This was our first family vacation with two families. The house was perfect and as advertised. Location is great for really easy walks to shops (bagels, donuts, ice cream, deli) and short distance to the beach. We did well with children ranging 3 to 7. We spent most days at the beach and finished the day with the pool. House was well appointed. Eric was very helpful and available if needed. Would stay again!

We had another amazing stay at this property! Eric is a fantastic host and was very responsive to our questions. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location for beach and shopping too. My family especially enjoyed the pool in the afternoons. 100% recommend for a fun beach vacation!

Great house, well equipped. Pool small -but worked great for our group. So close to the Main Street & very walkable to restaurants, grocery store & shops!!

My sisters and I have been traveling to Avalon for many many Memorial Day Weekends. We had fallen off this tradition when we started having families. This year we made our grand return with all of our little girls and had THE BEST time. The location was so convenient to ice cream shops, shopping, mini golf, BEACH, and of course our favorite Uncle Bills Pancake House! We made so many new fun memories in this beautiful home and the host Eric was so lovely and responsive. We took the kids to the zoo per his recommendation (only about 10mins away!) and they loved it! An all star vacation we won’t forget!!!

We had a wonderful get away with our kids at this beautiful home. Gorgeous pool, fully stocked kitchen, incredibly comfortable couches and beds, this house is a gem. Steps away from town, beach, sunset and all the fun of Avalon. Eric was a fabulous host, very attentive and so welcoming. Highly recommend!!

We were unable to rent in SIC as we had for a number of years. Were SO happy with this property and how well it met our needs - particularly with a toddler. Pool was a game changer and the house was comfortable, clean with well-stocked kitchen and Plenty of room to roam or sit. Close to the beach and close to restaurants and shops!

Had everything our family needed but this rental property has some maintenance issues. Kitchen appliance, gas grill on deck need repaired. I was charged to replace an outside storage bin that was obviously in need of repair when we arrived.

We had a wonderful second week at 3229 Dune Drive! House was spotless. Pool & hot tub were amazing. Short walk to the beach and town of Avalon. Perfect for families! We will be back!!

Clean and comfortable!

My sister, brother-in-law amd nephews (7, 10) and my family (5 yr and 9 kids) stayed for the week while my teenage niece and her friend came for a night and later my parents stayed for a couple nights. The house was very well maintained, decorated with a fun beach vibe and well stocked. The pool and hot tub were so much fun and the outdoor shower made it easy to get the sand off before heading inside or to swim. There were plenty of beach chairs amd the umbrella came in handy. The location was iseal - two blocks to the beach and easy access to the five and dime (the kids were obsessed) - Otto restaurant and duck donuts and bills pancake house across the street was so convenient. The owner checked in with us mid stay amd has been nothing but helpful and a gracious host. This was an excellent multi-generational beach week! Highly recommend!

Great home and the location was perfect! Close to the beach and nearby restaurants, bars, ice cream and mini golf (all walkable). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and a nice way to spend our afternoons after the beach. The host, Eric, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very responsive. 100% recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay 3229 Dune Drive! The location was only steps away from the town of Avalon and a short walk to the beach. The host, Eric could not have been nicer or more helpful. He responded to all inquiries promptly. The house had everything we needed. We had a blast in the pool and hot tub. My son loved walking over to the Arcade. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Our week at this lovely property was relaxing and restorative on every level. The house was super clean, and the decor was both soothing and uplifting, so it was easy to instantly leave our cares behind and settle in. I can’t say enough about what an exquisite luxury it was to have a pool and a hot tub in the yard; we enjoyed both immensely, day and night. The location is superb as it is in walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shops, and it is only a short drive from there to other lovely sights and experiences in the area. The property owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We left feeling deeply refreshed and restored. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time at this property. Very close to town. Lot’s of walkable shops and also very close to the beach. Their beach access is on the other side of the pier which is great and much less crowded. Would rent again!

Beautiful home and weather all week however we would have liked to know about the beach closure on our street due to bulldozers and dump trucks hauling sand. We had to trek back to the house to drive to a beach several blocks away in order to avoid the noise of the trucks that drive back n forth all day like a highway on the beach!

Our family just returned from celebrating Thanksgiving in Avalon, we were 7 in total. I will start by saying I have been using VRBO for 2 decades, I have stayed in many properties and dealt with just as many hosts. That being said here is my review…….. This particular property is absolutely PERFECT, we wanted for nothing. The space, location, decor and amenities were all a 10+++. From the moment I inquired about this property Eric our host answered me immediately and followed through with any other questions I had from start to finish in the exact same fashion. The house is completely “turn key” the whole process was as smooth and easy as it gets. In all of the years I have been using VRBO Eric is an absolute stand out as a host because of how professional and attentive he was to me and my family, he is a COMPLETE gentleman and a fabulous host! We look forward to returning to this beautiful property for more family fun and everlasting memories!

Owner responded quickly to questions. Self check-in process was smooth and easy. House was beautiful and plenty of space for our group of 7 adults. Central AC and all the ceiling fans were great to have on the hot days. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment for making meals. Make sure to bring your own bed linens and towels though. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and great amenities we took advantage of for sure. Parking for 3 cars in driveway plus plenty of street parking available. Convenient location to restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, the beach, and the boardwalk. I would stay here again for sure. My friends and family really enjoyed the house.
