Al & Debbie’s place is a cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath with additional sleeping loft. The loft holds 1 double bed and two singles. All kitchen essentials were provided, basic spices, cooking utensils, and plenty of dish ware. The ski trail to the gondola is located directly behind the building. The condo is on the upper floor and there is a convenient ski locker downstairs off the hallway. A true ski in ski out place to stay at Northstar.

This is a great location for skiing. The trail is literally steps from the bottom of the condo. I like how there are plenty of dishes and utensils so we did not have to run the dishwasher often. The owners are really easy to work with. The only complaints had to do with the housekeeping. Two of the beds were clearly not made up with clean sheets because they were dirty, wrinkled, and had A LOT of hair all over them. There were no extra sheets to be found for me to put clean sheets on, so I washed all the bedding the next day. Also, there were only 3 sets of towels for our family of 4. Since we only stayed for 2 days, we just dealt with it. Finally, all of us had really bad allergies while we stayed here. I think there's a lot of dust everywhere. I think the housekeepers just need to vacuum the hard to reach areas better because I saw a lot of dust under the beds. None of these problems will prevent us from renting this place in the future. The owners are great, it's a nice unit, and the location is amazing. The housekeeping just needs to be made aware of these issues and all will be good.

This is a true ski in/ski out location with the village run literally just outside. The accommodation itself is really good - the loft area is great for kids and has plenty space. TV/wifi and kitchen appliances modern and plenty of space to make dinner and prepare snacks for the day. It was very clean too. Communication with the owner was excellent and there were clear check in/out procedures to follow. Will definitely be back next year.

Location and property were ideal. Steps from skiing, and the property had a loft with beds for the kids. Sufficient TV, internet, streaming options kept kids entertained in the evenings. The check in/out process was organized and easy to follow. Great stay.

Location was unbelievable for ski in ski out and easy walk down the hill to the village. Place was clean but a bit outdated. Very comfortable for a family of four to six.

We unfortunately were not able to use the condo for our scheduled stay over NYE weekend (severe weather/road closures), but we have stayed in this general complex before and it's so conveniently located to the village and ski runs! Owner was very thorough with check-in information/instructions, very appreciated!

Location of the condo was the best thing for me since we were a short walk away from Northstar. It has 4 very comfortable beds and a cosy living area and kitchen , more than enough for me and 3 of my friends to hang out . The property managers responded to messages very quickly and were really accommodating. Would definitely rent this place again.

To our surprise there were rodents and droppings on the floor and throughout the kitchen countertops. Great location and access to all the shops within minutes of walking but could not get passed the unwelcomed guests.

Located directly on the slopes and right by Northstar village, it was really a pleasure to stay there. The place itself was well maintained and very comfortable. Definitely, one of our best stays around Tahoe.

The owners are very responsive, we left the wifi information at home and got an immediate response when we contacted them. However, there are a few things I need to point out: 1) they used twin size bed sheet for the queen size bed downstairs 2) spatula is broken but no replacement 3) one of the frying pans was so dirty (for that I removed a star), the water was completely brown when we washed it 4) you have to hold the toilet handle down for a very long time (about 30 seconds) to flush anything. Obviously most of these should be taken care of by the cleaners but it looks like they are not very thorough

Ice skating, snow shoeing,, shopping, movies and dining. The condo also has access to the recreation center, with a great game room, gym and hot tub. The condo has the beat location on the mountain…..ski right down to the lift from the building. And the skiing is fantastic. The condo is well appointed and has enough beds for you and your family. Come in for lunch and ski right out again. Debbie and Al are great…responsive and helpful. Overall great experience.

My teen daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. My daughter and her friend loved having their own space in the loft. We enjoyed the Rec center and jacuzzis. The proximity to the Village was perfect. We made s’mores and enjoyed the fire pits. Nice and cozy evenings. Thank you Al and Debbie!
