This property was amazing. Great location right in the middle of Broadway. There is no better location than this!

Too much fun.

Being with this was my first time in Nashville for my bachelor party this place was the perfect place to stay and honestly if I go back, it would definitely be my first choice as well! It is right in the middle of everything and it’s quite literally right in the middle of a bar, which is awesome! We loved being able to walk to everything and being able to walk back to the loft whenever we wanted was great and Sheri was great and easy to communicate with. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything better or a better place to be.

It was an amazing place to stay for being right on broadway. Had wonderful amenities with plentiful bathroom toiletries. I would recommend bringing blankets if you have the full 13 guests.

We came to nashville to celebrate our friend jenna getting married. This house was the perfect location if youre looking for a party.

The location sets the tone for your entire trip. You are literally upstairs from a bar on Broadway. You fall asleep and wake up to live music. It was the perfect location for the trip we had planned.

Overall had a really good stay. If your group doesn’t mind sleeping on pull out couches then definitely a great stay for the location. You do enter through the front entrance right on broadway! So be ready to haul everything in the middle of traffic! Only thing I think we would have loved was to be able to access some cleaning items in order to wipe off the counters after eating especially since a trash wasn’t easily accessible with the construction going on.

Eleven of us stayed in this VRBO for three nights...it was a perfect layout...and the location was the best! Walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The host was always timely in responding to any questions and the arrival and departure instructions were very clear. As expected because it is directly above two bars and dance floors, the music was heard through the loft but everything shuts down from 3 am til 10 am! We just had to sleep fast!

This property was perfect! It fit all of us comfortably and the location is amazing. The staff at the bar was so helpful and the place is so cute! I highly recommend this property for a large group.

This location is amazing! The set up was perfect for our girls trip as everyone had their own bed. It was not nearly as loud as I expected it to be although the ones sleeping in the front room said it was louder being closer to Broadway. The host was so helpful! They let us check in at 9:30 am since our flight arrived early in the day. The only one thing I wish was explained in the notes was that you actually have to go inside the bar to get to the elevator, there is not an outside entrance. It was close to the entry doors though when you walk in so that was convenient and for our group actually made it feel a little safer. Would definitely stay here again for a girls trip!

We took our daughter and extended family to Nashville for her 21st birthday and stayed here. If you’re looking for a place to stay right in the heart of Broadway so you don’t have to Uber around this is your place. We had 13 people that stayed and it was comfortable. Betsy the property manager is wonderful. I would highly recommend.

The place was perfect for our group. The only thing we thought is there could be blankets for the pullout couchs. The location was amazing. Our host was wonderful. She answered all of my questions before we even got to Nashville.

We stayed here for a bachelor party and it couldn’t have been a better or cooler experience! The place is definitely the coolest listing in Nashville and you can’t beat the location

Celebrated son’s 21st birthday with his crew. Everyone had a blast. Location was beyond perfect. Kim and Betsy were great! Couldn’t of been a better time.

Absolutely amazing. Condo was above and beyond anything we expected. A bit noisy at night but definitely do able. Would recommend it to anyone. Hopefully will return.

We loved everything about this place. It was spacious, and being on top of an actual bar was “chef’s kiss” There was plenty of towels, comes with a washing machine and dryer, dish washer, plenty of drink ware and toiletries. Being on Broadway was really the highlight. We stopped quite a few times going one place, then taking a stop at the property to change or take a break then were able to get back out there. Some of our group went in early and we didn’t have to worry about them getting a ride. I would love to come back and stay at this fabulous property. Noise wasn’t an issue for us.

Had a great time in Nashville downtown. Was able to load/unload outside in the taxi lane outside Lucky B@stards Bar. Parked at 5th & Broad. Great access to the Nashville nightlife.

The place was awesome. Right in the heart of all the action. Betsy was great to work with and answered all my questions quickly. My friends and I had a great time. We would stay here again.

We visited Nashville for a bachelorette and this was the perfect place to stay! Lots of space and you truly can’t beat the location. The host was excellent in accommodating our changing check in times due to flight changes. 10/10 would recommend!

Great layout - everyone at Lucky B’s Saloon were so nice! Great communication with owner. Highly recommend - was loud at night but that was to be expected! Thank you!

This place was amazing and I had no issues. The only down side was the pullout beds had a thin mattress so you could feel the bar under it. But we kinda expected that. Thank you again

We could not have asked for a better location for our bachelorette party! It is right in the middle of all the bars & music on Broadway. The condo was spacious and clean. The large bar in the condo was a cool gathering area. The bar bouncers were great about letting us bypass the lines & walk into the condo. It had everything we needed except we were unable to find all of the linens. They are kind of hidden all over in tiny ottomans that I did not notice until we were leaving.

Close to everything, just upstairs from the Lucky B@st@rd Saloon on Broadway, a short walk from everything. The place was great, with everything we need for our group.
