Came with friends, who varied on several days, so the washer/dryer was great for sheets & towel changes. The condo was furnished with everything we needed! Communication with the host was easy, when one of the guests mistakenly took a parking pass home. We walked to several places from the convenient location. Would definitely stay here again.

It was my sons 30th birthday so we met up for 5 nights in Tybee. Me-64years old, my son, his spouse and 2 more of his friends. Everyone had a great time. We loved walking the beach and to the full service restaurant next door. The weather was pretty chilly after the first day, but we played games inside and went into Savannah a couple times. My only complaints are the pool heater was NOT turned on, so that was a disappointment. Minor disappointments were There was a broken table on the porch along with a nice patio set. Not a problem, but it took away from the setting. Carpet need to be cleaned or even replaced with tile, as you walk from the elevator right into the living room. (In from the beach, it’s hard to not bring sand in on the flip flops.) Also, Could use black out curtains in the bedroom that faces the street. The store keeps well lit all night. Those are minor and easy to fix. Everyone agreed we’d stay there again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was perfect! The Condo was perfect, the view was perfect and the communication with the Property Mgr was perfect. My Mother is in a wheel chair and having the elevator in the Suite was Perfect! Thanks for a great stay!

Property is nice and clean, view was amazing. Felt very safe and secure. This is one of the best stocked properties we've ever rented. Easy to get in and out, super convenient parking. My only complaint has zero to do with the property itself. The condo on the opposite of the elevator side watched movies fairly late and extremely loud. Must have an amazing sound system. Not sure if that was just another short term guest or a resident, but it was just a mild inconvenience. We will be back for another stay here for sure.

Stayed with family after our sons wedding in Bluffton. Perfect place to relax! Condo was nice.

7 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend. The unit was fine only the master suite bathroom did not have a door so when taking showers on one else could be in the room Plenty of kitchen dishes ,pots etc. However it was very confusing to enter the unit between the different codes and fob keys and the elevator opened into the room. It was not explained how to use the fob so it did not open on another . Pool was great beach was beautiful and I would stay here again

This was the best summer beach rental. Would like to be able to rent this unit again. Very clean and pleased.

Nice accommodations. Close to the beach. Not crowded on the beach. Pool was smaller than we hoped it would be. Everyone had a good trip. We did get woke up by repair work one morning but nothing bad.

Nice. pool needed cleaning but not mid day . Would be nice to not have to get out of car to open garage door.

The condo was very comfortable and a great place for my family to meet up for vacation. When we arrived on Thursday evening the floor was not clean. There was popcorn in the kitchen floor and sand all at the sliding glass door and entrance from the elevator. I swept and vacuumed immediately before the rest of our family arrived. It was too late to reach out and also nothing I couldn’t do myself. I just shouldn’t have had to. The rest of the week was great with no other issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice area and very convenient

Spent a couple of days in this condo. The cleanliness of the place was very inviting. Steps away from the beach and the most perfect sunrise view. Very family friendly environment, we had a blast, and we will be back for sure!

We made our first visit to Tybee Island in 2019 and have been back every year since. Each time, we stayed in different places. This stay was by far our favorite of the four. The view is amazing and the condo is comfortable and attractive. Unfortunately, we will not be back next year. A few days after returning home, I looked in to reserving it again for next year. I was disappointed that the cost to stay had increased 30%. Given the inflationary times, I had expected an increase. However, 30% is an unreasonable increase. We will be back next year but will not stay here.

It was a quiet spot and right by the beach. The place was clean and matched the description. I wish the balcony doors would have worked but we still enjoyed the view.

Great location, all the conveniences needed at the condo. Nice ocean/pool view. Plenty of room for our son in a wheelchair also and parking and elevator were also excellent for anyone with “mobility challenges”. Was a little confused about keys/access when we arrived (my bad; didn’t read the instructions carefully enough) but the owner picked right up to help when I called.

It was a lovely unit with a great view of the beach and only steps from the beach. Great location. Walking distance to restaurants and sugar shack. Beautiful cottage with lots of room and all of the essentials. The one issue was the door to the patio needed to be repaired but we received a discount for that and the owner worked with us on it. The owner was very nice and responsive. A wonderful place to stay! We will be back!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and we enjoyed the private elevator. The sliding doors to the patio had 3 large holes where the hardware should be. We were unable to use the patio area due to the door being stuck. The mattress in the queen room needs to be replaced. It has a large dip in the middle. Otherwise, we had a nice time with a beautiful view!

The property location was fantastic. We were just a few steps from the ocean. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic. The listing was slightly different than what was actually there. The master bedroom was excellent…king bed, shower and jetted bathtub, double sinks and huge closets. The second bedroom had a full bed instead of a queen. The mattress is in need of replacement. The third room had two twin beds instead of the queen and twin that were listed. Both rooms had nice closets. The full size washer and dryer were very useful. The kitchen was great…clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils, dinnerware and cookware, however, I’m not sure the oven is heating correctly. Cooking dinner took an hour longer than normal. The sliding glass door definitely needs repaired or replaced. The track on the bottom has been broken and the door was very difficult to open and close. Also, we struggled to have enough hot water for everyone to shower without having to wait for awhile in between showers for it to build back up. Overall, we were pleased with our stay. It gave us a nice place to enjoy Christmas with family and get some beach time in.

My husband and I enjoyed our getaway for a few days. November brings a lot of quiet to Tybee. We would definitely stay again. I have issues with my hip so the elavator next to the parking space was awesome too. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice, plenty of space for 5 adults. It could have been cleaner, tables a little dusty and floors were dirty. Owner was very helpful with all questions I ask ahead of trip. Overall a nice place to stay.

Overall this place was great. Plenty of room and storage, the elevator is a very nice touch, comfy clean beds, plenty of towels, plenty of beach toys. The view was good, the garden below was beautiful. The sliding door needs some repairs as it was a little hard to open and close and the blinds need replacing, some didn't open at all. The front door also needs an interior lock for child safety reasons. I'd definitely stay again and recommend.

We loved our condo and the convince was great. The elevators I liked but they would open when other guests were on it so I sometimes didn’t feel real safe. They could have walked right into our condo.

This property needs a little work. We were five adult women. The sliding glass door was hard to open and one day went completely off track - I had trouble contacting property mgr but to be honest he said he was sick with Covid which caused the late response. Also every single chair in kitchen and balcony were high top seats. These are great for tall people but if you’re short or want to sit and play cards - not so comfortable. Several of the recessed lights were out . Sitting by the pool was almost impossible due to biting ants . They overwhelmed us. I don’t want to sound completely negative as this unit had comfortable beds, lots of room and other wonderful amenities . The beach was clean and gorgeous.

My family and I loved the location. Check in was a breeze, loved the covered garage and elevator right next to car that opened into the condo. Condo was just as it looked in pictures. So much room for our family if six and very clean. Beautiful view of ocean from the balcony!! Will definitely stay there again when we come back!!

Perfect spot for anyone bringing family to Tybee!! Once you get in the condo you use the elevator that lets you off in the living room and that was really cool!! Great view of the ocean that is a short walk over the dunes and it fit our family needs for our vacation/family reunion

Nice family vacation rental.

The condo itself is nice, nice location and beautiful view. The listing was inaccurate about a bedroom with two queen beds the bedroom has two full size beds. Also we were told the couch was a pull out sofa sleeper it was not. I would return if we returned to Tybee Island. Everyone on the island are very friendly !!!
