This unit was great for our two families of 4. Plenty of space. Very comfortable. It's not exactly ski in-ski out, which requires a walk up hill (our down) of roughly 250 yards. There is also a long walk to the spa tub, which is just OK. The appliances are old, but work for the most part. Despite the age related drawbacks, we would stay here again.

We were looking for a ski in/ski out condo for our family. It wasn't the fanciest condo we have ever stayed, but it is comfortable.

We like the Location and the view. but the house needs to be updated. They reauired no shoes to enter but the carpet looked a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned. The masterbedroom has 2 doors to the bathroom and one was hard to open and close.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this property. Due to the once in a 20 year storm in Southern California, road closures on the 395 prevented us from even making it to Mammoth. Cal Trans, National Weather Service and INYO Sheriff's office all said traveling up to Mammoth was very dangerous so we decided it wasn't worth risking my family to do that. After long telephone discussions with the Host Vacasa, they were unwilling to do anything for us. No partial refund, no credit for a future date, not even a refund on our cleaning fee which is funny since we never made it there. The blame was on us for not paying for the travel insurance which as we all know, is a 3rd party and you have to jump through hoops with no certainty that you will get anything back. You would think that with an unusual storm like this there would be some sympathy to provide some flexibility and be supportive of families to not risk driving in such conditions. I will never deal with Vacasa again. Look at the stock price. The company has tanked since the reverse merger and going public. They bought up a bunch of companies, went public, key execs cashed out and now most of them have bailed. BTW, calling into their call center is pointless because your talking to someone from outside the US who has no clue where Mammoth is or what's going on there.

While the place is a little dated, and probably overdue for a renovation, it was easily one of the best stays I've had in Mammoth. The condo was very clean when we arrived, and the proximity to the slopes (Eagle) is fantastic. It's just a short walk to the Bridges run where you strap in and ski down to the lift. As I said, the interior is a little dated, but the layout of the bedrooms, common area, and loft was perfect for us. This trip was with 3 adults and no kids, but the floor plan would be excellent for folks with kids as well. I plan on reserving this property again with my family very soon!

It definitely wasn't what we expected. We had an issue with the kitchen sink (unsanitary). The Refrigerator wasn't very cold for the food. Couldn't use the dryer, because it wasnt working properly. The carpet was horrible throughout. Definitely need to wear socks or shoes. Overall very disappointed for the price we paid. Needs some major TLC. Spent a lot of time reaching out to property management for repairs and service while on vacation.

Loved our stay!! We had a great time in this comfortable condo!!

We enjoyed it. Would I rent it again? No.
