Excellent , very centric property close by to all beaches and restaurants in area. Both owner and administrator were very accesible and responsive. Thanks for the stay !

The property was beautiful and very convenient to airport. All the luxuries of home, full kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook if you so desire. Close to beach, restaurants, casino and airport. Highly recommend!!

The house was great only downfall all the mirrors in the house are very high and I am very short so I had a hard time getting ready but the house is comfortable in every other way.

This place was amazing...spacious; clean; quaint and confortable..I felt like I never left home. Location was perfect...so close to Aguadilla airport. So tranquil by the pool!!! Highly highly recommend....I will definitely be back.

Excellent place to stay in Aguadilla Puerto Rico! Gated access townhouse home in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Aguadilla airport Rafael Hernandez. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a laundry upstairs. Downstairs there is a half bath, kitchen, dining and living rooms with an open floor concept with a reasonable size and space. In addition, there is a patio area (just outside the living room) a garage plus a non covered parking space in front of the townhouse inside the gated area. There is a remote control to open both gates (each one has its corresponding button to open) and a walking gate. There is a dumpster outside to place the trash. All bedrooms are very spacious with comfortable beds (iron & ironing board in the master). The washer and dryer are high efficiency (he) and there is plenty soap and softener. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies etc. Myrna is such a great person and will answer any questions or calls immediately. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you Myrna for your kindness!!!!

Host, Myrna, was a pleasure, very sweet and kind. Secure area gave us a sense of security. All amenities necessary for a feel at home stay, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, bbq, beach chair, cooler, pool floaties, etc. All seven of us had a comfortable stay. Bunk beds were a little hard, air mattress deflated a bit, but overall we were very satisfied. The shared pool was great!

The place was perfect! I will definitely stay here again next trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. Very clean and spacious space. The washer and dryer were a plus. Myrna was very friendly and accommodating. Close to town and amenities. Gated community which made us feel safe at all times. From pictures I concluded that the pool was attached to home but this is a community pool. It is kept very clean. If you are a late sleeper bring eye mask as the sun shines brightly early in the morning and there are no blinds or curtains to block it.

House was perfect for our needs. New, pretty & very clean. Super close to the airport and convenient to local beaches & restaurants. The owner was very responsive & allowed us to check in earlier. Would recommend & would definitely rent again. Thank you Matt & Myrna for making our vacation an easy one.

Property is our second time there. Same as the first time. Beautiful, clean, convenient as heck, secured. This place has all the comforts home. Beautifully furnished. Terrific kitchen. Laundry. 2+1/2 bathroom. 2 balconies. A BBQ in the back sitting area, a pool. It is also close to everything. I mean supermarket , beaches, restaurants, (not of the Mc kind ) Close to main high way to either San Juan or Ponce. Did I mentioned a 3 minute ride from the local airport, BQN? Myrna (care taker of property) is a doll, and very helpful. I would like to say more but, don't want to spoil any surprises you may encounter at this lovely place. If you're familiar with the area, good for you! If not, have fun making your own discoveries. Scuba is my thing and, there's a scuba shop that's a 5 minute ride from the place. They offer scuba tank rentals, equipment, as well as excursions. It is just outside the Bases gate #5. I called it a Base because that's what the locals have always called it. You are actually on an old Air Base, that was known by name Ramey, but is now mainly a U.S.Coast Guard Base called Borinquen. I'm not much for spirits since I prefer beer. There is a good selection of US beers in the area, but I warn you to check the expiration dates the bottles, especially the IPA's and Stouts. The local stuff is alright. (sorry I'm a beer snob) Food is everywhere. Stop at the roadside fruit stands and pick some up. The fruits and vegetables that the locals grow are truly organic. No pesticides at all, and the prices are very,very, reasonable. Have fun people and enjoy La Isla.

Being that we have the house rented for the last two weeks of Jan.2017. I called Matt, and asked if he kindly rent us the house for three days. We were very grateful, that he was able to rent us the house in such a short notice. We got to the house at 4:00 am. Sweet Myrna the concierge whom we have the pleasure of knowing for a few years now ( being that we have traveled a few times and rented in the same development) was there waiting for us. Everything was in order. I am very picky when it comes to staying anywhere, and Matts rental surely lived up to my expectations! Nancy Jaime

Stayed here for a week in the end of March. Beautiful home filled with everything we needed for our getway! (Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, grill, fully equipped kitchen and more!) Located minutes from various beaches and airport. The owner Matt and property manager were easy to reach if we had any questions. Thanks for a great stay! Will be back soon :)
