Our family vacation getaway couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to this rental. The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. For those craving a unique shopping experience, the Native Plant Shop is a must-visit. Not only is the shop beautiful, but the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and offers small build-your-own terrariums. And trust me, you don't want to miss out on Rock the Guac – even as the only vegan in the family, we all left with our pants unbuttoned from the deliciousness. Coconuts On The Beach provided another fantastic dining experience, perfect for feeding our crotch gobblins in a lively atmosphere. And for a dose of history and mind-blowing entertainment, the Kennedy Space Center is an absolute must-see. Just remember not to wait outside for a picture next to the NASA sign–there's another one inside! As for Legoland, it was a mixed experience. While the kids enjoyed it, the long lines and ride breakdowns left us with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, our overall enjoyment outweighed any minor inconveniences. Back at the condo, although hanging items from the balcony isn't allowed, we found a workaround by drying damp items around the window. The on-site laundromat was a lifesaver just be prepared with quarters.

Beach wasnt crowded and able to go back and forth easily. Cant wait to come back.

The condo was clean, on a quiet part of the beach and most importantly it was just as close to the beach as described. We loved it and hope to be back!

The condo is right on the beach... we loved listening to the surf and we enjoyed the roomy bedrooms.

The unit itself is perfect, but the VIEW is SPECTACULAR !! Ocean views from every room and solidarity sitting on the balcony. The property was as described: great location and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views from all rooms. The outdoor closet was filled with beach supplies including a beach umbrella and there were air pumps located in a kitchen drawer. Only thing I would suggest for improvement was that we received all the apartment information while we were already traveling (this email mentioned some things that we would have packed from home had we known they weren’t going to be supplied).

Condo was perfect! Right on the beach and vlose yo shopping and restaurants. Balcony was great to watch the sunrise while drinking our coffee. Highly recommend!!

My first impression was oh no...this is just a motel..but after we went and opened the room to the condo it was unbelievable!!!! It was just as pictured...it was very quiet ..we relaxed, we ate, we laid on the beach and it was so gorgeous..everyone we encountered was very very friendly..the check in and out process was so incredibly easy...I would definitely stay here again

The view from every room and the patio could not be beat. We loved that it was only two story condo. We walked to the alligator zoo. We walked to dunkan doughnuts. We walkes to the pier every day. The airport was only an hour away. We watched a rocket launch from the patio. The beach was 10 steps away. The residents take great care ofthe property. We went deep sea fishing and caught so many fish we fed many neighbors. I would love to come back and i would defiantly stay here again. The cleaning manager even text me a pick of the stuff we forgot. Cocoa beach is my ♥♥♥ thank you for an amazing time and a family trip of a lifetime.

This condo is well appointed, very comfortable, and restful. We enjoyed the location, so very close to the beautiful beach, and entertainment if desired. I spent most of my time on the beach or on the balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

We have stayed in another unit in this complex and I must say this one is by far the best. The views of the ocean from your private balcony are breathtaking. Nothing is better than waking up drinking coffee watching the dolphins swim every morning. The unit is very large with 3 bedrooms 2 baths. The unit has a separate closet filled with all sorts of fun things like boogie boards, fishing poles, Chairs and beach toys which sadly we found the last day of our stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, and they even have a really nice Keurig coffee maker. The outside lower patio has tables and chairs for sitting and a Charcoal grill for cooking which we loved. Also, the patio is where the shower is at for after a long day of hitting the waves you are able to come clean the sand off, which the beach is steps away from the unit and to us you can't get any better than that. The owners are very kind and answered all our questions at a very timely manner. We recommend doing a helicopter ride and up the road is Gator Golf for after the long days on the beach. Highly recommend checking out the Pier as well it's a great place to catch a bite to eat and watch the surfers. Overall, we loved the unit and will definitely be back for our next beach adventure.

Beautiful three bedroom, beautiful kitchen and bathrooms, but most of all the most BEAUTIFUL VIEW !! We love this complex so much that this was our fourth stay here. It’s small, only two stories with 22 units, and no pool; that keeps it extremely quiet. The owners here are extremely friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the area. The neighborhood is quaint and very laid back; just a perfect place to stay. We stayed two weeks this trip and it wasn’t enough. We cannot wait for next year to enjoy this absolutely amazing condo.
