This was a great place. I’d stay here again and again. The condo had everything you needed for the week. It had playpen, fans, beach toys, beach wagon, coolers, crockpot, air fryer, paddle board and so much more! It had everything that you wished you would have brought.

This condo was great! They had everything needed and more. The entire condo was beautifully decorated and the beds were so comfortable!! I loved the large bath tubs. This place was perfect for our family! We were very satisfied with our stay!

Great location on a beautiful beach. Easy access to the beach and pool. Comfortable beds and plenty of storage space to keep everything out of the way. The condo was QUIET, we heard no one when we were in it unless we were on the balcony. Pros: Communication with the owner and his daughter-in-law is unrivaled Included beach chairs and umbrellas cannot be understated - it is a huge boost to your vacation. Carrying a beach bag and cooler down to the beach and having chairs and sunshade already up makes your life so much easier (especially with kids). Location - quick access to pier park, or more specifically, Target pickup so you can grab what you need/forgot without having to spend all of your time shopping. Nice condo, on the perfect floor, with unrivaled beach views laying in the master bedroom. Cons: There really wasn't much that wasn't excellent but I would recommend bringing your own non-stick pans. Completely understand why they do not provide them (easily ruined), but most of us are use to cooking with them and it just makes it a lot easier to have. List to bring: Non-stick cookware Dishwasher pods (they give 2, but we run it every day because who wants to hand wash dishes on vacation?) Trash bags (13 gallon) Your own beach towels Shower supplies Leave it at home: Beach chairs, wagon, pop up tent, all the stuff you normally have to haul. Unless you have a huge group and won't fit on the 4 chairs. Beach toys - they have a million in the box on the porch

Our family loved our stay. Seriously the best condo! It has everything you need. Several things we loved: The location and the ability to have the perfect view on the balcony. The elevators were fast, and they have several to use. Our beds were amazing! Tons of places to go eat, located all around us. Tons of toys for our kids, and the beach chairs they provide were so nice. Everyone was so nice in the building, and the entire condo was clean! Recommend 100/100.

This condo had EVERYTHING! It was beautiful and so close to everything. We had a blast!

The condo was very nice and clean only drawback was the two sets of bunk beds with four adults and two children. Children loved the bunk beds but it was hard for the older adults to manage to even get into the lower twin bunk. I would recommend this condo for families it was definitely gear for them and young adults but us older ones need single beds we still enjoyed our stay . It was well stock with everything inside the condo plus everything you would need to enjoy beach. The chairs and umbrellas was a big plus.

This was by far my favorite place we have stayed in PCB. The owners were very responsive and kind. The condo was clean, spacious, and decorated beautifully. The views are unmatched. Staring out to the ocean from the master bed was so peaceful. All of the beds were so comfortable. The resort itself was great, from the pools, tiki bar, and the Sky Bar. We had so much fun with bingo and karaoke. We will definitely book this condo again and again.

Everything was amazing from start to finish. 7 of us came for my daughter’s birthday, 6 of them were older teens/young adults and there was plenty of room for everyone. The Rickers were awesome, very attentive to all of our needs and left a surprise for the birthday girl. The condo looks exactly as the pictures, however the pictures don’t do the views full justice. I would recommend everyone to stay here. We will definitely be back.

Only problem was water pressure in the master shower was weak and the balcony sliding door was hard to open and the front door was a little finicky.

The condo is lovely, it is as pictured. Plenty of thoughtful additions (extra pillows, pancake griddle, beach toys, a box fan in the bedroom ❤️ And more!). Emerald Beach is in walking distance to many restaurants, it was great to leave the car parked and just walk to most everything we wanted to do. Great vacation spot!

Beautiful, clean condo! Has EVERYTHING you would need and I mean EVERYTHING! Bed are super comfortable! Make sure you have your parking passes visible in your car! We will definitely be staying here again!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect, the condo was beautiful and just as described, very clean, the beach chairs were great, the resort has everything you need. You don’t even need to leave if you don’t want to! We loved every minute of our stay! If we ever come back to PCB we will definitely stay here again!

Couldn’t have asked for anything better! You won’t be disappointed and if other family members are staying on the same property they will wish they were staying in this updated 2 bedroom. And let’s not forget about the four chairs on the beach! We will be back and will tell others of this great find! Thank you!

The property was so nice and the owners could not have been more attentive and quick to respond to some needs that came about. We had a great time away as a family before all the summer activities pull us in different directions.

Wonderful unit!

Wow, where to even begin! I traveled here with three of my friends to celebrate graduating college. Knowing this, Ed and Yulia left us a very thoughtful graduation gift, complete with a balloon and card! This was just the icing on the cake of a wonderful stay. Unloading and parking was very easy, and the resort staff was friendly and helpful. The building is very clean and we had no issues with elevators being slow. The beach was so accessible and the chairs and umbrellas were an amazing part of our stay. The condo itself is GORGEOUS. Seriously, we felt so pampered. Everything was super clean and homey, and the decor was delightfully beachy. The view from the balcony is incredible!!! The weather was perfect too which just added to the stay. From start to finish, our trip was so easy. After seven hours of driving the smooth check in process and stay was much appreciated. Would love to come back as a reunion!

The property was very nice. Location was perfect for what we needed. My only complaint was the fold out couch was not nearly as comfortable as I was hoping. It felt like a normal fold out couch, bars and everything. Other than that, our stay was great! :) Thank you!

First rental through Vrbo and this wasn't a great rental experience but it was a great vacation. The condo was lovely and fully equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful view of beach and the 4 rental chairs were included with the stay. Challenges included the wrong address on the listing which wasn't discovered until about a month after I booked. They were apologetic and updated the address immediately. This error split my family up with me and my crew on the opposite end of the strip. They apparently sent the check in details are sent via inbox 2 weeks before travel, so when I got there I was lost because I had received an email stating that was the access info to the condo but the code was not included. It took close to an hour to enter the condo due to being confused on what to do between asking the front desk personnel located in 2 different buildings of the resort and requestingthe info from the owner who says it's been sent instead of just sending it again. I was expecting it via email but it was sent via inbox. Communication about wristbands kind of made me upset. Vrbo never allowed me to update the number of people in my party so I reached out to the owner to advise how many people were coming and the response was that I had previously given one number and that is not the correct number and to update. Ummmm that's why I'm reaching out. They took the info and updated the reservation, I guess. Then you run all over town to print parking passes, which I forgot to do prior to leave for vacation, for the owner to say, there are plenty parking passes in the condo, just use those. So, it was pretty frustrating but the place is gorgeous just as the pictures described.
