We enjoyed our stay at Justin's property; sometimes we liked being a bit away from Clifton Hill and sometimes we wished we were closer, but we were happy to be an easy walk to the falls either way. Would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

The house was clean and the perfect size for our group of 6. It was in a quote neighborhood with a huge backyard that was perfect for socializing. A very close walk to the falls and all of the action in Fallsview. Highly recommend!

This property was very clean from the linen to the towels. They backyard was great for the dog. We regret not using the fire pit. You cannot beat the location. It is walking distance to most of the attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely property with plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Easy walk to the falls and great backyard with fire pit. Nice lay out for easy socializing between the dining and living room plus outdoor seating. Ample hot water for showers. We had an excellent stay!

It was 6 of us (3 married couples) and one dog. We had a family reunion right before, after and during the New Year. It was nice house and great location. We enjoyed staying there, especially our dog, because fully enclosed back yard was a super gift to her. Thank you for having us!

The home was perfect for our group, each person had their own bedroom, and let me say the bed was very comfy. Location, location, location, the home is literally a 10 minute walk to Niagara Falls. The home was spacious and clean., just some minor improvements is needed, such as putting a screen door for the patio sliding doors. Also some of the electrical plug outlets are loose, difficulty in charging phones. Overall we had a good time at this home, would consider it again if going back to Niagara Falls.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home and fenced in backyard for safety and privacy. It had everything that we needed. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The ovens & fridge worked well. We were close to the Falls and dining. We enjoyed it very much and will rebook again for sure. Thank you for opening your home to us and our old hounds. No disappointments. It was just the place we needed to get away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. It was clean, all the amenities were great, and the wifi worked really well throughout the house, great for students needing to do some work on their reading week! The location couldn’t be beat; a quick drive to many of the “big-box” stores but, more importantly, a nice walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill (and the Casino, although it wasn’t open). We couldn’t believe that we only had to walk about 1.5 blocks to the end of the street to get a glimpse of the falls at the bottom of the hill. We didn’t have to pay for parking at all! I would highly recommend this house for anyone planning on enjoying Niagara Falls. The pictures don’t really do the house justice – you will be very pleasantly surprised when you arrive! Sadly, we weren’t able to take advantage of the fire pit but the backyard is large and would be great in the summer. Thank you to Justin and Paul – very responsive to any questions – we loved it and would definitely re-book the next time we come to Niagara Falls.

We had a wonderful time visiting this past weekend. We were able to walk to the falls, and also to a wonderful Vietnamese place for dinner. This was a clean and comfortable property:) the owner was great about answering questions and left clear instructions on how to check in etc. I would absolutely recommend this property!
