Besides all the good "Rate Your Stay" questions, an additional question could be, "Would You Stay Here Again". Our answer is a definite yes! If there were a sixth star for the ratings, we would give our stay all 6's!!!

Studio C was perfect for my wife & me. Super clean and with the right amenities. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have slept in. Would highly recommend staying here. Very close to restaurants & shopping. When we go back to Carpinteria … we will definitely stay here.

The suite was very clean and exactly what we wanted. The full kitchen was spacious. The bed was so luxurious and comfortable. The living area sofa was comfortable, and the two televisions had cable. It was perfect to eat in and relax. It had a blow dryer and offered shower soap and shampoo-thick, soft towels. It was a very quiet and friendly area. Restaurants and stores in walking distance. We will be back!

This was such a peaceful spot. I was working but enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the beach. I also charged my car across the street - super convenient!

We love Carpenteria and this unit was perfect, centrally located, parking close by, super clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern and spotlessly clean. Very nice patio. Off street parking. Easy contact with owner. Couple of blocks to business district. Definitely a 10.

We loved our stay. Walked everywhere and enjoyed the chill beach town vibe. Very large kitchen and all quite new.
Only recommendation is some blackout treatment in the bedroom.

It had a incredible time in Carpintería we loved it as usually but only our second time of staying in town. Watermark was absolutely a beautiful place to stay totally enjoyed our stay there. It was inviting and clean throughout with all amenities needed to make our trip away from home feel like home! We plan to stay there again.

A little off the beaten track but only 10 minute walk to a great beach and ocean.
The apartment is modern and has everything for short stay. Has all amenities.
We would certainly stay here again if in the area.

I loved this property and would definitely stay again! Great location, quiet, bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Close to restaurants and the beach. No complaints!

Property was as advertised. Very clear and easy communication with the property owners, and check-in was a breeze.
Location was fantastic and we were able to walk everywhere in the Carp area. The space was clean, tidy, and a great place to get away.

So glad we found this gem. It was in the perfect location where we could walk to everything. Our unit was upstairs, which worked out fine but next time would like to get one of the downstairs units. The owners were responsive and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again for our next visit to Carpenteria.

Everything was as described. Great location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Bed was very comfy. The only issue we had was that there are very bright Spot lights outside the bedroom window. We had to cover them so they didn’t bother us at night too much. Other than that, we had a very nice stay.

It was the perfect spot for me while the younger adults and their children were camping at the near by state beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and the campground. The bed was very comfortable and the place was clean. I definitely would stay again.

This apartment was a spectacular. It was cozy, modern and so very clean. The location was the best. In the middle of town. Walking distance to downtown and the beach. Can’t wait to do it again and again.

This is a interesting place, tastefully decorated in a modern style. It is well situated with respect to the town of Carpenteria , which turned out to be more interesting than we thought. It has marvelous cooking facilities, new equipment, everything a cook could want. Perfect for someone who wants to prepare their own food

We really enjoyed our stay in the Carp! The unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was an easy to walk to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend this property for a couple who wants a great getaway!

The location was perfect for us. We typically try to get as close to the beach as possible but found this location was more suitable being relatively close to the beach and so close to the main strip and our favorite restaurants.
The photos in the listing don't match the exact unit we stayed in but Leah was always quick to respond and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was super clean, excellent usage of space, great kitchen, comfy bed and nice shower. For two people, this is a perfect space, with a nice outside area. Many plus features but the location is superb: One block to the downtown area and an easy four block walk to the beach. Such a convenient and easy place to stay, walk, and enjoy the lovely Carpinteria community.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway with my husband. Very clean, super comfy, and quite roomy for two people. Felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return, and hope to do so soon!

The property is well maintained and has privacy. Unit C had been renovated since our last visit. We love this place. The location is perfect off the main streets where several restaurants are located and just a short distance to the ocean/beach.

All good. Would recommend to family and friends. Did a bike tour of Santa Barbara with Cal Coast adventure. Definitely worth it.

This property was lovely, walkable to restaurants and shops, and well maintained! I was surprised to find it looked a little different from the pictures but it looks like it was pictures from a different unit in the same building. Either way, had no trouble finding parking and it was clean and comfy!

Three units in this property are modern and comfortable. The location is strategic between the beach and the restaurants. The kitchen is large and well stocked. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Nice newly remodeled apartment. Perfect for two. Easily the cleanest place we have ever rented. Location was close to downtown shops and restaurants and not too far to walk the beach. In a small quiet row of 4 or 5 apartments. Pictures in listing included photos of all of them. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
