The hotel was clean, friendly staff, nice amenities

Construction started at around 730 in the morning on a Saturday. We stayed up late enjoying the hot tub and pool area. The clerk didn't ask how the stay was the next morning upon check out, so I didn't get a chance to voice my concerns. I sent an email about it, I'm still waiting for a response. I looked back through my emails from when reservation was made and have not found any prior notice to expect this.

Convenient, close to stores. Hotel was clean and breakfast bar was good. Pool was a decent size, might be too small in the summer months. Staff were always friendly. Could use phone to enter rooms. Had free popcorn in the evenings.

The bathroom hot water was too hot, it burned my hand. Be careful with small children using alone. The beds were not comfortable. There is remodeling going on and they started in the room above us at 7am. Sounded like they were about to fall through our ceiling. Please be mindful of people stay and not start that early. Walls are super thin, could hear kids running up the hallways at midnight.

The property is just as pictured! The layout was great and the staff were phenomenal especially Terry and Billy!! I loved that the pool stayed open 24/7.

They tried to give the best experience possible. Did have extra towels and the shower products were nice. Could use a heavier blanket on beds.

It’s an old hotel that they tried to bandaid an update. Poor repair of leaks. Poor painting and messy window seals. Could use a better cleaning as well. The elevators were quite dirty.

Hotel is beautiful, staff wonderful. Love having Bed,bath and body products in the shower. Wonderful selection for breakfast. Having the Pigeon forge trolley stop at the hotel is a big plus

Our room needed some TLC starting to show some wear. Breakfast was excellent but food wasn't really hot. Hallways needed to be vacuumed. Still the best place to stay.

The employees were very nice and helpful

That my kids couldn’t use the pool as there were a bunch of kids throwing a football hitting everyone the pool water was ice cold and was suppose to be heated,the employees did go tell them to stop but we had already went back to our room,the breakfast was dried up and we couldn’t even eat.There was a soccer team staying on our floor and they were loud as hell running up and down the hallway.

The staff was amazing. Perfect for single parent families. The location is easy for my busy kids.

GPS LOCATION IS NOT RIGHT. Kids in and out of the hot tub. Only one elevator working. Bed was uncomfortable.

Great location,easy access to downtown Pigeon Forge. Staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable, price was fair. I would recommend this location!

High density traffic on the main road, but this wasn’t an issue the hotel was responsible for!

This hotel is our favorite! We come to pigeon forge just to stay here when we do! The hotel is clean, quiet and has a lot to offer! The 24 hour heated waterfall pool is a great addition to the stay! The room was a great size! The bed was super comfortable and made for a very relaxing experience!

Nice facility, staff was great

Room was approximately 80 degrees when we checked in, it took about 4 hrs to start cooling down . One tiny trash can in room and no trash can in bathroom. Kinda silly. And was told AFTER i got there about a trailer “parking fee” of $75.00, plenty of parking available so this is stupid. 

Very nice clean and great location.

The rooms were exactly as pictured and very clean. The pool was awesome, and the movies for kids from 6-8 with popcorn was a huge plus! The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel! And the staff were so kind and exceptional. Rebecca from the breakfast buffet staff was amazing. She greeted us every single morning with smiles and kind words. Made sure we had everything we needed and made my children feel so special. We will come back because of how welcomed she made us feel every single day!!!

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The rooms are always clean, the beds are so comfy, the breakfast is outstanding, location is perfect, and the staff is amazing. 3 yrs in a row we have stayed here and highly recommend to everyone.
