Fabulous condo and great amenities! Beautiful views with large common rooms and bedrooms. Daily maid service and golf cart. Central location on the Peninsula with easy access to all the activities. Beach Club was wonderful! Host and concierge were very responsive to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The three bedroom unit was very comfortable for all of us. Access to the beach club was a huge plus.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was easily accessible on the golf cart, and so many different activities for everyone on the peninsula . Our concierge, Ruddy, was always available to answer any questions, and planned some wonderful excursions for us. We will definitely be back!!

It was a wonderful property and the luxury of Costa Rica. The view was spectacular and the owners were very attentive to our needs. It was located in a prime location to indulge in luxury!

The condo is beautiful, very clean and has everything you could need. The concierge is attentive to every detail and wonderful to work with. We were able to zipline, jet ski, golf and enjoy the lovely beach club! Can’t wait to return!!

Better than advertised

Access to a magnificent golf course And a lovely beach club. We definitely come again. It would be helpful if there were a chaise lounge to take a nap on the expansive terrace overlooking the ocean My wife would have liked make up mirror. It would’ve been helpful if there were more information about local restaurants and activities. However I highly recommend this rental

Terrazas Unit 8 was even nicer than the pictures! Ruddy met us at the unit even though we were delayed two hours by an extremely long customs line. She also quickly arranged an air mattress for us for one of our grandchildren. The Prieta Beach Club was a special piece of heaven, and we saw one celebrity there and heard of many others who had been there. The Arnold Palmer golf course was so beautiful, and is a must for golfers. Monica and Laura of the Concierge Office arranged some great tours for us. This spacious resort is incredibly well maintained, and I laughed when my grandson said as we turned into this gated paradise “this trip has gone from a 20 to a 100!”

We have nothing but positive comments, but a few things stood out: shower water pressure, beds were so comfortable, AC got cold really fast, plenty of room to spread out as a group of 7, and of course the Prieta Beach club is worth the cost of the rental.

We had a wonderful time hiking and swimming at Papagayo. The condominium was ideally located and the beach club couldn’t have been better.

Loved staying here! Rented a golf cart for the week and could drive all over peninsula! Golf was great and with the condo you have access to Prieta Beach Club which is fantastic! Ruddy the concierge was amazing and helped us with every request! From dinners to a trip to zip line at Diamante and Snorkeling on the Pretty Vane with Capt. Eric. All fabulous. We will be back for sure!

My family (4 adults and one child) had an absolutely wonderful time at Richard's condo and all that Peninsula Papagayo had to offer! The condo is well equipped, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. The concierge, both before the trip and while there, were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions and requests - thank you Ruddy! The golf cart makes almost everything near by very convenient. The folks at the beach club were wonderful and the drinks were pretty great too!! Also, there are a lot of activities through the resort that you can take part in. It was 100% relaxing and a great way to spend time for the whole family. One thing to note: if you want to experience Costa Rica outside of the condo you should definitely rent a car or work with a tour company

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. It was my husband and I and our three thirty something children and it could not have been more perfect. Plenty of space and lots to do! We loved laying by the pool, spent many afternoons at the beach club, and loved seeing the wildlife while out and about in the golf cart. This area has something for everybody! We went boating, zip lining, hiked volcanoes, jet ski, golf and spent a lovely day on a deserted beach! Las Terrazas is the perfect base to do absolutely nothing or fill your days with activity! My only regret is we could not stay another week!

We travelled all the way from Switzerland and our experience at this home was everything we hoped for!  The house is located on an exclusive Peninsula.  It was clean, spacious and peaceful with absolutely incredible views! The beach club and amenities were “5 star” quality. Ruddy, the concierge, provided us with everything we needed and was always available to help with recommendations, reservations, etc. So happy we booked this property! I strongly recommend this home and will definitely stay there again!

Everything was beautiful, comfortable, and the place was fairly well-equipped (could use a few more coffee mugs, a citrus squeezer and better knives). It had a gorgeous view and was close to the golf club and walking distance to the beach. The only problem we had was the golf cart that came with the property. It died on us three times - once in the middle of the road, a second time right at the entrance to the community, and a third time at the golf club. We were able to get it started the first two times, but the third time we had to leave it and walk home. Luckily we weren't too far away. Otherwise it was a wonderful vacation!

Penninsula Papagayo is a magical place. Upon entering the gated community the landscaping is pristine, the ocean view on both sides are breath taking and we felt so lucky to be spending a week in paradise! The Penthouse is well built and the air conditioning that could be controlled in each bedroom worked superbly! Luxurious touches such as automated blinds, large sized rooms and en-suite bathrooms and generous closets and laundry room were beyond expectations! The construction is excellent; there were people in the unit below and we never heard them! The quality of the construction is top notch with marble, granite, soundproof windows and patio doors which can be hard to find in tropical destinations. The view of the bay from all bedrooms was gorgeous and the pool is our the door and down the steps and the unit overlooks the pool on one side, the golf course, and beyond it, the bay! From the unit you can walk to the beach as we did every morning. We had a concierge on speed dial at all times who helped give advice on everything, got us a rental car delivered, etc. We got use of the 3 row golf cart which fit the entire family and allowed us to continually take advantage of the beach club, the resort restaurants as the Four Season, etc. The Beach Club which is included int he rental is on a pristine beach and has a lap pool, a recreational pool, hot tubs and a full service restaurant which during the day is casual and at night is formal. The food for both lunch and dinner is great. This property and ammenities live up to the "Four Seasons" quality and gave us freedom and space and a golf cart to explore the penninsula and all the resorts. I can't wait to go back again and again to this unit!

AMAZING!! From beginning to end our stay was unforgettable! Beautiful sunsets, exotic birds, monkeys, it was truly amazing. We had a group of 8 people and the concierge accommodated our every wish. We had access to a six person golf cart, got surf lessons and enjoyed fine dining inside the Four Seasons compound. The condo is absolutely incredible, if you choose this spot you will not be disappointed! It has everything you could possibly need. The most beautiful views you could imagine, an outdoor grill, an awesome pool, the perfect location and so much more. We 100% recommend this place!! Thank you Richard and Georgina for all your help, we had a blast!

the location is unbelievable, with short access to so many activities! The house is just perfect with amazing comfortable rooms, leisure area, kitchen, etc. The decoration has been done with the best of tastes, first quality finishes and the architect exceeded himself. We vacationed for a week, 3 couples, we went fishing, played golf, met amazing people, dinned in the finest restaurants, swam at the beach; cannot wait to go back!!👍🏼👌🏼
