Exactly as advertised wonderful stay again

Beautiful and convenient location. Super clean and well supplied. This was our third stay here and we hope to return. I should add that we go off season so all is quiet and we love it.

Our second time staying at this property and still incredible! From the well stocked kitchen to the magnificent view of Lake Michigan this property doesn't disappoint! Highly recommend staying here...if 6 was an option we'd choose it!!

The house was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location perfect and easy to get to, but most of all…the view was beyond all of my expectations! The lake is right there…sitting and listening to the waves is so therapeutic! It was also fairly close to the couple of hikes I wanted to do, and being winter, it was easy to get around! Any inquiries I had were answered very quickly! I only wish it had been a little colder with some snow, but I am weird like that and unfortunately none of us can control the weather. :-) I’m already talking to my sister about a fall trip back! Thanks for everything!

My Mom, two older siblings and I had a wonderful stay. It was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Our host was very responsive for the request we had and took care of it immediately. The location was perfect for exploring Door County and close enough to Green Bay to make our departure to Green Bay airport very easy. We only regret not having more days to spend there. I highly recommend this VRBO slice of paradise.

We gather together for the annual Door County Century bike ride and to take in casual time with family with a premium on relaxing when we're not riding. This was the perfect location- close to the race starting point in Sturgeon Bay, but the remote, waterfront location gave us opportunity to just unwind and spend time together in a beautiful, natural setting. We really enjoyed listening to the waves crashing, stargazing under a beautiful night sky and time out on the deck-there's comfy seating for everyone. The owner was responsive and very prompt. She told us we would only need to bring food and clothes because everything else is provided. Everything we needed was there waiting for us and then some! Stocked kitchen, beach towels and toys, horseshoes, kayaks, firewood, and everything for s'mores and so much more. One thing I would suggest is to bring dog treats for the little neighbor dog, Rocky, who would come by on his way to the beach. We were all so taken by him! We have a rule of exploring and staying somewhere new each year but a return to this spot will be hard to resist!!!

Great location, great service, clean, could not have been better!

We were very happy with this rental. The house is directly on a beach (sandy, but with plenty of rounded rocks). It is well-appointed (lots of towels and a well-stocked kitchen). The master bedroom gets a lot of morning sunlight, so that's where the early risers should stay. We would love to rent this house again.

tucked away from crowds ,this lake beach property is located close to so many attractions yet it is in a serene setting ;a jewel to admire and enjoy!

Third year we women have stayed here and love the ‘right on the beach’ house. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, perfect setting and convenient short drive to grocery store.

I could not have asked for a better equipped house in a stunning location. I can’t wait to book again!

We were all immediately super impressed! Super quiet location ... thank you for arranging the deer on the driveway to greet us! Plenty of room and having 2 full bathrooms was amazing! Great selection of books, games ... and horse shoes! Outdoor fire pit was a bonus ... AND you even provided fire wood! We used the kayaks and some of the outdoor games too. BBQ was scrupulously clean. Kitchen incredibly well stocked. Check-in and Check-out super easy. If I could give this property 10 stars ... I would!

We love the home , our 3rd stay here. Mom is 97 and can sit on deck and view beautiful lake. Easy for her to manage the two steps to enter. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer and dryer nice. Beds comfortable. Quiet but close to everything. Kayaks great don't have to drag mine here. Loved our stay, thank you Tammy.

The house was so beautiful and clean when we arrived! Great communication from the host prior to our arrival. Being right off of Lake Michigan was amazing! Would love to stay here again some day!

This was the absolute perfect place for our family vacation. House was beautiful, clean and a perfect size. Breathtaking views and private beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and enjoy day trips around Door County, and meals and campfires and game nights at the house. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Our stay at Harbour Lake House was wonderful!! The lake house is very charming, immaculate, well maintained, well stocked, and so comfortable! The house is in an incredible location and is amazing on the inside. The kitchen had everything we needed.

From the moment we walked in the door and saw the amazing view of Lake Michigan we knew it was going to be a great weekend! Everything in the home was first rate, from the location, the fireplace, the well supplied kitchen, and the comfortable beds. We will be back!!

The property was big enough for our group, clean and well stocked. You cannot beat the location. The kids loved playing on the beach and we all had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

This property is right on the shores of Lake Michigan and is updated and comfortable. The location is a way out from the town of Sturgeon Bay , but we didn’t mind the drive at all. I would recommend this property especially if you want a place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. You won’t want to leave once you settle in.

This is such a great property, just steps to the water! There are 4 bedrooms -- 2 have a view of the water. I think this is the cleanest and best appointed VRBO that I have ever stayed at. Everything is incredibly neat and well-organized. We walked the beach, had a fire in the fire pit and the owners were so kind and left us a welcome gift which was so thoughtful and definitely made us smile. It was throughly enjoyed! I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return.

We came for a quick family weekend getaway. The house was perfect for our group of six. Clean and comfortable. Amazing beach views from many rooms. We would definitely stay here again!

Second time staying at this beautiful house. The only downer (beyond the owner’s control ) was the large friendly dogs running on the beach that surprised the 3 year old to hysteria. The adults loved the lake swimming

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sturgeon Bay. The location could not have been more peaceful and hearing the water through open windows at night was so relaxing. My three small children absolutely loved jumping in the (cold!) water and collecting rocks and shells on the beach. We all enjoyed the horseshoes and fire pit and making s’mores. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and house extremely clean. We loved driving to some of the small towns locally and just really enjoyed some relaxing family time over Labor Day Weekend. Would definitely love to return!

Very clean and right on a sand beach. Horseshoe game and fire pit with wood provided. Hosts left some’ore fixings for us which was a nice touch. Sand toys and water toys and kayaks available. Made for a fun n family trip! Thank you!

To anyone coming to this awesome retreat........there are kayaks, life vests, and lots to choose from in the garage. While we enjoyed our dinner at the Hugel Haus in Ellison Bay (best food by far) we truly enjoyed eating in as the kitchen, dining room and outside view is perfect. It is a little challenging if you are storing a boat in the driveway.......be prepared before heading in :) All in all, comfortable beds, couches, and outside seating. Awesome bathrooms with plenty of space. It is probably the best VRBO I have ever stayed in and has made me want to buy a place of my own up there. this is the best house i have started at!! so well stocked. didn't have to bring essentials such as tp, dish soap etc. kitchen was amazing. i can’t say enough about the location and view. being on the beach was essential w kids. we are definikty coming back!!
