Clean and spacious property with very comfortable beds and well maintained hot tub. Close to the university and easy to get to all of Salt Lake City attractions including the mountains . Dog friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

This property is in a great neighborhood🏠. Close to lots of places to explore including parks and restaurants 🍽. Paige our host should get ten stars. The backyard is beautifully maintained, enjoyable to sit and work outside on a laptop for us telecommuters. The downstairs suite offered a great place to relax, watch tv and unwind. Plus the beds are very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. It’s on our SLC favorites❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful stay in SLC! This is a great, quiet road (minus the dogs next door). Our children enjoyed walking the sidewalks in the morning and the garden. Paige was extremely polite, we didn’t really need anything but she made us feel welcome. We will be using this property again whenever we visit!

Clean house, great location, good communication

This Liberty Wells home worked out wonderfully for our family of five ( kids 3,7,9). Host was excellent in terms of communications and providing all the pertinent information we needed to make our stay go smoothly.

My husband I stayed here, at Kensington Garden, with our 2 college age sons. It was a great way to be in SLC but also be in a walkable residential area. The place was nicely decorated and Paige had everything you would need for cooking, watching tv, and hanging out in a comfortable environment! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!

A great spot for us to come and enjoy an extended WFH + ski week!

This was a lovely property and the host was so responsive and helpful! We had several adults, a teenager, and two kids in our party and stayed here for the holidays while visiting local family, skiing, and exploring Salt Lake. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from Liberty Park, several great coffee shops, and only a 5-10 minute drive to pretty much anywhere else in the city. The layout of the house worked well for the large group, with some space for the little kids to play with their toys without being in the way of everyone else, as well as the basement for board game nights, laundry, and spending time together in the evening after the kids had gone to bed. The hot tub was lovely, with easy-to-use settings for heat and jets and cute little twinkle lights. The place was pet friendly, so we did bring one dog as well. The only downside was the kitchen space, which was too small for as many adults as we had, with the oven in an awkward space that only allowed for one person to cook at any given time, and not much counter space for food prep. It might also have been nice if there'd been a few toys/games for the kids (as it was, our local family simply went to the thrift store to pick some things up for the week, which worked fine). Overall, we all really enjoyed our stay here, would stay again, and would definitely recommend this property to others.

The property was spacious and perfectly located on a quiet street with easy access to everything SLC has to offer in the Winter. The renovated downstairs area was very comfortable and a nice gathering space to relax. Paige was very responsive and attentive from booking through checkout.. Thanks for a great stay. We hope to be back.

We stayed at Kensington Gardens for 6 weeks. The home is so charming. The gardens and back yard are beautiful and inviting. The house is as advertised, everything worked perfectly, no issues at all. My husband and I both worked remotely, the Wi-Fi was flawless. Even though the temperatures were routinely above 100, the evaporator cooler kept the house cool (I was surprised how well it worked). The location is fantastic. We walked to coffee shops, restaurants and the park. There is a Thursday evening farmers market at the park and we went every week. Paige is a great host. Easy to communicate with and willing to help if anything is needed. I miss the house already! We would definitely go back.

This property was exactly as listed. Just close enough to walk to Liberty park which is great. 10/10 would stay again. Few things to know more as FYI: upstairs bed is fairly lumpy/worn and destroyed our backs until we tried the downstairs beds night 3 which are bothAMAZING. Sleep downstairs. The air cooler/fan system they have worked really well at end of June hot 90°s stay. Other somewhat negative is left sided neighbors have REALLY aggressive dogs that seem to spend 24/7 outside. They would bark and ram the gate whenever we were outside to the point of not wanting to spend time outside at all. We had dogs with us and it was so intense I had to watch their bathroom breaks to keep them from fence. Dogs did this when it was only humans outside too. Overall great house though and would stay again :) Just helpful to know those tidbits.

I loved everything about this home. The location, the size, and the hospitality of the homeowner. The only thing I can even think about complaining about is the upstairs got a bit warm without any cool air source. The downstairs stayed consistently cool the whole weekend
