The house was great for a large group.

We have been renting a home in Cape Coral for the last ten years for our summer vacation, this property was by far the BEST we Ever stayed in! You literally only need to bring your clothes and a tooth brush! I have never seen a rental so we’ll equipped! Sue left nothing out! The house was spotless, no strange odors, beautiful soft bed linens, the decor was beautiful,and perfect location! The house was spacious, we had family come over when they checked out of their house on Sunday, they said their house had nothing like ours, they hated their house! They took Sue’s contact information and will rent this house! The house was so spacious! I give this house 20 stars! As long as this house is available it will be our go to Vacation rental ❤️❤️ thank you Sue Larson, property management. We loved your home!

I will definitely say the property looks exactly like the pictures! It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed everything about it! Lots of space for us 8 ladies that stayed. We did choose this home as we were in walking distance to the Yacht club and beach, which unfortunately was closed due to the hurricane. The owners had a great book which had everything listed in it including restaurants, bars, beaches, tours etc. that was very helpful!!! We would definitely come back to this beautiful home!!! The only issue we had was the pool turned green and I called and within 15 minutes the pool guy came and cleaned it for us and was good to go that night. I definitely recommend this home for a beautiful vacation!!

Overall the house is very nice and as described! I will say that this house is listed 1 block away from the beach but it be closed for at least another year due to hurricane Ian damage and recovery. Being notified of this prior to the trip would have been much appreciated. The closest beach that was open was about 35-45 minutes away and they were nice. We used this as an opportunity to explore other beaches in the area. The kayaks were very nice and my son even caught a small shark in the canal which he was thrilled about! Kitchen is full stocked and plenty of beach toys and towels are available at the property. The house is very conveniently located to just about everything you need.

This house has EVERYTHING, it's on the canal, the pool and lanai is divine! Bedrooms were attractive and comfy, extra pillows too. Wash machine and dryer available to keep towels clean and dry. Seriously just bring your beach attire and swim suit and Steve and Nat have got the rest covered!!! Incredibly timely communication with the hosts as well!!! Bikes were fun, the pool floaties were nice. Seriously DID NOT WANT to leave!!! Furniture was cozy, dining area and sitting area were so attractive, nice decore. Tiny things that maybe could make it more luxurious: new swim towels, powerwash the pool deck, and the wash machine could be cleaned, it smelled a bit on our arrival but we left the door open and it went away. Just had the best time overall, would definitely visit again! 5-stars

This house was perfect for our family! We spent hours in the pool, which was heated by solar panels and always the perfect temp. We used both sitting rooms and loved that one bathroom was accessible from the pool. Our one disappointment was that the beach and Boathouse restaurant were closed. We were looking forward to walking there for breakfast. We did manage to find three other places which were pretty close. The upside of the closure was reduced traffic. We will be back!

We loved every thing about our stay, very quiet and relaxing. No need to go anywhere with the pool and canal right there but there is enough close by to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, lots of clean up still happening from hurricane but this home was one of the fortunate ones . Very safe area I would highly recommend it. We had no need to call anyone while we were there as we had no problems every thing was exactly as advertised

This was our 11th holidays in Cape Coral with multigenerational family. House was just as appeared in photos. Very well equipped with many extras. Pool was beautiful. Only issue was with televisions. No cable. Unable to watch much until our tech savvy son came down 2 days in. After purchasing Apple TV, we had no further problems.

This vacation rental was the ABSOLUTE best! Owner was fabulous and the house was terrific! Far and away the best set up vacation rental we have experienced House super well stocked with everything you need to cook great meals, pool was delightful and the house was spotless!!! We are already planning to return!

This property delivers on all it says it has. From spacious rooms, to an amazing pool and outside area, and the short 2 block walk to the beach. And we couldn't have asked for easier people to work with. They were there with quick answers to all of my questions. We had the best time here and wish we could have stayed longer.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is ideal for bringing multiple groups of people together as it has many areas to gather—or separate if alone time is needed. We had ages from 2.5 to 70-something in the house and everyone was happy and comfortable. The pool has a nice shelf that is perfect for toddlers who want a shallow space to play in the water. The kitchen is well-equipped and has plenty of plates, glasses and cooking tools. The kayaks are easily accessible and great for a quick excursion. The bathrooms all have a healthy stash of towels for showers and the beach/pool. Everything was clean, tidy and just what you would want from a vacation home. The proximity to the nearby Tiki Bar restaurant is ideal and it is easily walkable from the house. We drove to beaches on Sanibel Island most mornings and found the drive to be quick (30-40 minutes depending on where you're headed) and easy. We would happily return to this home or explore other options from Sue Larson. They are obviously a team of pros who run an excellent business.

This place was great. There was seven of us. 4 adults and 3 kids. But it never felt crowded. Plenty of room inside and out to spread out. To be honest even though we were right by the beach we only went once. We spent most of our time at the house in the pool or fishing off the dock. The kids and adults had a blast fishing right off the dock. We caught grunts, cat fish, blue crabs and even a two foot shark! There was plenty to do for me and the wife we had a couple nights to explore bars. Would definitely stay again.

Overall stay was wonderful. Enjoyed the pool every day, relaxed fishing, watched the sunset on the dock. Enjoyed walking to the Yachet Club. Well stocked kitchen, everything you could need. Loved cooking on the grill and watching TV on the Lani. Great location and views.

I wanted a getaway with the family where we could relax and enjoy one another, and that wouldn't require a lot of "going" in order to remain entertained. This house fit the bill. The house was beautiful, spacious, and the location was awesome - just a 5 minute walk to a local Yacht Club located on the water with a pier and small beach. Despite the afternoon thunderstorms, the kids enjoyed early afternoons in the pool and rainy evenings watching Netflix on the guest account provided by the owners. The Wifi was awesome and none of us had any trouble with connectivity at all. On the days when we wanted to get out, the drive to Fort Myers Beach was short (about 20 minutes), easy, and beautiful. The house was also incredibly stocked. It wasn't one of those places where even though you've rented for a week, the owners only leave you with one roll of tissue paper. This house had almost everything we needed and plenty of it! We had a question about the Wifi when we first arrived and the point of contact that we were given was helpful, kind, and immediately took care of our concern. I could go on and on with all the good things about our stay. It literally felt like home away from home and I am so glad that we chose this property . We could not be happier with our experience! The location and the house were perfect. The check-in was super easy and stress-free. The house and outside entertainment area were more than was expected.

What a wonderful place to spend our vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool and exploring the area. The house was perfect and well-furnished with everything you could want. We love to cook and were happily surprised at how well the kitchen is stocked for that. We plan on coming back to this absolute paradise.

We rented the Yacht Club for the week for my husband's 40th Birthday. Location of the property was perfect for attending a few Red Sox spring training games. Within walking distance to the Boathouse Tiki Bar was a plus! The house is located directly on the canal, very peaceful in the mornings to enjoy coffee out on the dock. We enjoyed a wonderful toured boat ride by Bruce, pick up and drop off directly at the dock! The house was very accommodating and spacious, with everything you would need! Is a great stay for couples, friends, families, everyone! I would definitely rent from Sue again!

Just the thing for our family with two little kids. Lots of fun time spent in the pool or fishing on the canal. Within 10 minute walk of beach was awesome as well. House was very clean.

Great location and home!

Awesome location in Cape Coral. The house has enough space to stretch out and have a quiet place to read, or hang out with others. There were a lot of nice touches like plenty of towels and cleaning supplies; also, the bicycles, beach gear, fishing poles and kayaks all were great to use! The house was clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

First time to Cape Coral with family for Christmas. Beautiful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, and easy walk to the beach. Sue Larson, great host and would definitely rent from again.

The home was very clean on arrival. We enjoyed the layout of the home. The location is perfect - driving distance to local beaches. We went to The Boathouse restaurant a couple of times during our week - within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Exactly what we were looking for..great location, excellent home that was very well equipped too! Steve was our contact person and there for everything!! So very nice and willing to help! Total relaxation and great vacation!! We will be back!

We had an awesome stay at this house. We shared this house with our good friends and their kids so there were 5 kids and 4 adults. Two of the bedrooms had king beds which was perfect and the other rooms were perfect for the kids to share. The pool area has a large table and a TV which was perfect for eating meals outside. There are two tiki huts outside which we used to sit and relax by the water. We all really enjoyed the kayaks. It was a short walk to the beach area at the end of the road. The property manager, Steve, was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay at this location again!
