4th of July at the Zermatt was wonderful. The kids loved the pool. The adults enjoyed the gym and yoga. Our was courteous and helpful.

Space was clean; nice to have a kitchen with pans, plates, bowls, glasses, & utensils so we could make our own food; fun activities; some activities were closed for the winter….overall a great spot and good experience

We had an amazing time in Midway and enjoyed many winter activities. Our stay in Zermatt VRBO was very nice and had most of the amenities we needed. Just a few minor suggestions to have in the kitchen: oven mitts, couple more kitchen towels, spaghetti laddle , and wine bottle opener. Other than that, this place was amazing and we very much enjoyed our time in your beautiful condo! The Greenwoods

This property is great for anyone wanting to take in Heber Valley. We hiked, fished, played golf and disc golf and also drove over to Park City for dinner one night. Midway is a cute town with a couple of good restaurants. The condo was very clean and as advertised. We had an issue with the AC, but Kyle was very responsive and got it taken care of. The Zermatt resort is a little tired and in need of refreshing, but has a lot of charm. I’d recommend it!

We were a family of 10 traveling by car and by plane. We took our grandchildren out to the snow for part of the day. Ages 3,6,6,and 9. Came back to the room to find we had NO hot water. Called and spoke with someone. Then went to Ice Castles without being able to shower. I left three messages. No one got back to me regarding the status other than. Someone will be by. No time. No nothing. Finally got a hold of Kyle after the 4th call. I was told we would have someone fix it after 830pm. They were unable to do so. It was very difficult to connect with someone. Finally Kyle called me back to let me know they wouldn't be able to fix the hot water problem until the morning. There was NO offer to move us or give us an option to shower. I had to tell Kyle this was unacceptable. We had traveled all day and had children that needed baths from playing outside. That we are paying 600/ night with no ability to shower. He finally accommodated us by letting us shower in a room down the hallway in the house keeping room. Also, the curfew is 9pm for noise. The people above us were loud. They were running around, jumping(seemed that way it was so loud) until all hours of the night. Very difficult to sleep. Kids couldn't fall to sleep. The blow dryer in the master bedroom was broken. The toggle to turn it on was broken. You had to find something to insert in it to make it work and then it just quit working. Electrical hazard in my opinion. The light was out in the refrigerator. The place was clean. It did accommodate all of us nicely. It was close to downtown. And to the Ice Castles which was one of the main reasons for staying at Zermatt. Kathy

This unit has 3 comfortable bedrooms and plenty of well furnished and comfortable space. It was clean and perfect for our needs. I will definitely rent this unit again as it is a great location for the Jordanelle gondola going in to Deer Valley. The only downside to our stay were the loud kids running around above us late at night. I don't think this was an issue of thin walls, simply an issue of parents that don't control their kids. Nothing that I could expect the property manager to change:-)

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa 1041! The three bedroom Villa is beautiful with nice furnishings, beds, and bedding, etc. We enjoyed our time there with our family. The indoor-outdoor pool was nice (and the man at the pool desk was adorable). We loved the lower level so that the grandchildren could make snowman off the bedroom deck and have snowball fights too. It was clean and spacious. The table was nice and seated all of us too!

We loved being at Zermatt, having access to the pools and amenities of the resort while being close to the beautiful outdoors of Heber Valley. We ate in almost every meal because the kitchen was so functional for its size. Not a single complaint or concern, fabulous experience!

Ran out of garbage bags and no carts available at check out. Loud people upstairs/ long wait for pool. Need to upgrade things in kitchen too. Other than that is was a good stay. Thanks

We were there as grandparents with our daughter, son in law, and two grandchildren (4 1/2 and 1 1/12). The accommodations were perfect! Plenty of space and all useable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was easy walk and really good for children and adults. Covid-19 restricted our use of the facility but it did not restrict our fun. We will be back to Zermatt and we will be back to Midway. First time to both places. Loved it!

We always enjoy our stay at Zermatt. Kyle was great to work with and provided great information as far as check in and check out. Our only issue was the villa had a slight smell to it when you first walked in. We had to use some air fresher to make it better. Overall it was a great stay!

Great place to get away. Loved being on the first floor not far from the pool.

Hi Kyle - We did some upgrading to the kitchen supplies while we stayed. I did want to leave some new dish towels and oven mitts but didn't know how you handle washing them. Are those things you supply with the linens each cleaning. The kitchen towels that are there are not up to par. Let me know LeGrand

Would stay here again anytime. Such a great clean place to stay. Enjoyed the sauna pool hot tubs and steam room. Plus enjoyed the hot tub in the room.

Had a wonderful time! Lots of activities close by, great property with nice pool, several restaurants on site.

The property, and villa itself, is wonderful! We had family in from out of state and had celebrated our Christmas together there ~ perfect!

We had the three bedroom villa. The two bedrooms in the main part were amazing, very spacious, loved the space and the resort itself. The three bedroom was very disappointing compared to the other rooms. There was a vent cover from the ceiling on the toilet when we first entered. The shower had a major leak when turned on, and was spraying water all over. The light switches didn't work with the lamps, and one light switch did not even have a knob to turn, so we had to unplug it completely. The beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable (even though the listing says Temperpedic beds, and the other two rooms had them). In the kitchen the dishwasher started coming out of the wall when the door was open. We tried to contact the manager about some of these issues via text message from number that was texted to us before our stay. Unfortunately, we never got a response back, and just had to deal with those problems. We loved staying there and really liked the whole resort, however were very disappointed in some of the accommodations and lack of communication from the manager. For spending the amount of money we did on the room, and the many problems we had, we would not recommend the staying here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Zermatt. The amenities are what won us over. So much to do!

Master bathroom toilet drips during the night and annoys. Needs to be adjusted. Thanks. Great time of year to beat the heat of the city and try new restaurants.

Only issue we had was cooking related. The cookie pan does not fit well in the oven and we could've used another pan and skillet. Making meals for 7 with 2 pans is challenging. Overall it is a great place and we enjoyed it.
