House was family friendly, had toys there for the kids 😁 Were great to message prompt replies when wanting to extend our stay.

The vacuum would only go for 5mins at a time and then you had to recharge it a tad annoying there was no broom or dustpan either to sweep up crumbs in Kitchen. There was no washing line outside only one of those indoor lines there. Those are the only downfall to our trip but everything else was great.

A good size house, great to be able to use the laundry. Very clean in a friednly neighbourhood.

It is a little way out of central Queenstown - you would need a car for this location

It was a lovely suburb, around 10 minutes away from central Queenstown. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with fans/heaters. It was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the place.

The people living in a house close by, were very noisy all night (till around 4 am on 25/12). This was probably a one off as we were staying over the Christmas period. We did not have any other issues

This was a nice stay. The host was super helpful. I forgot something at the house and he was super helpful in finding it and getting it back to me. This was a comfortable accommodation. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

The distance from Queenstown wasn't the most convenient; however, we knew that getting into it. The door to one room is odd in that it locks from the outside. Besides that, I think the only thing that stood out to me was the towel was small.

Great location for when tiki touring around Queenstown. Loved the views of the icey mountains from the kitchen 👌 spacious perfect for our little family

The instruction to get the key is very clear

The bed and the pillows are old and not comfortable. A carpet is not clean.

The property should have cleaned thoroughly before new guest arrives. The toilet walls, bathroom in general and cooking facilities and utensils needed thorough cleaning before new guest arrives

Great shower!!!! That was the best part for sure, whole bathroom was nice too. Very warm which was nice and the heater provided did a good job at making the room a great temperature Getting into the building was super easy

The bed wasn't very comfortable, the small fridge was very loud at night when it was going through its cooling phase. It was also very easy to hear other people in the building, walls very thin and could hear taps on etc

Location, access easy, off road parking, privacy, quick communication on arrival, shower was good!

On occasions we could smell the drains from the toilet and shower, which came into the main room of the studio. The bed was very soft and quite small for two people. The studio could of been cleaned more thoroughly along with tile cleaner on the shower.

Everything else was good

Bedding wasn't really good. Pillows, bedsheets and matress of first bedroom wasn't really good
