Property is simple, and in a fantastic location. A short block and a half to the boardwalk/beach, close to the pier end of ocean city. So convenient that we parked our car when we arrived and didn't move it until we checked out. Owner lives in one of the units and is easily reachable, we didn't have any issues but are sure they would have been easy to resolve with Jonathan. We'll definitely be back!

Jonathan could not have been friendlier and more helpful. The nicest guy and lives on the premise so is always there to help with anything. The house was clean and quiet. Very close to the beach (just a short walk) and close to all the boardwalk fun and food the kids love. Only a 15 minute drive to Assateague Park/ Beach. We stayed for a holiday weekend and thought finding parking on the street near the house would be an issue, but luckily we always found a close spot!

Booked because of location and need of laundry. Issue with washer and dryer notified about 2 weeks before arrival.There was a laundromat about 2 blocks away but no monetary comp for inconvenience. Also paid separate for parking ( for the week) really only needed thru weekend. Ocean City is pricey enough. Maybe 25+ years of coming here is enough.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. It is very family friendly and comfy. We all enjoyed making home cooked meals and it is very close to the boardwalk and beach. Jonathan is very kind and understanding. I will definitely return next year.

The apartment was cleaned and sanitized which I really appreciated. This was a quaint 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for our needs and just two blocks from the beach!

The unit is very clean and the landlord is extremely helpful and always available. The unit is an older building so somethings are not as up to date as in newer buildings but overall we were quite comfortable.

Fantastic! We booked last minute due to being displaced with hurricane Dorian. The owner worked with us, got us In so we could have our vacation! Very clean, close to everything. Would definitely come back!

This property is a great location and close to the beach/boardwalk. Unit was very clean and owner onsite if any issues. Recommendation would be to update the floor from carpet to tile or hard surface of some type. Also update the loving room furniture. Bedroom furniture was ok.

The owner was very nice. Had a brother that had surgery week and a half before we went and he did everything he could to get us in early. Never met a nicer person as a owner

My family, including two kids ages 6 and 14, rented this apartment for two weeks. We're OC veterans, but this was our first time staying at this property. One of the usual worries is that the place will be dirty and worn inside. Anyone who's ever walked by an OC rental occupied by seven college kids knows what I mean. Another worry is that you'll be sharing the property with such a group of high school or college kids. These units are on a quiet street of either full time residents or other family oriented rentals. Never had any trouble with noise or foot traffic or rowdy behavior. The unit itself was clean inside and out and exactly as described. All amenities were in good working order. We were worried about the shared laundry but access was never an issue. The owner, who was a great host, actually lives in the building and so was easy to reach whenever a question came up. It would be hard to improve on the location. Far enough north to be away from the major foot traffic, but enough south to have easy access to all the popular boardwalk attractions. Being two blocks from the beach means you don't even have to put your sandals on if you don't want to. The kids and I always thinks that's fun because walking two blocks with sand in your shoes certainly isn't.

Perfect location close to beach, bay and boardwalk. Very clean and well organise. The beds are confortable and the air conditioning is well appreciated after a day at the beach.

We are a large family, 5 children, and I always worry about places being too small or not a “kid friendly” as they claim to be. But Jonathan’s place is truly a gem. Great location a 2 minute walk to the beach, plenty of space for everyone to sleep, and everything I needed for cooking meals in the kitchen. What else is needed?!
