My husband and two boys (age 8 and 12) had a great vacation here! Roomy, clean, and great location! Perfect for a family of 4!

The house is clean and in good condition and you can’t beat the location. The only two things I wish they would update is the mattress in the master bedroom and the TVs. The mattress isn’t very supportive and I find that my back hurts in the mornings. As for the TVs, I feel that they are a bit outdated and not easy to watch streaming content for the kids. I feel the house would be perfect with these 2 changes. A new foam mattress and a few new TVs (which are both cheap nowadays) would be easy updates I feel. Thanks.

It’s right on the beach, so you get out of your car walk in the door and out to the deck only steps from the ocean. We really enjoyed the deck and the hose on the deck was a great amenity so we could wash the sand off of everything before going into the home. Many times we stay in these places and there are never enough pillows or comforters but this place was well stocked. It has all of the pots and pans you need as well. The only thing I’d advise is that there isn’t a keurig ( if you are used to that be aware). You can tell Blue Swell puts a lot of thought into creating a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere for their vacation renters. I would definitely rent this place and from Blue Swell again. They think of everything.

The location was wonderful. Great beach view. However, this listing says no smoking which is why we rented the place. They were smoking on the balconies next to us on both sides of this townhome. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to the smoking on both sides of us continuously. It was coming inside the townhome as well. Very bad. The people owned the townhome next to us so it was nothing blueswell could do. The home was clean however we got bit in the bed by something every night we stayed there. We don’t know if it was bed bugs or what…

very clean home with lots of bath towels, beach was not to crowded. Location to restaurants and grocery stores was great! we will stay here again!!

This place has great views, super clean and on the beach. Would highly recommend this place. The kitchen is fully equipped and plenty of towels for the family. I found my go to place for future vacation.

Beautifully decorated and super clean! Semi-private beach area and easy access literally 10 steps to the beach. Close to everything! Would be nice to have better mattresses, but we’d still stay again! 9.3 out of 10⭐️

Perfect place. Master bedroom is a haven. Only 1 small suggestion: attach a hose to faucet on deck.

This place was amazing. It was clean and well supplied with household items. We could walk out on the deck straight out to the beach. We felt safe and truly enjoyed our time here. Can’t wait to come back!

Close to good dining, etc. The place was clean and nicely updated/decorated, although it had a smell like someone had smoked in there previously, so that I had to wash even my unworn clothes afterward. The beds were very firm, too much so for us. The main issue we had staying here was with property management, there was a coffee pot that didn’t fit in the machine, we called and they brought another. As soon as they left my husband noticed the pot had a crack down the pot beneath the handle, it was difficult to see at first glance so we figured the maintenance guy just didn’t notice it. I messaged them immediately after he left, and a couple days later they brought another replacement and returned the broken pot for a refund. Yet they decided to charge me $25.00 to replace something we did not break, even after they returned it for a refund. After being treated so rudely over the phone about this issue, we definitely plan to avoid ever staying with company again..
