Beautiful house, beautiful view

I never leave reviews but had to for this one!! Mike was so easy to communicate with, the house is outstanding and the views and location are even better! We 100% plan to be repeat guests at this house every year!

This is a wonderful spot, with easy access to the park, playground, restaurants, and ice cream. We enjoyed having dinner on the deck while watching the world go by and the waves breaking. It is a stunning location. Grandparents with canes found it an easy walk to the beach.

My family and I stayed here in Avalon during the 3rd week of July and we had a great time. We loved the house, which had EVERYTHING we needed and was extremely well kept & clean. The property is literally on the boardwalk with very light foot traffic - mostly joggers and doggies. We would sit with our coffee (and other beverages ) and enjoy the ocean air. Oh, Its about a 20 second walk to the beach! Was simply perfect. The walk to town was a few short blocks away ( this helped keep our step-count up) for restaurants and shopping. The host was great as well - very responsive, respectful, and appreciative towards his guests - no surprises. We look forward to returning to this one for sure. Thank you!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS RENTAL. THE VIEW IS THE BEST IN AVALON. THE CLEANLINESS AND ACCOMMODATIONS ARE OVER THE TOP. FANTASTIC. COULD NOT WAIT TO REBOOK FOR NEXT YEAR. YOU WILL LOVE THIS RENTAL.

Beautiful and well-maintained property with a friendly and responsive host.

The first thing you will notice sbout the beautiful home is the PERFECT location! The Beach, Boardwalk, Arcade, and Park are literally right at your front door! Next, is the front porch is adorable with Rocking Chairs, then the first level has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus laundry!!! Right upstairs, you enter into an amazing ocean view from the kitchen, living room, Main Master Bedroom and an awesome upper deck overlooking it all!! The breeze was delightful as well. We were thrilled with all the beach equipment included, private bike rack and outdoor shower (which was much needed after the beach). We will definitely be back

I rented this home for a family wedding. Three couples stayed there. The experience was amazing!! The house is superbly located. It was clean and well appointed with all sorts of extras like water bottles and snacks. We took the linen package and not only were the linens there but the beds were made! Mike, the owner, was extremely responsive. From the day we rented the property a year or so ago, he responded to every question usually within ten minutes. I would highly recommend this rental and would rent it again should the need arise.

I can’t speak highly enough of this property and the owner. The house has everything you could want and more, from spotless bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, a modern deck where you can take in the ocean breeze, and a comfortable living room with ocean views throughout. My family is already asking when we can go back! And to top it all off, Mike is top notch. Easy to work with, professional, and great communication. You can’t beat this location. It’s the best!

My parents, husband and my little guy and I had a wonderful extended weekend in Avalon! This home is so perfectly positioned & conveniently located. It is extremely clean, organized, and had all the amenities we needed, PLUS even more! Michael was an incredible host and was always so quick to respond, ensured we had a wonderful trip and we couldn't have ask for more from a host. Highly recommend this property for your next visit to Avalon!!!

Our family with young kids has rented properties tall over- CT, NY, PA, CA, MA, Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, NJ. This house was the most accommodating, hospitable, and welcoming we have yet to encounter! The house is lovely. Clean as can be, stocked with everything you could imagine, including coffee, a delicious bottle of wine, champagne, and snacks for the kiddos! It is updated with gorgeous bathrooms, the beds are so comfortable, and the view os DREAMY! Sunrises from here are top notch. Michael was wonderful from the second we booked the listing throughout our stay - answering any questions, offering early check in, providing things to do in Avalon. My husband, children, and I were so impressed! Thanks for a perfect stay. We will be back!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this amazing home! The location was perfect - steps from the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The home itself was gorgeous and impeccably clean. We hope to come back again soon!

We loved our stay at this house. They had everything we needed for cooking. They left us a great welcome basket. The kids thought that was so cool. Loved the ocean views from the deck. We are going back next year.

From the main floor you can see the ocean. You can walk to just about everything you need, otherwise a very short drive will do. Can't get closer to beach access.

Six of us went down to the shore and stayed at this property which was lovely we had a great time the place was wonderful the manager was wonderful can’t wait to stay there again

We have just spent 3 nights in this immaculate, fully stocked, beautiful home ride by the beach. The beach view from the living room and from the master bedroom was calming and relaxing. We blissfully slept with our windows cracked open to hear the waves. The house had everything you needed and then some. The fully stocked Keurig machine was a treat and the welcome basket filled with treats, Procesco and even a flower pot was over and beyond. Michael responded to our questions immediately and was extremely kind and gracious. We can't say enough how much we loved this property and look forward to coming again.

Booked a trip over Easter vacation. A beautiful house in the perfect location. Views were beautiful. Everything that you need is there. From a gift basket to beach chairs! We can’t wait to go back. Mike is a terrific host.

Our second winter renting on the beach last year was good. This year we kicked it up a whole bunch. This cozy beachfront location provides the most amazing sunrises, all from the comfort of the main bedroom on the second floor. The kitchen was incredible with all new appliances and plenty of space for the family to make our brunch and dinner or Sunday. The Deck just off the living room is an excellent venue for cocktails after dinner on Friday and Saturday evening, with Moonlight Skies providing a stunning view of the Ocean. We enjoyed all of this location's updated and easy-to-use features, including the fireplace. The team that manages/owns this location has done an excellent job putting this place together and maintaining it. Even our invented guests who live in the surrounding towns comment on how cozy and friendly this residence is. I want to point out the level of communication with the owner exceeded expectations. Mike and his partner were available by email and text and provided their cell phone if we needed everything. I found that comforting knowing that we had quick and multiple touchpoints with the property owner if something were to happen. The Only thing I would change would be the amount of time in this lovely cozy location. We will be back for more time to enjoy the sunrises over the Atlantic ocean.

I honestly do not know where to begin?! The views were incredible, the house was spotless and communication with Michael was perfect. We booked the home for my sisters wedding and it was the perfect spot for us to all gather and relax after such a huge milestone for our family. There were surprise beverages left for us which was so incredibly kind and thoughtful. The house was honestly the cherry on top of an amazing weekend. My entire family fell in love with the home and hospitality that we were given - could not recommend more! We are hopeful to visit again in the near future. Thank you for opening up your home to us! We enjoyed every minute and we’re so sad to leave!

We had a fabulous stay over Thanksgiving and the extended weekend. The property is a fantastic location with the most beautiful views of the ocean and walking distance to all the fun that Avalon’s downtown has to offer. The welcome goodies upon arrival was a lovely surprise to kickoff our stay, wonderful hosts! It was a special family vacation and we can’t wait to come back to our favorite shore town!
