The pictures do not do it justice. This place was awesome. Clean, safe, and had all the amenities we were looking for and then some! Would recommend this to anyone looking for a well kept place with ocean front access!

This is a fantastic spot. Always clean, well supplied, and dependably up to date. It’s a privilege to rent and have a spot that has everything you need, every time. Highly recommend.

The property was very well appointed and had a great location even within the development. Very short walk to the beach The kitchen was well equipped We had to bring our coffee and condiments, but the owner was very thorough in providing details and what to expect Instructions were clear

We had an amazing time at the property. The owner, Marisella, was very friendly and communicative, and made sure we got in without any hassle. The house is spacious and clean, and in great shape. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can check out the surf while drinking your morning coffee, and plan your attack. Walking down the stairs to the beach took only a couple minutes. Would definitely stay again.

Marisella was an amazing host -- very kind and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was ok. The house is the perfect spot for surfers and beach goers due to it being right next to the trail that leads to the beach. It was very clean, fully stocked, and had amazing views. I can't wait to go back!

Me and two other buddies came down to Las Gaviotas for a fun-filled weekend of golfing and fishing. This home exceeded all expectations and was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean place with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from the second floor. Communication with host was perfect and check in process was incredibly easy. Would absolutely stay here again, thank again for a wonderful vacation Las Gaviotas!

This place is impeccable. It is such a beautiful big house and every corner is dust free. It’s neatly decorated and comfortable. We had our end of the summer trip to las gaviotas and had lots of fun and relaxation. The house is located at a corner where you can listen to the waves at night. The house is well stocked. We stayed in this home 4 years ago on our first visit to las gaviotas when my little one was 6 months old and it was very nice to relive those memories. The experience was amazing as it was 4 years ago. Highly recommended!

We’ve been coming down for a while and this is one of our favorite places to stay. It’s only 1 row back from the front but the ocean views are incredible and access to beach is just below unit. The host is always kind and on top of things. We’ll definitely be back again. Thank you!

Our group had a fabulous time at this beautiful beach home. Lots of activities and very close to the beach. Our families enjoyed the beach, pool & other amenities like the basketball court. The home was perfect for our two families. We also loved the sunsets each night from our outside patio. Definitely can’t wait to get back sometime soon!

I've stayed in Las Gaviotas several times and this is easily the nicest house yet. Combining traditional Mexican finishes with modern amenities, you can tell Marisella has put time and thought into every detail. And then there's the location! No labyrinth of narrow stairwells to manage with a longboard. At several points throughout the trip, I spotted the main break from the balcony looking *just* right and was literally in the line up in a matter of minutes. I can't wait to stay at Marisella's again!

Wow, what a lovely stay!! The home is located just a minute walk from the private beach, and has beautiful views of the ocean. The place was spotless, roomie, and had a great deck to BBQ. The community itself is a dream- super safe, has a community pool and jacuzzi, and if you’re lucky they will have fresh tacos, ceviche, and drinks being made at the community area! Marisela was also so quick to respond and helpful when needed! Will be back at my soonest convenience!

Wow, what an amazing experience. This home was so clean and was actually better than the pictures. It was tucked away just a block from the beach and was extremely accommodating. It was a bit of a process to get secured, as you had to sign several pages to receive the key in return, but overall would do it all again. Thank you Marisella for an amazing stay!

A beautiful home situated perfectly within a quick minute walk down to the beach. Nice spacious home with a beautiful view from the balcony. The host responded to my inquiries in a quick and timely manner and made sure to check in on to see if we needed anything. Definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful 4 night surf vacation in this beautiful home. It was super clean and had 3 nice bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the host provided high quality linens. The kitchen has new updated appliances and is well stocked. This home was the perfect location for the surfers in our 2 families. It truly is right next to the beach path. The host was extremely accommodating, attentive and easy to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the place as it was a perfect location in the neighborhood and had lots of amenities pre-stocked in the event we forgot to pack our own. The hosts kept great communication during our stay and answered any questions we had promptly. When a question came up, they were able to call us to help get it resolved practically immediately. Would definitely stay again!

My family has been coming down to Las Gaviotas for almost 30 years. We’ve stayed in a dozen or so homes and Marisella’s is one of the best. Spotless house, well equipped, amazing views and plenty of space to relax. Everything was super smooth and easy, no problems or hassles. Could not recommend this house enough!

This was literally the most perfect place to stay in all of Rosarito. It is in a very safe, beautiful, gated community right next to the beach. There is a pool on location, surfing (which was fun to watch), and a TON of delicious restaurants nearby. The house itself is immaculate, gorgeous on the inside, has comfortable beds, a ton of room snd everything you will ever need to be comfortable. Ms. Sanchez is the BEST host. Very communicative, kind and helpful. She gave us many suggestions as to how to make our stay wonderful and was definitely spot on! My husband, teen son and I, had a wonderful time. Truly could not have been better! ❤️

We've been to this property every year for the past 4 years (minus Covid year) and it's consistently the best getaway place. Marisella is great and stays on top of any communication needed.

If you are looking for a cozy and clean home away from home, this is it! Marisella, the host, was wonderful from start to finish. She provided the house/HOA rules and regulations in an adequate time frame that made for planning the trip and arrival easy. The list of local food and activity recommendations she provided were top-notch. She was responsive, involved, and all the that you wish for in a host. The home was STUNNING and appropriately marketed, leaving no surprises for when we arrived. We had 7 adults (3 couples, 1 single individual) in our group and stayed for 4 nights. Three of the rooms comfortably fit the couples and the forth sleeping area was fine fo the other adult. When we were not out exploring the adorable town we could be found in the community’s pool, on the private beach, or just playing cards on the deck and enjoying the home. Weather you are looking for a place to relax and feel comfortable or just a place to rest your heads while you adventure, THIS IS THE SPOT to make great memories! Thank you Marisella for being a gracious and helpful host!

I have rented this house several times in the last 10 years. Amazing (I know)! Never disappoints! So clean and stocked with all amenities you’ll need. Close to the beach of course. And, it is always lovely to deal with Marisella the owner. She will promptly respond to any of your questions or requests!!! We had an absolutely beautiful long weekend to celebrate end of summer! But, summer doesn’t end here soon, so I highly recommend this gorgeous home either way:)

We loved this vacation so much! Marisella is so sweet and was very accommodating to all our needs. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed and taken care of. The house is kept clean and is great condition. The location is perfect! You are a quick walk to the beach, pool, recreation center, and playground. My family and I look forward to another trip!
