Enjoyed family gathering for 4th of July weekend festivities. House was clean, cool, and well maintained. Enjoyed close access to beaches, city park, restaurants, and Silver Wood. Would recommend. The spiral staircase is a little tricky and not for the very young or very old.

This house was perfect for my family of 5. Its in a perfect location to walk downtown and to the race venue. The home was very comfortable to relax in after a day of exploring. Everyone slept well on the soft comfortable beds. My wife and i enjoyed coffee on the back deck each morning. The hots were great with communication. Would 100% stay here again

The home was exactly as described and everything was very clean upon arrival. The bathrooms were stocked with some toiletries which was a very pleasant surprise. There were also beach towels available which was another welcome perk. The kids loved sleeping in the loft and lying in the backyard hammock. We could walk to plenty of restaurants and the downtown area easily. It was the perfect place for our family vacation.

Debi is wonderful to work with. The home is in a great location, nice interior, comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. No complaints!

We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 teens. Super quiet, clean and had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here in this gorgeous neighbourhood.

We were in CDA to attend a wedding over the holiday weekend. The house was great! Clean, bright, comfortable, and in a great location. Just a 5 min walk through quiet neighborhoods to some very good restaurants (Franklin's Hoagies for breakfast, The Wellness Bar for acai bowls and smoothies), and a 15 min walk to the CDA boardwalk area. We would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra touches…magazines about the area, pamphlets, and maps, coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, zip lock bags, pancake mix, popcorn, shampoo, and lotions. The master had a queen bed. It was a bit uncomfortable, as we are use to sleeping in a king. The bedding was very nice. The main bath was just off master. The 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds & its own bathroom. There wasn’t a closet, so hooks would have been nice to hang clothes. The 3rd bedroom was an open loft, up a spiral staircase, and also had twin beds. The kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed grilling & sitting outside at night in the fenced backyard. It’s a quiet neighborhood & it really is the “garden district.” Many of the homes in the neighborhood have beautiful gardens. There is a park about 3 blocks away. The home was within walking distance to Safeway grocery store, a few restaurants, & only a 15 minute walk, & you are on Sherman street, which is the main street downtown. The Marina and lake are a few blocks away. Beautiful! Best places to eat: * Dockside and Beverly’s, which were right at the Marina. * Cedars Floating restaurant, which is a short drive from the Marina. Sit on the patio and enjoy the amazing food! * Crafted Taphouse and Kitchen is a must for lunch! Delicious food and fun atmosphere, sitting on their patio around large gas fireplaces. * Fire, is right next to Crafted. We didn’t eat there, but many highly recommended it! * Tito’s Italian restaurant is right downtown and we sat on the sidewalk cafe and had a good food. * Anthony’s and Tony’s were restaurants that were recommended. * Trinity At The Beach, at Sand Point, is right on the water, in a small Marina. Friendly service and good food. * DISH, at Dover Bay, in Sand Point, had a beautiful patio and delicious food! Wonderful service! Be sure to walk around the large floating Marina. We took a narrated 90 cruise on the lake. We highly recommend doing that. Right near the Marina is Tubb’s Hill. It’s an moderate 2.5 mile hike around the hill. Mineral Ridge National Trail: Excellent 2.5 mile hike! The trail is very well marked. It is a loop from the base to the summit and back down. At the summit, there is a covered area with a picnic table. Views on the top are stunning. . Centennial Trail was a great trail for walking and biking.

Perfect place for our family weekend getaway. Location couldn’t have been better. Great home with the perfect bedroom/bathroom setup.

The home was clean, comfortable and met the needs of my 4 daughters and myself. It was close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Bed's were comfy. Only snag was info rec'd just before trip gave the wrong code and contact names and ph.#s no longer valid. Also wished me luck on the Iron ManTriatholon?? Need more silverware!

This home fit our family so well. We were out and about quite a bit, having visited the University in Moscow, swimming at Black Bay, visiting friends in Post Falls, and making our way to downtown daily. (We hit up Woops! every morning...our favorite spot for baked goods) We were happy to come home to comfy beds. My wife and kids loved sleeping in. I enjoyed a quiet tea at the backyard table in the sunny mornings with a good book. We barbecued and enjoyed the back yard a couple of times, including on the Fourth. We had several friends meet us so we could all walk down to Tubbs together to see the fireworks show. It was a great experience, and the house was a beautiful and welcoming place to recharge. Thank you!!

The house is very nice. The master bed was not super comfortable but my husband liked it. We enjoyed the backyard immensely! It is great for a family of 4 to 6.

My family really enjoyed this home. The kids thought the spiral stair case was just awesome! The home was super conveniently located. Close to shopping and beach access points. Walking distance to a few places to eat. Not far from larger stores as well for any forgotten necessities.

Perfect location for our stay and granddaughter and friend. They said being at the house was one of their favorite things to do....we inadvertently left something behind and owner was VERY helpful. Great little house and very nice location!!!! A perfect choice for our stay...

4 of us were in the area for a hiking trip. Unfortunately the unprecedented heat of the summer of 2021 made us alter our plans and we ended up staying around this awesome house more than we would have. The owner checked in on us but was never intrusive about it. Very clean, comfortable and in an amazing loction. Would highly recommend!

Great place for a family gathering! Beautiful backyard with grill. Less than a mile to McEuen Park or the City beach. Owner answered all questions quickly and pleasantly. Very clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again!

The outside is deceiving as to the size and decor. It is cute and beyond adequate for 5 adults. Very good A/C in a hot season. There is no Cable which won’t matter to some. Directions for all the taped channels would have been nice. Nice rental.

We loved our stay at this home in the Garden District. Debi was wonderful, she checked on us before and during our stay. She answered questions and easy to get in touch with! I highly recommend staying here and we hopefully will be back one day!

The home was perfect. I really wish we had more time and hope to get there again for a longer stay. My wife said that "every square inch was delightful." The owner was easy to contact and very accommodating. We've stayed in a number of similar places and this may be the best of all.

This was our fourth year coming out to Coeur d’Alene and out of the four years, this was the best house we stayed in. Location is amazing, super clean with a nice big yard:) definitely would recommend this house and hope to book it again next time around.

This home has a special charm and is most comfortable. Everything we needed for meals and home entertainment was at our fingertips. Easy to understand instructions are posted throughout the house. The location is ideal being close to the lake and downtown. The hosts are respectful and responsive. We would definitely hope to find this home sweet home available for future visits to Coeur d Alene.

We stayed here for a quick family vacation. We biked the Hiawatha bike trail & did some horseback riding during the days & loved coming back the house in the afternoons to relax. Within walking distance to downtown to take in the lake, restaurants & shops. Property/house was clean & had everything we needed!

The house was cozy and clean. The best part was the outdoor space where we spent most of our time. The neighborhood was perfect as well. It is a nice walk to the downtown and the beach but also in a quiet residential neighborhood.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We are able to jump on our bikes and access all of Coeurdalene right from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and we really enjoyed our evenings on the back porch. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town to play at the Coeur d’alene resort. Not only was it very close and easy to get to from this home, it was also very close to other amenities and locations we wanted to visit, a lot within walking distance. Had a great time.
