This property was great for our family vacation. Listening to the waves through the windows was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed! Beach supplies made our trips down to the water full of fun. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Definitely want to return next year

The manager is great, the access to the beach and trail to pier is handy, parking is secure and views are spectacular. The beds and living room furniture have seen better days. The beds are very soft from wear. There is everything you could possibly need for the beach and to make your own meals.

This was the perfect spot to stay and not have to deal with the LA traffic. We drove up and visited the LA sites a couple of days and it was so nice to come back to the peacefulness of the condo. Having underground parking was a win since street parking was hard to come by. My family enjoyed the easy walk to the pier and we wrapped up our week with a fire at sunset on the beach. We were so sad to leave.

There were 4 adults and two boys ages 12 and 15. The condo was very comfortable for all of us. We loved the underground parking and the walk to the beach. The property was close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Thank you to the Naud Family for a wonderful stay in their SC home. The unit was perfect for family to visit, and we shared homemade meals at the large dining table. We travelled from Loveland CO and relished the ocean views every day. Calafia State Beach is a very short walk away and the unit was equipped for all beach activities. The pool was also a quiet getaway too. Property Mgr Jody was also great to work with. Thank you again for opening your home we truly enjoyed our stay!

This is the second time we've rented this property in San Clemente and plan on renting again next year. The space is comfortable and well equipped. We love the ocean view and breezes and proximity to the beach. Can't recommend this condo enough!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was the perfect place to be half way between all the places we visited in So. Cal. I just loved sitting on the patio and watching the waves, and to open my window and let the sound of the waves lull me to sleep! The condo had everything we needed to make breakfast before setting out to explore. We really loved the place. Thank you again!!

Great location near the beach. Clean upon arrival and excellent communication from the property manager. Plenty of room for my wife and I along with our son. Nice deck to enjoy the ocean view. Very convenient to have garaged parking.

The rental was in a great location that provided amazing ocean views from inside the condo and also the covered patio. Access to Calafia State beach and the coastal trail was about a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was clean and fully stocked with all your cooking needs. Overall the condo was clean and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit to this great location.

Our family had such a perfect week staying at the condo. My mother is almost 83yrs old and didn’t have any trouble getting around. We spent a lot of time on the balcony with the spectacular view spending time catching up with my brother. It was convenient to be able to drop off in the parking lot to go to the beach. We also used the pool. I enjoyed walk/runs along the beach path. The property is well equipped with everything we needed. There had been a water leak the weeks before and the owner communicated clearly and early about the problem. Everything was working when we arrived. We did have the dishwasher overflow the first time used and the agency promptly sent a plumber to correct the problem. We would definitely return!!

The house was amazing. Plenty of room, the kitchen was stocked, and great beach stuff. We enjoyed the view and the short walk to the beach. We will be booking her again in the future.

The condo was really perfect for us. We never have been to San Clemente. The views from the condo were beautiful. Great location from the beach. Love the more chill vibe here. This home is incredible! The location is amazing. The space is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, roomy, and peaceful. Most of all- the VIEWS! Absolutely heavenly. We’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals, and I’m telling you- it doesn’t get any better than this! On top of the beautiful accommodations, the communication with the homeowner and property manager is spot on. Super nice people! Would love to stay again sometime!

This property has a beautiful view and close to the beach. The condo is spacious and has everything that you would need. The condo could use some updating, but overall it was good. The property Manager Jody was very responsive. We had an issue with ants, and they sent someone out to spray.

Amazing location, you can hear the waves crashing at the beach all day/night long so soothing! You can actually hear the sea lions sometimes too that are at seal rock! It is 1.3 miles to the south of town which is perfect because you are out of the hustle and bustle of San Clemente but close enough to walk which there is a walking trail the whole way right next to and on the beach! Perfect for a morning stroll along the beach to breakfast or shopping! But truly there will be no need to leave the condo! The kitchen is updated and STOCKED with everything you need, literally this is probably the best stocked kitchen and condo we have ever stayed at. There is PLENTY of beach stuff and beach towels that there is no need to bring any of your own. Yes is it an outdated condo and needs some TLC in the bathrooms but hey it works and that is all that matters, and if that upsets you then go in the living room and look at the BEAUTIFUL VIEW! The bedrooms are actually really good size and our family of 6 plus a 18 month old fit perfect! The owner was great with all my questions we LOVED our stay and wouldn't skip a beat in rebooking for next summer!

Pros: The location is great! View amazing! Short walk to beach. Small grassy park right next door. The kitchen was recently remodeled. Cons: the rest of the condo is need of updating: bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, bedding. The shower is the master bedroom leaked the entire week we were there. Somehow we ended up with not enough pillow cases and the wrong size fitted sheet on one of the beds so it kept coming off at night. (The manager did drop off 2 pillowcases after I complained) This is also a bring your own toilet paper condo. The day we arrived there was only a little bit left on each roll, which necessitated a quick trip to the store to buy more. The manager also said that toilet paper is not included. hmmm.... Overall, this is the second time we stayed here with our family and enjoyed our time here but next time we will look to stay someplace different.

This property is a few minutes walk to the beach. The condo is clean with a recently remodelled kitchen which is well equipped. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We spent 10 days here and I would not hesitate to return to this condo.

Simply stunning views - canyon on the left, ocean waves and sunsets front and center, and a beautiful dog park to the right. All that and a lovely home, had everything we could have asked for. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of room and comfortable beds too. We thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday and would love to stay again in the future. Our thanks to the owners for sharing their special home with others.

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful and was well stocked. We all had a great time.

We loved the view and location of the unit. This is a great location if you are planning on going to the beach a lot. We walked down to the beach, stayed all day and cooked our dinner at the unit. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is very nice. The bathrooms and bedrooms are a little retro which is something that we didn’t mind. The mattress was very comfortable. The unit was very clean. The fridge does not have a working ice maker, just trays. We enjoyed a meal at the Fisherman’s Restaurant and Bar, Filet and lobster tail (the best meal ever) . Love this town and love the views. We will be back!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful spring break week at this conveniently located condo. The condo is clean, comfortable, and well supplied with everything needed for our vacation. The view from the deck was wonderful and we were able to enjoy sunny days at the beach thanks to the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels available at the condo. The kitchen was well equipped for our meal preparation with dishes, pots and pans, and up-to-date appliances. Groceries and plenty of take-out is available a short drive away. We found the location between San Diego and Los Angeles to be perfect for visits to attractions in both cities. With so many things to do in the area and the beach so close, we didn’t spend much time in the condo, but it was wonderful to have a place where we could spread out and feel at home.

First of all, Jody was very helpful throughout the whole rental process. She kept us up to date on renovations that may have affected our trip and was always available for questions. The location is just awesome - beautiful sunsets every night, easy walk to the beach, and even a walk to the pier is not a problem. The condo is very spacious and comfortable- beds and pillows were great and everything we needed to make meals. San Clemente is not large so shopping and restaurants are fairly close as well. Would definitely return.

We want to say this has been one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at and we have stayed in Cape May, NJ, Seaside OR, Myrtle Beach, SC to Virginia Beach, VR. This is a place we would love to come back to! We love how close the condo is to the beach, how close we are to Disneyland, etc. We also love the train sounds. We hope to return again! A great condo with an awesome location and view. 2 minute walk down to the beach and a huge lawn right in front. The management company was really nice to deal with and accommodative. Just over a mile to the pier and Trestles surf area.
