We stayed for a national dance competition for the 2nd time at the villas. This was our first stay in this villa and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and had no issues. The decor is very cozy and made it feel like a home away from home. We will definitely rent again the next time we visit to PCB! Thank you Liz & John!

Edgewater is also a nice stay. This condo was clean, the AC worked great and the beds were comfy.

This is our second time staying at this property for my daughter’s dance competition. It adequately accommodates our needs, is very clean, and stocked with all you could need to live away from home for a week+ like we did! The property owner, Liz, is so nice and makes herself available if you have any questions or needs while you’re there as well as before your stay. We will most likely be looking to book here again next year :)

My son and I stayed here over Memorial weekend. This place would sleep 4 well. There is a large bedroom and pull out bed/sofa. It was clean and comfortable. The owners are extremely kind and easy to communicate with. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in this villa for a dance competition. Communication with John and Liz was excellent. Villa was very clean and all included amenities were perfect. Location is only less than a 10 minute walk to beach, or you can call front gate for a free Tram ride. We would definitely rent this villa again.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay in this condo. From the moment we booked, Liz was a great communicator and available to answer any questions! This condo is updated and clean and well stocked with all the household essentials you could need. At first I was worried about being located towards the back of the property but we ended up loving the quieter location and found that it was really easy to get where we needed to go both on foot and by using the tram service offered by Edgewater. We would definitely stay here again!

I would definitely stay at this villa again! The first day we walked in, it was so clean and well kept. The property is well kept and the walk to the beach was perfect (also have trams to shuttle you there if you don’t want to walk). Loved seeing all the turtles in the ponds. The main pool and beach are gorgeous. If we head back to Panama City Beach, we would definitely stay here again.

Clean- looked recently renovated-and nicely furnished. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies.
Nice view of the golf course- about a 10-15 minute walk to main pool and the beach. Tram does pick up regularly.
Unfortunately, there was construction (to the building) going on while we were there- that started around 7am. We woke up each morning to the sound of hammers and electric tools right outside our door.
But overall- pleased with our stay.

Beautiful Place
The pictures did not do the Villa justice! It was decorated so pretty! Very comfortable! The owners were so friendly and took care of any needs we had. I would highly recommend!

Clean and private!
This was a very clean condo and I loved the private aspect. We didn’t hear any neighbors the whole week we were there. We drove over to the pool/beach most days (2 minute drive), but I walked one day and it was only about 5-10 minute walk (it’s a little long if you have a lot of beach gear). We didn’t use the tram service but saw a lot of people utilizing it. Liz is super quick to reply to
Any questions I had. The bed was super comfortable which was awesome! The only complaint we had was that the TVs are a little outdated, so you may want to bring a Roku or fire stick. We only really watched tv at night, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Besides that, it was a great stay!

Very disappointed
The Condo was nice and clean. I stayed with my kids here for 5 days and 3 days out if 5 the main pool closed at 7 pm. Very disappointed for the kids. So if you like to enjoy the pool there is a 50% chance that the pool will be closed and the owners don’t have control of that so you never know what part of resort will be closed due whatever reason they went to close it. Just keep that in mind we all go on Vacation to enjoy pool and beach but its very sad when they close it early and you have to see police being dispatched to the pool deck.

We have rented this unit before and came back because it’s exactly what you get that’s in the picture . The owners are fantastic in working with you and every thing goes so smoothly. It’s so quiet there and we will return next year . Love love love ! ❤️

Great place in PCB.
Great 1 bedroom that easily fit my fam of 4. Right across the street from the other part of Edge Water so you can take a short drive (1-2 min) or take the tram to reach the beach and big pools (smaller pool right out in front of this condo). It's nice and quiet at the end of the day away from the main pool area so kids going down early after a day of fun is easy to accomplish. Well maintained, well decorated and great location. Owners were fantastic.

Could not have asked for more beautiful place to stay. It felt like being at home. This condo was beautiful and was everything we expected it to be. Not to mention how wonderful the owner is. Liz, thank you for the wonderful experience. We will be back.

December 2021 stay
We walked to beach daily. Dug for shells. Swam in the heated pools. Watched ducks and turtles in our pond. Explored a lot. Liked the wall-to-wall windows and light-blocking curtains. Comfy king bed. Of all the stays thus far, this was the best.

Our stay at the edgewater villas was very nice. It was a very easy check, and the check out was easy as well. Everything was perfect.

Beach Getaway
Golf Villa #2009 was really clean and tidy. Thank goodness for the Tram system to take you back and forth to the beach. The only thing about the villa that needs to be updated is the washer/dryer. They are too small and the dryer gets lint all over the clothes. The owners were great to deal with, however somehow our entry code got changed and weren't able to get back into condo one afternoon! We figured out the new code by transposing a couple of numbers by accident!! Thank goodness for teenagers to figure stuff out! Overall our experience with the condo was good.

Beautiful, clean condo
You can tell the owners take very good care of their property. We have stayed at the Edgewater villas before, and it was not such a good experience in the past. This was a beautiful clean and well-kept condo that met our needs perfectly. Would definitely stay there again.

Villa #2009
The villa was superb. Due to Covid-19 I was working remote and this stay had everything I needed to be able to work from the condo. Just a short walk to the beach and the excellent oceans restaurant. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely see about staying again if I am back in the area.

Property Owner is very responsive, Would stay again. Everything was clean nice and neat. Villa is on a 9 hole executive golf course at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. Looking forward to staying again.

Spacious condo, great resort
We had a wonderful time staying at John and Liz’s place. The master bedroom and bathroom are very large, and the living room/dining room is also spacious! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and take food to the beach. It was too far to walk with our tents and coolers and chairs and all that, but we were able to drive across the highway to the Edgewater Towers and park directly beside the beach access!! We loved staying at this resort because right on the beach there is a market, restaurant and bar and a massive pool, all of which we had access to. Overall it was a great experience!

Roomy and clean
Hard to navigate the property and figure out where things are due to construction. Condo nice but kind of dark. We were only there for 4 days. Not enough time to settle in. Liz was Very helpful when I had questions. Very secure place . Tv/ cable difficult to figure out. Would go back if had longer to stay for sure

A bit Overpriced
This Condo was nicely furnished and the master bed was ohhh sooo comfy.. remote in master would not work the TV. But not a major problem.
The bathrooms are in need of updating, master sink backs up a bit, the lighting was dark. When you pull the shower curtain there is no light so it is very dark in shower. The shower liner in the 2nd bathroom was very nasty..
Had a problem with ants also. Could not leave anything out even sealed..
Overall the condo was OK...

The location was nice, however I feel like the unit needed some updating
The unit was nice, however the lights were really dim, the shower rack was rusted, and the cable was not working in the bedroom. There was also ants in the unit as well. The unit can use some updating. The location was very nice and close to the beach.

Refuge from Hurricane Irma
This is a beautiful, convenient location in the complex. Golfers are going by all day but at night it is very quiet. Great nail salon across the street. John and Liz are very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. Hope to visit again in the future!
