Great place as advertised and reviewed by others. Appreciate all of the amenities such as the jacuzzi, pool table, projector room. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor and about 20 minutes from DT Portland. Great for large family or friends.

It was good. For some reason the towels werent cleaned when we arrived and were still in the washer. The hot tub was a little cloudy and foamy. The staff was very responsive and sent someone out the next day to take care of it.

Description was 100% accurate—truly awesome place to stay with a big group near Portland. We had a ton of fun using the backyard, grilling, enjoying the hot tub, pool table, and home theatre. Communication with property manager was fast and easy—she was endlessly helpful. 10/10 place to stay near Portland!

I can't begin to tell you how amazing this house is. I love that there is so many different rooms you can hang out in. Pool table and jacuzzi is great! Our flight was early and they were to accommodate us for early check-in. I love how the response time is so quick if you have any questions. Overall experience was great!

What a spacious home this is! It's a great place to gather with family and friends. We stayed here during the week of our daughter's wedding in Portland, Oregon. We wanted a place where local friends could drop in for a visit during the week leading up to the event, and then as additional family arrived, everyone would have a room to sleep in.
The home is well stocked...we cooked several meals and always found what we needed in pans, plates, silverware etc. The bar in the game room is beautiful and became a favorite hang-out, along with the pool table and game table. We didn't have time to take advantage of watching movies, but the large comfy couches there made a great "quiet space" for those wanting to read or putting a little one down for a nap.
The home has a comfortable vibe...just like our family home. The only areas we found a little lacking were the bathroom spaces. In comparison to the large rooms throughout the house, they were on the small side, so it took some coordination to get everyone ready.
The surrounding neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed the serene backyard and hot tub. We would definitely recommend this property for family gatherings!

This was the perfect house for our out of town guests. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a lot of on site recreational things to keep everyone occupied. I highly recommend!!!!

We had family gathering from 5 different states to attend a wedding in Woodland. The Vancouver location was close enough to the venue, and still allowed us to easily explore Portland and the Columbia River gorge. The house was very comfortable, plenty of space for 13 people to gather without feeling crowded.
The plumbing could use some help, as a few of the sinks were very slow to drain, and the kitchen faucet was difficult to turn off completely.
The back yard, patio, and hot tub were favorite spots for all of us. All in all, an excellent find! We had a great time.

Plenty of good towels to use, the house and furniture is on the older side although the game room was newer. The air conditioner was not working in one of the bedrooms and in Washington at this time it was 100 degrees and over temperatures.

Wonderful home! Very comfortable and perfect for our group of friends/colleagues on a work trip. Space for our group of six to have quiet time or game and movie time. Quiet, lovely neighborhood for walks.

The property was even better than expected. We were 3 adults + 4 "kids" ages 15-20. We had the adults in the basement apartment and queen bedroom, the 4 in the 3 bedrooms on the main level (master + 2 more). We loved the pool room with the cold ac and spent a lot of our together time in there. Plenty of room in the kitchen/dining/living space, with everything needed to enjoy meals as a group. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the beautiful back yard with lovely trees and greenery, frequent squirrel and bird visits. The owner Jeannine and Manager Nick were a dream...very responsive and helped to make this a great stay for all. Thank YOU!

This embodies what VRBO's should be. A well appointed house, thoughtfully stocked, in a pretty neighborhood. We were a group of 9 women in town for a tournament. The bed/sleeping options worked very well, the kitchen and living spaces were great. Fun play space - the pool table/bar area and back yard with a hot tub were delightful. Our group would all stay here again without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Our group of 10 family was able to stay comfortably. Every time we came back from an excursion, we were able to relax and enjoy the comfort of the house. It felt like we were home and we really enjoyed our trip to Portland due to the comfort of this house. We definitely would come back and stay at this place many times over.

Very spacious. Had 12 girls all together and there was enough room for all of us and our stuff. 3 bathrooms was also nice while getting ready. Did not have any problems with the neighbors as some have stated before. Owner is very communicative and super nice, they answered any questions I had very quickly. Not the cleanest place to stay, but it would be a good place for a family or big group of people. Clothes washer would make weird sounds and water would back up when we used it. Cute backyard, nice bar/extra room. We did not use any games but there was a lot to choose from, they even had a book selection.
Did not use the projector either because we did not have time, but looked like a nice comfy set up. I would be back again if I was ever in the area with a bigger group of people.

We had a capacity crowd with 13 adults, 1 teen, 2 elementary school age children, 1 preschooler, and 3 small dogs. No one ever complained about being crowded and there was always a spot to go to for quiet time. Great indoor games available and a pool table, plus cornhole, hot tub, hammock, outdoor dining space, and lots of room for kids and dogs to run around outside. We were there during a record heat wave but it didn’t hamper our good time in this lovely spot.

We entertained the young adults and had a separate space for those who went to bed early. This house is well-stocked! The beds on the main floor were too hard for us. We did not use the projector, so we are unsure how that worked. The fireplace was great and warmed up the space upstairs.
We enjoyed our stay, and we were able to host a dinner for those traveling and celebrating our daughter's graduation from college.

Communication with the Property Manager Nick is excellent, prompt and professional. Plenty of room for the Family gathering. Rooms are great but 2 of the 3 showers are small but accommodating. Beautiful well kept yard with plenty of room. Conveniently located to airports and markets. Would definitely stay again.

We had seven adults and four littles with us for the Thanksgiving Week. Jeannie was a great host. She had the house fully stocked with everything we could need. The basement theater was a big hit, as was the game room with the pool table and game table. Our dogs felt at home also. Highly recommended!

This house worked great for 3 generations traveling to the area for a family wedding. There was plenty of space for everyone in a nice residential area. We enjoyed the private back yard and also enjoyed exploring the Vancouver Riverfront area, only about 10 minutes away. There were a few minor discrepancies between what was in the instruction manual and what we found (i.e. location of extra linens) but Jeannie was quick to respond to email and all was fine. Wouldn't hesitate to book again, and highly recommend.

We got lots of compliments over the weekend for finding this fantastic house. It had room for everyone plus room for entertainment! The house is stocked with everything you might need. I will say there seemed to be a neighbor watching us and the house closely which was a bit odd for us, but Jeanne was great in communicating to me about it. Overall, the house was perfect for my bridal party and I do recommend it!

Fantastic Property
Our family utilized this property as home base during our visit to Vancouver. Our stay was wonderful. The home was clean, spacious and had everything you needed for a fabulous vacation. Beds were comfortable, linens clean, well stocked kitchen, hot tub was enjoyed by a few. The neighborhood is beautiful and perfect for walks. Neighborhood trail system just down the street.

A perfect space for a big family
The house is big enough for everyone to have their quiet/down time and the common rooms are perfect for gathering together. The back yard is beautiful, a great place to hang out, enjoy the (incredibly clean) spa, play cards, cornhole, etc. The kitchen is well stocked and we didn't want for any amenities for our entire 8 day stay. Highly recommend.

Great stay
This house in Vancouver provided a great place for our extended family to stay during our visit to the Portland, Oregon area. There were lots of sleeping options, plenty of space, and clear information about the house. The grands especially enjoyed the recreation room with the pool table. There was easy access to and from Portland if you were aware of commuting times.

Great for the family!
We came for a wedding in Portland and wanted a comfortable place to gather and relax. This house was really nice for a large group with different activities going on at the same time. The layout of the house allowed the grandmas to be upstairs sleeping behind two closed doors while others were in the kitchen or upstairs living room. There was plenty of space for our group of 9 to spread out, and the hot tub was lovely.

The perfect house!
This house was absolutely perfect for the 10 of us! So much room for the kids to spread out and play! It was THE BEST stocked house I have ever stayed in... anything from laundry detergent, PLENTY of extra blankets, body wash, shampoo, kitchen supplies! She even ordered an electric skillet when I asked about one! The neighborhood was the icing on the cake..surrounded by beautiful landscape and trees... and absolutely quiet!
