This apartment is so perfect and super comfortable. Some of my favorite things were the master shower and bed that offered such amazing relaxation. The apartment faces the back path and is filled with lush tropical plants that offer privacy and visually pleasing views. You can take your daily walks along strands, enjoying sunsets and ocean views. You can also get a great work out hiking along the beach and the headlands. The owners are warm and accomodating people. They are responsive and absolutely care about your experience. Each time we have stayed they left a beautiful goodie basket for us, they answered our texts and calls in a timely fashion and made us feel right at home. Everything you need is in walking distance. We highly reccommend this property.

This was our best stay at Strand so far and this lovely condo played a big part of it. Communication before during and after was prompt and friendly. Every need was provided for and everything from kitchen ware to furniture and linens were of high quality, in good taste and beautifully appointed. We really felt comfortable, as if we were in a home away from home. There was even a welcome surprise to greet us upon arrival. Will definitely love go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Corrine and Cary's condo. They were great hosts and the updated condo was very clean and well equipped. We like to cook and found the kitchen to be very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. There was even a welcome gift from the owners to greet us. We especially enjoyed the location of the condo, the sunny and bright patios and lawn area in a quiet area of the complex.. We hope to return again.

What's notable about this condo is that it's in a quiet location in the complex. It's on the backside of the building from the parking lot, and as such, you don't have lights or noise from the cars, and few people walking near it. Very garden-y with nice grassy area nearby. It's an enjoyable walk to restaurants in Dana Point, closer to that direction than other units in the complex. Corinne was a very thoughtful host, with a goodie basket and gift for my daughter, which she loved, on arrival. Would love to stay here sometime again!

Our stay at Strands Beach was everything we had hoped for and more. Corinne made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived with a special gift basket and personal note. The condo was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. We felt like we were in a garden retreat with the quiet location and yet had the convenience of being within walking distance to the beach and local restaurants. We definitely hope to return.

We've been renting vacation homes for several years and we both agreed the communication and attention to our needs were both superb. A few highlights: -kitchen is well stocked - king bed in Master is extremely comfortable - rain shower in master is amazing -two beautiful garden patios -efficient barbecue -three slider doors to enjoy the ocean breeze -unit is facing south, provides fantastic light -close to the beach, Dana Point Harbor, restaurants, grocery stores Gelson's our favorite grocery store. The beds were comfortable, closet space adequate, the kitchen well stocked with utensils, TV's were in all major living spaces, and internet access was fast and reliable. Corinne was wonderful to work with and attentive our needs. The location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the beach -- there are stairs and ramps involved, but they proved good exercise for us. We really enjoyed the multiple walking paths and routes in the area: the beach, the Dana Point State Marine Preserve, to the Harbor, Sea Terrace Community Park, areas around the Ritz Carlton and the Ocean Institute, Hilltop Park, and pleasant streets. My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for a week and we could ask for more. The property is very beautifully decorated and clean. It has everything that we needed to cook and the Wifi is very fast. Close to the Dana Point Harbor, we watched the sunset in the ocean everyday.

The condo is great! Really spacious, very well decorated, super clean and with all the appliances you need! It has 2 patios and plenty of windows so you can enjoy that californian sun! The owners were very nice and even put together a binder with great informations and tips on what to do in the area! The location is great, in front of the beach where you can surf and watch an awesome sunset. Also near to some very nice restaurants and other activities. The complex is very calm, quiet and private. And also has a nice hot tub.

We stayed here as an alternative to the nearby St. Regis hotel for a wedding. It was wonderful! The twin beds were perfect for kids, and they loved having their breakfasts on the private patio off their room. The master bedroom was large and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Due to facing the beach side of the complex, the entire condo felt extremely private despite all the other units. Finally, we loved the pool - not to crowded and just right for families. Corinne was an extremely gracious host - during our stay we had a minor medical emergency and I was touched by her offer to help us in any way she could. We will definitely return next time we're headed to the area!
