor. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! Host was extremely helpful with wedding suggestions and any questions we had! Centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do!! If you have kids, visit the deer farm right around the corner!

Beautiful house. Bring extra towels and wash cloths. All bathrooms are accessible only through the bedrooms even on main floor. We had a lovely time.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

This cabin was just beautiful inside and out. We were close to everything there was to do in Pigeon Forge. The owner took care of the issue with the a/c unit immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again at The Hummingbird Cabin. The owners were excellent!

Amazingly spacious property, fully equipped, great location. Loved that we were able to see a mama bear with her little cub, some raccoons, and what we believe to be a baby bobcat. A few areas for improvement (considering these are described as amazing things that come with the house, but are not of good use), air hockey table doesn't work. There's no air to it, so the puck doesn't slide to keep the game going. A previous review already mentioned this, but there are legs missing on two of the Foosball men, so it's hard to play with this one too. The shower heads are very outdated, so when you shower it definitely feels like you're under a sprinkler. May not be a big deal to some, but it was for our entire party, stove is electric. I will say, the beds were amazingly comfortable!! Laundry is not coin operated as described by the owner, which was a plus. Bring garbage bags and rolls of paper towels as only one garbage bag and only one roll of paper towels was available which was already in use from previous renters. The walls are thin. I was able to hear noise from those occupying the rooms above and below me, and you could hear muffled conversations through the vents coming from the room next to us on the same floor. Cleaning crew does need to do a better job, they don't sweep under the sofas. Too many cups and plates, so no cabinet space for your food. Grill on-site was a huge plus. Communication with the owners was amazingly great. The house was great overall and beautiful.

Friends group and we all had our own bedrooms and bath, which is amazing. We loved the area and the multiple areas to be all together or find peace elsewhere by yourself.

we enjoy those vacations 100 percent! the cabin was perfect for a group of 15, very nice space, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. kitchen has all you may need and the area is so quite. Beautiful property, great location

We had a great time at the cabin, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy both time together and alone (if needed). Only two things not fully up to par: no laundry detergent out that we could find and the pool table is warped and the foosball table had some broken “men” on it. Otherwise all was wonderful. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood as well. Had a fire in the fire pit one night which was a blast. Owners were very responsive to all our questions and comments. Would come back to this house for sure.

My friends and i all LOVED it. We brought our children with us. The house is so spacious, beautiful and well stocked. Recommend for your next trip! Absolutely loved it.

We had a fantastic time staying with extended family. We had a total of 10 people in the cabin. The layout is great in that you have multiple living areas so people can be together if they desire or apart if they desire. The beds were comfortable. The property owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location easy to get to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house is quiet with plenty of room for your group to spread out and be comfortable.

This property was very spacious and clean me and my family really enjoyed staying there only had to contact da owner once for a small matter but it was handled very quickly so I will advise u to book this property

I loved how much room everybody had in this cabin. Each room is spacious with a king size bed and private bath. There's plenty of room to gather or spread out. Kids loved the game room, kitchen was well stocked, driveway was big enough for several cars, Owners responded quickly anytime we had a question. My only minor complaint would be that there weren't enough towels and wash cloths per bathroom so we had to keep doing laundry... not really a big deal just a slight inconvenience. We had a wonderful time. If we come again with a large party, we would love to stay here again!

We loved this house! The layout is excellent, especially for multi-families, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfectly situated for all of the things we wanted to do on our vacation. I would definitely recommend this home.

This was the first time that a lot of my family has been to the cabins and I must say that this house met all of our needs. It contributed massively to the awesome time we had. It is conveniently placed within 10 minutes of town and the neighborhood was quiet. If I come back to the cabins, I would definitely choose this house again! Thanks for allowing our stay!

Girl's Trip 2022 was a success do to the easy it was to book and stay at the Hummingbird house. Check in was a breeze and the place was just as described. We had a great time and by the way the beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I need that bed at home it was that nice.

We had 11 adults stay a week at this property. Everything was wonderful! There was plenty of room, all of the bedrooms having king beds and private baths worked perfectly and the house was clean. The check in process and communication with the owner was smooth and convenient. We loved our stay at the Hummingbird and highly recommend this property!

This was an absolutely amazing cabin. The host were very easy to get ahold of and everything they described about the property was spot on. It was tucked away in a quiet corner of the mountains giving us our own little corner of heaven. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our family. It was simply beautiful and the game room was fun on the late nights. I would recommend Larry and Susan again and again!
