We enjoyed the house and all the rooms with queen and king beds. The large kitchen and dining area made it nice for everyone to come together and the family room was relaxing and fun.

Our family trip was perfect from beginning to end. The house was in a nice neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle but close to PC Mountain. The house was big enough to fit our whole extended family of all ages comfortably.

This home was a very nice home, with very comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The layout of the home was great for our group. There are plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is large with great prep areas and a very large table for everyone to sit together. The rooms are spread out enough that everyone had privacy. The jacuzzi was great. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, with deer walking through the property. We had our children and grandchildren with us and everyone enjoyed the home and the area. I would highly recommend this home.

Everything was great except the Wi-Fi had to be restarted several times a day, having young people it was very annoying who wanted Wi-Fi ..TV in the master bedroom did not work ..other than that good

We loved our stay in Midway! This home was just the right size for our family, and spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean and the hot tub was so fun. The home is tucked back in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll come here again!

We just had a wonderful one week stay at Hummingbird Springs. We had several families with kids and there was plenty of space for all of us--two large living room areas, big and very well-stocked kitchen, large dining room, and plenty of beds and bathrooms. I loved that the bedrooms had multiple multiple beds as it made it really nice for families sharing a room. There is a great hill right out back that the kids went sledding on and we made use of the hot tub multiple times. There was plenty of towels, detergent, dish soap, etc. Park City Mountain was an easy 25 minute drive away. We did the Ice Castles and tubing in Midway which were only about 8 minutes away. Honestly one of the best homes we've stayed at and I've been organizing group ski/snowboard trips for about 10 years now. I

The Hummingbird Springs Home was a perfect place for our recent family gathering. The spacious layout allowed children to play in the game room, adults to visit in the living area and babies to nap upstairs without worry. The home was well stocked, beds comfortable, the dining area large enough for large families to gather, and there were spectacular views from every window. The kids spent hours sledding and built a snowman in the backyard. Downhill and cross country skiing, tubing, and restaurants were within a short driving distance. We will remember our time together there and hope to return next year!

The house is nice and big. But there were a ton a spiders. Like on every level. The house needs to be sprayed. Also, some updating would be nice. Bathrooms and kitchen are old and worn. But it is fine. But definitely feels “90's”

The perfect get away
What a beautiful home! Spacious, in great shape, fantastic views. And a superior management team! Kyle was fantastic! Anything we needed he was there in seconds! Need gas for the grill, I think he arrived with a new tank before I got off the call with him! He also provided great references on where to get ATVs and such. If I could give this home and Kyle 6 stars I would! We WILL be back!

Perfect location
Kyle was very kind and answered all my questions. The home was perfect for our visit and was close to lots of great activities. It was a nice added touch to have little shampoo/conditioner bottles in each bathroom just in case someone forgot:) Check in and out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Truly stunning wintery mini mansion Midway Utah
Truly beautiful home, amazing location, incredibly spacious, amazingly furnished with pool table, foosball table, hot tub, outside has a perfect sledding hill , scenary is absolutely breathtaking! A truly stunning wintery mini mansion!

Hummingbird Springs is Great
I love staying here with the Montana State University Nordic Team. It is comfortable for our group of 10-12 men and women.

Perfect for our large family! Would definitely stay again. Lots of games to play and great for a variety of ages. Spacious kitchen for big group too!
Suggestion- more bed linens for futon/sofa beds. Otherwise, such a pleasant stay.

Family get away
The pictures don’t do this home justice. It was very nice and very spacious. We enjoyed all the common areas and the basement was a perfect spot to hang out. Great location also.

This home is an incredible property!!
We stayed with my husbands brothers and sisters and spouses. The house was so spacious all 11 of us had privacy and great sleeping conditions.
Each meal we sat together in this huge table and talked and laughed and had such a bonding experience. The kitchen was also big and fun to cook in.
The decor was so pretty. We loved finding new prices that we discovered. The house is so tastefully decorated. We loved everything.
The neighborhood was extremely unique and beautiful and lovely. The back yard was a series of streams and small waterfalls. We loved hearing the water during the day and night as we sat on the patio.
We hope to rent this property again.

Great place for a large group
The MSU ski team stayed here while competing in races at Soldier Hollow.It was great, beds for everyone. Super comfortable. Kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes for group meals. We will definitely be returning to stay here when our competition calendar brings us to Soldier Hollow.

Absolutely loved it!
This place is amazing. I can't say enough about our stay there. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved the hot tub! So much hiking and exploring to do right outside our your door. The kitchen is very well stocked. We had no problems at all during our stay there; the management team was great! I recommended it to everyone while we were there and I will continue to do so!

Hummingbird Springs is located in Midway, Utah near Heber City and a Deer Valley Gondola. There are exceptional restaurants and shopping that make staying at Hummingbird Springs a special occasion.

Had a great time at the home. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood with a great view of the mountains. You can see deer walk through the front yard in the mornings while drinking coffee! Close enough to drive to the ski slopes, especially Deer Valley. Would love to stay again.

Spacious with gorgeous furnishings!
We were thrilled with the high ceilings, outdoor dining, hot tub and great location. The king and 3 queen beds were very comfortable; however, the bunk beds were too wobbily to use. We would come back, for sure!

An impressive large holiday house in Midway Utah
The property is well located on the golf course and close to mountain biking trails and all the outdoor activities of the mountains.
Well appointed with plenty of space for large groups.

Ski Holiday
The property in itself is fabulous, plenty of space, nicely equipped kitchen. Deers walking around in the garden. Would have been perfect without the insect invasion and the response upon our mentioning this that there is nothing that could be done about it and that we should pick them up and throw them in the toilet ! In the end we probably catched around 100 insects, which were crawling on bed sheets etc. Would strongly recommend to fix this issue.

Great for a retreats!
We used this home for our annual work retreat. The home has three levels. The main level has a large kitchen/eating area that allows us to mingle while meals are being prepared and a living room with plenty of room for meetings and activities, or to relax and read a book later. The basement has a large family room where you can play Foosball, shoot pool, watch TV, play the X-Box, etc. We loved this house because it serves our needs so well and hope to make it an annual tradition.
