I took my family to Ormond Beach and the home was very nice. It came with beach toys, umbrellas, bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon and everything you might need for a fun beach vacation. Kimberly was great to work with. I would definitely stay there again.

We love staying at this property. The owning family is amazing and has a beautiful home they share. The managing personnel are always quick to answer a call or text if you need them.
You are right across from the beach and you need not bring any beach gear as they have everything you need right at the house to take with you.
Getting up and watching the surmise from the beach is one of my favorite things to do whilst staying here and bonus, I o It have to walk across the street to do it. You’re close to Public and Stavros IV pizza and Alfies. Don’t forget to checkout Hulls and grab some hush puppies!

This house is the best!! It has everything we needed. Steps from the beach. Fenced in yard and pet friendly. The owner and housekeeper couldn't be nicer. We will be back!

We decided to go to the beach for our summer vacation and found the super nice reasonably priced place so thought we’d try it out and wasn’t disappointed. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and had plenty of room the whole stay. Location has easy access to the beach with a 5 minute walk. It’s also close to Daytona without the crowds on the beach.Rooms have great views of the ocean and neighbors were super friendly. If we decide to vacation again that way will definitely look to book again. Great host.

We love staying at this house! It’s clean, comfortable, and has all the right amenities for a relaxing family vacation. The location is great! We appreciated having all the beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagon and cooler. The kitchen is very well stocked! The hot tub was clean and well taken care of, which made it a favorite place of ours to relax after the sun went down.
My whole family loves this place and we hope to keep coming back!

Super accommodating host. Very kind! Great pet friendly rental. The house has everything that you would need. Very spacious and a nice little yard. The host has left little notes around the house. (Ex: a basket of makeup removal wash clothes, old linens for any use) They also have nice beach towels.

We stay here for almost a full week and trust me, you want to stay that long, at least. It was beautiful! The walk to the beach was nothing! We walked back and forth throughout the day. The location is great for being able to go to different beaches up and down A1A. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware. If you are a cook like me, Shipt delivers to this address. Lastly, be sure to bring coffee, your soaps, dishwasher packs, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry pods. The house either does not carry these or has a very limited amount, so you will need the cleaning stuff to hit everything on the check out list.
We will be staying again for sure! (Memories that will last a life time)

This house was perfect. Will stay again when we don’t work the whole time. It’s a 30sec walk to the beach.
House is perfect. Didn’t get to use the hot tub. Some electrical stuff. But it was fixed speedy quick. We just worked the rest of the time.

What a great stay. We were in town for a cheer competition in Daytona, and this was the perfect place for us. We loved the bikes, the beach gear and the hot tub. It was perfect!!

We always stay here for Daytona Bikeweek. The house is perfect and in an excellent location. Vrbo is great to work with. The owner Kim is awesome. Looking forward to staying there next Bikeweek. Also it's right across from the beach and our favorite breakfast place.

We loved the home. The location was great. Close to Pictona at Holly Hill. A spectacular pickleball facility. The home had plenty of room for 6 adults. The use of the garage to store our electric bikes and golf clubs was a real plus.

We were very pleased with this lovely home. We had everything we needed there for a lovely start of my husband’s retirement. We started our days with a walk to the ocean to see the sunrise!! We visited the ocean several times a day!! It is so close! You can even view it from the house.
Our family visited for a few days of our month and they were very comfortable in the spacious house! . The kids enjoyed the beach toys and bikes!

This was our annual mother daughter surf trip. This was our 4th time in Ormond by the Sea. The house was exactly as described. The short walk to the beach was perfect. House was equipped with all basic needs and then some! Loved all the beach equipment. Communication was excellent. Kimberly went out of her way to make us feel welcome and give restaurant suggestions.

Our family needed a place to stay for a family wedding, and we wanted a place that allowed us convenient access to the beach for a family vacation. This property provided us a safe place that accommodated our family needs as well as a great location for fun time at the beach (less than a block’s walk to the beach!). We also had convenient access to numerous restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.

A perfect house for 2 families to stay in while preparing to move our daughters into Embry Riddle University for their sophomore year! The house was clean and roomy for our families. We used the garage to sort all of the girls things prior to move in day. Distance from the beach was fabulous! As a bonus we were able to see 2 rocket launches from the beach! Host was so easy to get in touch with and accommodated any request we had. Absolutely a favorite on my list to stay at again!

Perfectly located across from the beach. Your family will want for nothing! This is the most equipped VRBO home ever! It truly has everything you could need or want. If you forgot anything, not to worry, she's got it there:) It was perfect and VERY clean! You feel like you are home, but at the beach! We loved the location to the beach, the house size, the neighborhood, the distance to the stores, the amenities, all of it! The house itself is beautiful we came here for a duel purpose, a 16th birthday and a family vacation and we had an amazing time! The owner was quick to return my call when I had a question. The beach is so close too! The town is nice and quiet but close enpugh to Daytona that we could go there for the teens to shop!

This is the PERFECT place to stay as a family! Ormond by the Sea is such a quiet, family-friendly beach and the house is close enough to make a trip back to the house if needed. This is the second time my family has stayed here and it feels like our home away from home! The house is clean and well maintained, kitchen is fully stocked to make homemade meals, and the beds and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kids loved playing the games provided, especially Ormond-opoly! We loved having a fenced in yard and the ability to enjoy the hot tub in the evenings. The owner is very friendly and truly cares about the house and it’s guests. We love this place and are looking forward to making more memories here next summer!

Perfect location only a block away from the beach. House and hot tub were clean. Kimberly was very responsive to my messages. We had a broken beach chair and she offered to come replace it right away, very accommodating. Our kids loved the bikes and the beach wagon and the tote came in handy. Our pugs were excited they could go on vacation with us, made it feel like a home away from home.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. The house was beautiful, spotless and had a great beach appeal. Literally steps away from the ocean and centrally located to restaurants as well as favorite Florida attractions. The outdoor lanai and hot tub was a family favorite. We made many memories and hope to come back again.
